These Naot Helm boots fit perfectly and were very comfortable the minute I slipped them on. I love them!

Beautiful boot. I returned to exchange for a different color that suits me better...but the boot itself is lovely in both style and fit.

The first pair I ordered, I actually ordered in my usual size (9). Someone had accidentally put size 10 inside the box...but surprisingly they fit like a 9 for me. I didn't care for the color I'd ordered so re-ordered in the blue and couldn't be happier. Love the color, style and totally comfy right out of the box.

Oh my gosh I love these booties!! I love Naot. Always fits my foot perfectly. I have about 10 pairs of their sandals gotten over several years. Always feel great on my feet and wear well. These are my first closed Naot shoe and I’m so happy with them in navy I’m now about to order in black.

This is my third pair. I also have in burgandy and black. So comfortable. Naot is my go to brand for comfort.

I find this shoe to run a full European size small. Once I sized up, they are a dream. The leather is super soft and molds to your foot. I work 8 hours a day on my feet and wear these without any pain. The leather on the suede is more gray than tan. This is my second color on these —I also have them In blue. Looks good and feels good.

The first couple of times I wore these shoes I thought maybe I should have gone a half size bigger. They stretched out a bit and fit perfectly! I get compliments on them every time I wear them.

Love Naot shoes, and these certainly didn’t disappoint. Just what I was looking for. A cute, comfortable, stylish, low boot to wear with ankle pants. These are the only brand of shoes that I can wear without my orthotics. Fit perfectly for my “low volume” feet. Might be too narrow for some, but just right for me. Would love to get others colors, but pretty pricey.

Wow - wore these today right out of the box and they are a dream. I just ordered them in another color. I have a really hard time with shoes that don’t hurt my poor feet. I have had much success in the past with Naot brand and these are my new “go to” boot for this season.

I love shoes, and especially Naot, but have never tried their BOOTS. (8 pair of sandals, 3 flats) With plantar fasciitis and a bit of an arch problem, boots are tricky for me. These 1. Have great support 2. Don’t seem to need any additional orthodic 3. Are terrifically stylish 4. Are nicely manufactured. 5. My normal size (39) leaves enough room for thicker socks. Bought the blue. Maybe go back for more! Thanks Naot. You too, Zappos.

I'm usually a size 10 but had to go up to size 11. Sooooooo comfy!!!

Beautiful shoe, high quality, but the zipper did rub right on my ankle bone. I ordered a couple of NAOTS at the same time and all felt one size too small. I am a pretty standard US 10.5/Euro 41, and 41 was too small.

My feet are always in pain (high arches and bunions), and I usually end up wearing running shoes if I have to walk more than a few minutes. I didn't want to do that on a recent long weekend trip to New York City. I knew I would be walking for miles, and I wanted booties that would feel as comfortable as running shoes. These actually do. They have great support and great quality leather and suede. I originally wanted black, but the black leather didn't look as good as the brown, and the black booties also felt smaller and narrower than the brown.

Naot's almost always fit and are comfortable. They are the only shoes that I can wear without prescription insoles. And these are pretty too. Sleek and attractive with pants and a rich color.

The boot fits well and is comfortable with the first wearing The front is a bit stiff but will soften with wearing. I like the shape of the heel adds a little style to an otherwise plain boot

Oh so comfy bootie! Got them last night, wore them all day on concrete floors at work and my feet haven't complained once. No rubbing spots or tight areas, just comfortable with moderate arch support which hits me in just the right spot. Love these boots. Wish I'd found them months ago.

True to Naot fashion, these felt wonderful. The most comfy of the bunch of Booties I ordered. Although I really liked this bootie, but did not keep as it didn’t work as nicely with my pant selections as I’d hoped. Apparently I need a shorter or taller boot for my intended look. With the full cost of these shoes, my needs need to be meet perfectly. Therefore back they went. Just to note, I am not opposed to spending on quality & comfort shoes (which these are), as I have 2 other beloved Naots and hoped these would work.

I put this bootie on right out of the box and wore it all day!!! That is a first for me!! I wore them with rolled jeans...love the look AND the comfort .

I have a lot of foot issues: plantar fasciitis, arthritis in my big toe joints, and assorted other problems. I generally give up and wear Ascics or Brooks most days and evenings too. Naot is the only dress shoe I can wear, and this bootie is especially comfortable, supportive and very stylish. Highly recommend (even if you don't have foot ailments!).

Since being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, Naot shoes have been my go to. I usually wear a 6 1/2 and a 38 fits me perfectly. I now own the Helm in 3 colors.

I loved this cute boot. The black leather/black suede upper and dark sole is a beautiful combination, great for many occasions. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the Naot insole is not removable. When I put my orthotic in the shoe, my heel is too high and comes up when I walk. Sadly, these have to go back. Thanks, Zappos, for your great customer service!

I own two of these shoes- one I bought a year ago. My first shoe I got free (thanks zappos for amazing customer service) since there was some minor damage to it. I’ve been wearing it for a year and it is my favorite boot/work shoe. I have bunions and wear orthotics. Naot has a removable insole, which is great and this shoe is roomy enough for my awful bunions. I wore these shoes most days last fall, winter, and into the spring. They are beautiful and so comfortable. I highly recommend them. They are also timeless. That’s why I bought a second pair- and may even buy a third. I feel like once you find a good shoe, it’s ok to buy multiples. Thank you Naot and Zappos!!!

These are so beautiful. The photos don't do them justice! I was sad to return them, but my feet are simply too wide, especially with bunions on both feet and a bone spur on one. They don't come in wide, plus the height of the upper foot area is low-ish and would cause pain due to my bone spur. I'd buy them probably in more than one color, if they came in a hospitable size.
