These shoes are so adorable!!!! They were too small and Zappos did not have the next size up! Waah!

Very comfortable shoe. Heel just slightly loose, but my heel does not slip. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit , but this shoe did not disappoint.

These are super nice looking and will work with both jeans and skirts. So comfortable! I felt like I was wearing my running shoes.

I got these in a wide in navy and they are very comfortable...The toe box is roomy...and I like how they look with jeans, a skirt or crop pants...

I really wanted these to work, however, I have a really narrow heel...so, back they go. So thankful that Zappos has such a great return policy!!

Shoe is very nice but it looks like it has been worn. Look at the tip of the shoe and the heel. Also it is a little too big.

Clarks never disappoint me, shoes are very comfortable and true to size. From morning to night these shoes will cuddle your feet with out pinching. Many compliments on this pair of shoes and they look fine with a skirt or pants.

These shoes are nice looking on, which I appreciate because I wear a 10W and try to find shoes that don't look like boats on my feet. They are a bit stiff, but fairly comfortable. These were keepers for me. Zappos is a keep for me too! Love them!

Very pleased with this shoe. Enough room for my light weight wool socks. Easily able to wear comfortable all day. I prefer flats and this is dressy enough for all occasions. I will order another pair.

I'm between sizes. Based on reviews that these shoes are roomy I ordered the lower size. They are very roomy in the toe box and the shoes definitely run long, but they are very snug over the arch area of my foot. I'm hoping they stretch out since they are leather, but they are a little uncomfortable to wear right now.

This is a cute and comfortable shoe. I normally wear a 9 medium but have found that with this brand I must order a wide and maybe a half size shorter.

I wear 9.5, these are on the small side of 9.5 but work because of no socks. Very cute shoe

I liked the shoe, but it slipped up and down on my heel. It felt too big but I'm not confident that a 9.5 would be long enough.

Love the style, unfortunately I've chosen another style that will sort my wardrobe better.

The shoes are very comfortable...I did have to return the first pair I got because they were too narrow. But once I did that, I was very pleased with the shoes.

Shoes are cute, but arch support was insufficient.

It enough room in toebox for my hammer toe and bunion. Arch support would not be adequate for a lot of walking. Loved the style though but will be returning.

LOVED these shoes! Loved the look, loved the fit, was so jazzed when I tried them on that I immediately took a photo of them on my feet to share with my sweetie. But my feet are sorta oddly shaped, kinda like duckfeet, and I wore them for maybe 4 minutes before realizing that they were starting to feel uncomfortable due to a hard spot in the shoe pressing insistently upon the base of my big toe. On a person with normal feet, I believe that this would be where the instep is, and it wouldn't be a problem. On me, it felt like I had just discovered a bunion. If I could be sure that ordering a larger size would fix the problem, I'd do it in a heartbeat, I love the shoes that much. I'm so disappointed, but am convinced that it's not the fault of the shoes or of Zappos, just these crazy feet of mine.
