I was so excited to try these but I have serious foot issues and they just did not have any support, particularly in the ball of the foot.

These looked dark brown on the web site, but they are definitely burgundy. I would have preferred smooth leather throughout, opposed to the suede in the heel area. These are wide in the heel, but otherwise pretty comfortable. Trying to decide whether to keep them because of the color.

Great looking and good quality shoe, but unfortunately the 12 was just a little too small

I usually wear a 39. I have another pair of Naot Helms purchased a few years ago that are a size 40, which I love. I ordered these in a 40 and they are considerably smaller than my other pair.

This is a beautiful ankle boot, but more than a full size bigger. This is very unfortunate because I ordered a size 4, which is the smallest size you offer. I have had a Munro for at least 15 years and it looks like a child's shoe in comparison. Munro no longer offers a size 4.

I had hoped the toe box would be a little wider. It pinched my toes too much. (I'm used to your sandals, which are wonderful.) If this is a medium, then I wish you had it in a wide!

I have many pair of Naots . This was the first pair not to really fit me. The shoe was too tight on both feet and uncomfortable. I hate to have to return them.

I loved this boot until I put it on and stood up. The top dug into the front of my ankle with every step. It's a beautiful boot, but would be very uncomfortable. :(

I have this shoe in the blue color and love the fit and the shoe. Ordered the black shoe in the same size and the fit was not at all the same. Felt like it was at least a full size smaller even though they were marked the same (38) size.

I didn’t even try these on. The booties had obviously been returned before. Not in original box, suede faded in areas out on both boots. Shocked that Zappos would resell these. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I ordered a size 10. The length is fine but they run very narrow through the toe box.

Have used ZAPPOS for years and this is first time the shoes that were delivered appeared to be used. Am ordering the same shoe again to see if I have better luck. I own the shoe in another color and obviously like the fit and heel height.

I purchased and then returned 2 pairs of this style - different colors. They were all cut incorrectly - all 4 shoes were very snug in the instep and arch of foot. My feet are normal average width and do not have any sizing issues when other shoes and boots were purchased with other brands. The manufacturer did not cut these leather shoes correctly.

Great shoe - goes with everything and is super comfortable.

These booties are wonderful. I have a high instep and the double zips make them so easy to put on. They are super comfy, I wore them for 8 hours straight out away with no discomfort at all. Highly recommend!

Leather is soft and supple. Shoes are comfortable on first wearing, I would recommend this bootie for purchase.

The leather is smooth and beautiful

Got these in blue and was able to wear them on a city walking tour right out of the box. The textured back suede scuffs easily, but I love the subtle difference in the leathers' tones and textures. The double zips run smoothly. As a Naot fan, I know my usual size and got a 40 / 9. They fit TTS. I wear mine with regular wool socks. Really cute and comfy!

Fit like a glove as if they were custom made for me. They were comfy right out of the box with no break in period needed for me. The leather & suede are both so soft & really stylish. I bought the baby leather & suede.

It's wonderful and all too rare to slip on a brand new shoe and have it feel like a glove. Very cute style with the double zippers, very well padded interior, low heel and good arch support. I couldn't be happier with this shoe.

Love these boots and have them in black/suede, olive/suede, bordeaux/suede and then ordered the black leather water resistant - found them to be tighter than the others, so am ordering in a size up. 8 instead of 7.5

Great short boot. Waterproof/water resistant. Comfortable. Looks great with pants.
