Love the double zippers. Not a lot of support in the shoe. Nice shoe but was not going to work out with my problem feet.

I have problem feet, most days I am sporting a running shoe. I have bunions, flat feet, and posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. I went with a 40 even though I usually wear a 8.5-9.0 and many times a 39 fits me fine. They are cute, comfortable, and supply some arch support. The violet suede on the Bordeaux is close to purple, but I think they will look good with jeans & red/purple hues.

I am not new to Naot shoes. My feet are a mess. I have plantar fasciitis, metatarsal pain and a bunion, but I refuse to wear ugly shoes. Naots do not disappoint. I read other reviews that complained about the double zipper being an annoyance, but it is not a problem for me at all. The boot is so comfortable and stylish that the zipper issue is a non-issue. I love this shoe. Wish I could get all 3 colors!

Regretfully too tight. They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL boots, and I would have happily kept them if they did not pinch. I have a pair of Naot mary jane style which are beautiful AND comfortable. The Naot footbed is amazing. I will keep trying. Disappointed because these boots are so well made.

Too small for my feet (both length and width), even though the other pair of Naot shoes in the same size was fine.

I chose these because of the low heel and styling. Unfortunately, they are too narrow on me. I’ve never worn any width but medium. Disappointed.

Love t shoe, but it’s too tight. I will need a whole new size.

Great boot for a narrow foot like mine but it ran a 1/2 size short and sadly it didn’t come any larger.

After trying on many many boots, these finally fit. Naot is a great brand (I only regret not buying the Kamsin style before they were out of stock. I settled for the Helm in black patent but it fits well and looks good.

Well made shoe was a bit long and the style is a bit masculine.

Very nice and stylish boot, but too narrow for my feet, which are generally considered medium width. Length was great, tho. Sorry, have to return them because of the width.

The shoes were in less than perfect condition. There was no packing protection in the box.

This is a beautiful shoe made of quality materials. I absolutely loved the design, materials, and color and hated to return the pair. But the fit was too tight around my ankles, and the shoes would have cut into my flesh within minutes of wearing them.

I bought these boots for a trip where I knew I’d be walking a lot. I have plantars fasciitis and definitely need good Arch support. While I liked the boots, I my foot felt ‘sloppy’ in the boot.... no defined heel cup and overall wide feel. I ended up choosing a Vionic boot which made my foot feel more ‘secure’ in the shoes

This is a comfortable bootie but I am returning it. Several flaws on both the leather and suede portions of the boot made me think this will not hold up well. For the price, they should wear like iron. Zappos, maybe you need better quality control. Naot, please make this bootie in all leather and one color.

I think this is a beautiful boot and seems to be well made. If your foot is at all wide, though, you might have trouble zipping it. I have a wider han average foot and can usually still where medium width shoes. I could get my foot in these fine but zipping them up was hard. I gave up instead d risking damage. That said, from what I could tell this would be a comfy boot for someone with a standard-width or narrow boot.

Haven’t worn yet but from trying them in, they fit true to size and roomy enough in toes to not hurt my already bad feet. They are beautiful boots and seem they will be incredibly comfortable. I don’t wear shoes, but go from short boots in fall/winter to sandals in spring/summer and these are not heavy looking so very good for the transition time.

I bought these in black, hoping I could wear them on a walking trip and have some ankle support. Well, maybe. They're comfortable, fit true to my usual Naot size, and are maybe just a tiny bit narrower than the usual medium (as are my feet). So all that was great, plus I like the leather/suede combination. I really dislike having to use 2 zippers on each bootie -- the one on the outside is always sooooo hard to reach to use. I tried putting them on with only the inside zipper undone, but alas, it doesn't work. I'm returning them, hoping for a similar pair with only one, inside, zipper. If you don't mind that, they're flattering, not especially clunky, and quite comfy. As usual, in my extensive Naot experience.

I ordered up 1/2 size and it still was way too small. Shoes are beautiful and well made- just too small.

These boots are on the narrow side. I usually wear a medium width but a wide in a few brands. I've had some great Naot boots in the past but these ones are tight across ball mounds, the widest part of my foot.

I normally wear an 8 1/2. I ordered a 9. They're cute but felt tight when zipping.

These are beautiful shoes! The pecan brown is quite a bit darker than the photo. I ordered my standard size 10 US after reading the reviews, but I could barely get my foot in the shoe. With a typical sock, I was unable to zip either side. I would suggest at least a half size larger and definitely a wide if you’re on the edge of M vs W. I had to return. Bummer

The ball of my foot is medium width and this boot is super narrow. I couldn't walk in them.
