I will not buy any Acorn product until they bring back the slide that had an excellent arch support in it.

Not good

WTF? Why did you change a good thing, Acorn? The original Spa Slide was perfection . . . soft, comfy, supportive, available in wide widths. Spa Slide II is for the birds. The top strap is not substantial enough to keep the slippers in place on my feet when I walk. If you don't ever need to walk in your slippers these might be for you. Otherwise, it's a hard pass. Please bring back the original Spa Slide.

Very disappointed with this item. Size stated was 6.5 to 7.5--1 am a 6.5 and the shoe was about 2 inches too long. No stability; not much better then wearing anklets--would be better off barefoot. I am used to wearing a house slipper that is a little more shoe like. Will avoid this type of item in future.

New BAD design!! Not stable! Wish that I had sent then back.... really cannot wear them !

Im returning these because the embroidered logo in the heel cup digs in with every step! They could have achieved branding them by putting it on the flap across the foot... the design in the pics look soft and plush. In reality, they look shaggy and cheap. The foam in the rest of the shoe is great. I just wish they hadnt put the logo in the heel cup where it makes it impossible to have any comfort.

They were so stiff that you could not bend your foot. Unable to really give a true review.f

Believe the other reviews that say these slippers won’t stay on your feet due to the “updated” thinner straps. I tried these on and wondered if anyone at Acorn bothered to test the new design before giving the okay to manufacture. After walking in them about a yard with the slippers twisting sideways on my feet and my heels hanging off the side, I decided the answer was a big NO. I ended up finding a pair of the original design with the wide straps on Amazon, and they’re great! Acorn, you really blew it on the update.

Over the years I’ve had many pairs of Acorn slippers in the thong style and loved them. I saw these and thought I’d change things up. BIG MISTAKE! Even though these are adjustable, it’s difficult to make them tight enough so that the foot doesn’t slip from side to side when you walk. Exchanging them for the thong style.

These were promoted as so soft and one would have to weigh much to mash them down instead of having one.s feet sit on top of the material. I was waiting for something magic to happen but it did not so back they went.

The first pair I received was too big (sizing is wrong - 1 size larger than listed) and when I received the replacement size, it was clear this pair had been previously worn and returned: dirty, no tags, and with someone else toe imprints already in the fuzzy fabric. GROSS!! What are you thinking, Zappos?

I have worn Acorn Spa Slides for years and they are wonderful. I noticed this was called Spa Slide II and the Velcro strap was narrower but did not think that it would make a difference in fit. It surely did--my feet slip around and I'm unable to tighten it enough. These slippers are not nearly as comfortable as the Original Spa Slides. I am really sorry to see this has replaced the original.

Have been wearing the Acorn New Spa Slide for years … the best slippers I've ever owned. The New Spa Slide has unfortunately been replaced by the Spa Slide II which now has a much narrower top flap that seems to dig into the instep of my foot as I walk. Not comfortable at all. Sure wish Acorn would bring back the old 'New' Spa Slide.
