First of all, I have to express that ZAPPOS and their customer service reps are beyond incredible. It blows my mind how they rate 100% in excellent customer service, price, convenience, and just overall everything!!!! The Naot Helm is maybe not the most stylish bootie on the market but it is definitely the most comfortable. I'm a runner and sometimes after a long trek my feet hurt but today they were fine and felt great standing the rest of the day with these Naots on. They may be pricey but they are worth every penny!

I have these boots in every color!!!! They are beautiful!!! Fit is perfect, and as always Naot has the perfect foot bed!!!!

A gorgeous, beautifully made boot. Very comfortable, with a good, non-slick sole. As one reviewer noted, the bordeaux color is in fact a bit more reddish than a normal dark brown. I wear a size 6, which normally converts to a 36. The recommended conversion for this boot was 37 and it feels about right--36 would have been too short.

This is the perfect boot! Stylish yet great for someone with problem feet. I wouldn't plan to walk for miles in them, but they're great for everyday wear.

These boots are the most comfortable I have found. Bought the same pair in black last year. Excellent support and yet so stylish.

I love almost all Naot shoes and especially their sandals! This boot fits perfectly and looks great! It is so hard to find a navy boot to wear with jeans. Always magnificent quality and of course Zappos service is beyond tremendous!! Whole heartedly recommend!!

I wear a size 7.5 in a shoe, like a flat. I'm a true medium width. These boots fit perfectly with no break-in time. The leather is soft making the toe part of the boot comfortable. It looks modern. I like that it has a small heel, not just flat so they can be worn with dress pants or jeans. You'd never know it is a "comfort" boot. The arch support is great though it sits to the back of the boot just a little. My feet hurt in just about any shoe but I find the Naots can get me through at least 8-9 hours of the day. These are the first comfy boots I've ever owned. They need to be treated with a water protection.

I've had some recent foot trauma and am on a quest to find a boot with a larger foot bed...these boots seem to fit the bill. The boot felt true to size but am going with a half size larger to allow even more room for the talking toes. The leather is soft and the maple/desert suede colors are delicious...with the double zippers great for easy on and off. I'm hopeful the suede will hold up in the fall/winter inclement weather. These boots are attractive and comfortable...Naot has a winner with the Helm boot and I'm hoping the charming blue combination comes back in stock in my size soon!

This is my 2nd pair of Naot Helm ankle boot and I love them! I have always worn the sandals (and they last for years!) and was concerned a boot might not feel as comfortable as the sandal. WRONG! In the cooler months, these are the only shoes/boots I wear because of their comfort and style. I have tried other brands (hoping to find a less costly shoe) but have returned. My feet comfort determines my day and wearing these are like walking in slippers with support and style. In Naot’s case, you certainly get what you pay for!!

These ankle boots are wonderful and I can't wait to break them in later this month in the Smokies! Naot has outdone themselves with a classy shoe that can be worn in a casual or dressy setting. Thank you, Zappos, for offering one of the best customer service departments among the many available to online customers. You always exceed my expectations!!!

The Helm is a very beautiful shoe in the ever superior Naot line. I was unable to wear this style because it was not compatible with my foot shape. The footprint of this boot is long and narrow compared to Naot flats like Kirei, and Arataki which fit me and my orthotics. This was not apparent from my hours of research. A suggestion to Zappos or Naot would be to group the styles that all have the same foot bed and sole shape. Zappos- you are terrific in your speedy shipping-sometimes less than 24 hours! I am expecting your return process will be as wonderful.

Very comfortable shoe right out of the box. The shoe has very soft leather and having 2 zippers make it very easy to put on and off. The only thing , it would have been nice if they had some detai work,l to make then more fashionable.

Very comfortable shoe, true to size. I love the double zipper. Not the most fashionable, but a real walkable boot.

These shoes are fabulous! They fit like a glove right out of the box with no need for time to break in. I sometimes wear a 38 and sometimes a 39. These are 39 and perfect. My podiatrist told me to start wearing Naot shoes because I have achilles Tendonitis and have severely hurt the ankle of the same foot. I recommend them highly!

I bought the Bordeaux color, which appeared brown on my screen but truly is more of a deep red wine color in person. I wish I had known that, I was hoping for more of a true brown. Nonetheless I decided to keep them because they are so comfortable and the style I wanted. Naot shoes are expensive, but durable and comfortable which is important to me.

Comfortable, of course! These were clunky-er than I wanted, but lovely design and craftsmanship.

Naot provides just the right amount of arch support for me. I have an extra bone In my left foot that pronates in and I need shoes that have less arch support than my custom orthotics to give my foot a break. And they are so cute! I like the toe to be roomy to accommodate thicker socks and different inserts if desired so I order the 40 which is 9 in US, but in Naot I always order 40 even though all,other grands I order 8 1/2.

An awesome booty that looks great with jeans or a skirt! Easy on and off with zippers on both sides. Love the combination of leather and suede. Highly recommended.

Beautiful little boots. I say little because they were more narrow and shorter than my current Naots of a different style. I am returning them for the next size up in hopes that they will fit me. I'll report back with my comments on those, and hope they are 5 star. I have been looking for a plain, low heel, comfortable black boot that has a classic look. This meets all the criteria.

I really love these. The felt like slippers -- with great arch support -- right out of the box. I wish they were solid leather, not suede and leather, because I was searching for the perfect 'everything' bootie. Very plain, beautifully made, incredibly comfortable. These are not quite plain enough, and I will have to care for the suede, but otherwise they are great. Once I decided on them I wore them barefoot all evening -- they are (really) comfortable. C'mon, Naot, make some in all leather for me please.

I feel that I would have liked these shoes had they been 1/2" higher. Otherwise, the shoes were very nice.

So I have a LOT of trouble with my feet. Although I have plantar fascitis, I also have some other issues that mean my feet pretty much hurt all the time. I've found that Naot is the brand for me. The most uncomfortable pair of Naot shoes feel better on my feet than my most comfortable pair of any other brand (including Finn Comfort). These boots are not an exception. I wore them all day and pretty much just forgot about them. This NEVER happens. I'm almost always aware of my feet and how they feel in whatever shoes I'm wearing but not usually with Naot and not with these. The first day I wore them, I wore them all day at work, missed my metro stop and walked 9 blocks to get to my destination. I won't lie, my feet hurt by the end but not because of the shoes - just because they're my feet. By the way, they're also SO CUTE!!!!
