I was suprised by the fit, as generally I would take a 7 in a closed shoe and a 6 or 7 in a sandal. These shoes I needed a 6. So I would say they run large. A moderate arch support is okay. Otherwise the flat is perfect!

It's a really comfortable shoe that I can wear all day. It's my second pair in this style.

Lovely shoe. Fit perfectly. I have a narrow foot and was happy to find this in a N. I also wear orthotics & they fit well in the shoe. Would have like a removable foot bed liner, but overall very pleased.

I ordered a 6 (my normal size) in the pewter color and could tell just from looking at them that they were going to be to small--they were tiny! They looked like a 5. When I put them on, they were super tight. I exchanged for a full size up. They are super comfortable, though, and a really great price for the quality.

Fantastic! My cousin has long raved about Clarks, and now I understand why. These shoes were a dream right out of the box. No tight spots, no blisters. I quickly turned around and bought a metallic pair for the fall. The prices are well below what I’ve been paying for known brands that just aren’t wide enough or comfy enough. I did have to repurchase 1/2 size smaller, but I may have long been buying shoes in larger sizes in order to get enough width. I’m very pleased with these shoes.

LOVE THESE SHOES & THE PEWTER COLOR IS LOVELY..............BUT, HAD TO RETURN THEM. I WEAR A BRACE ON RIGHT FOOT/LEG, SO MOST SHOES FIT FINE WITHOUT BRACE, BUT ONCE IT IS IN THE SHOE I CANNOT GET MY FOOT IN IT. I DID HAVE FANTASTIC LUCK WITH CLARKS SILLIAN BELLE IN NAVY BLUE, MY BRACE & FOOT FIT FINE WHICH SEEMS TO BE THE CASE WITH A MARY JANE STYLE SHOE. I AM THANKFUL TO ZAPPOS FOR THE ABILITY TO TRY A SHOE ON & IF IT IS NOT RIGHT, RETURN WITH FREE SHIPPING. This is the second pair of Clarks Ashland Spin Q shoes I purchased this summer. The first was in tan. Although I normally order a size 8 WW, Zappos recommended 8-1/2 WW (based on previous purchases, I guess). It fit perfectly! About a week later, I decided to get one in black. Unfortunately, Zappos was out of the 8-1/2 WW size in black. So I bought it in my usual 8WW. Amazingly--it also fit! It was a wee bit tight for about 30 seconds, then it was fine. Way to go, Zappos!

I LOVE these. They are cute, stylish, and very comfortable! I usually wear 12W and had to return them for an 11W and they fit perfectly.

Ordered another shoe with a removable footbed in a maryjane style that would accommodate my custom orthotics, so back these went. They were super cute and fit well,however.

I have a very wide foot and have an extremely hard time finding shoes to fit. I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes. When they arrived, I tried them on. They fit perfectly. I immediately ordered more!

These are cute, seemed a little long. I have bunions & the toe box was comfy. I did use the velcro to adjust across the bunion--and it worked, though at first I thought it might not. I've worn them 3 days straight to see how my middle-aged knees and feet would take to them, and so far, so good.

I love these shoes. I have an extremely difficult foot to fit and finding shoes is a nightmare. Thank you Zappos. I teach and am on my feet all day. These shoes are a lifesaver.

As a EE width with a high instep, these were comfortable, and didn't feel like they were going to fall off my feet. They are suitable for the everyday, including the office. I would recommend to anyone.

Bought these hoping the ankle brace I'm currently wearing, after an injury, would fit. Which it does, but also the shows are cute and comfortable and I'm sure I'll have lots of occasions to wear them long after my ankle is healed. The toe box is super roomy! They're a bit more casual than what I'd normally wear to work, but the cross strap detail keeps them from looking too orthopedic.

I have 3 pairs in navy and tans. Love them for summer.

This is the second pair in this style I've bought. I wear a 7N and have no trouble. No break in period. Just put on and go. Very comfortable. You have plenty of toe room, good arch support and you can always tighten them up or down for comfort. I only wear Clarks. Recommend this pair!

Just love them. I wear a 7N and feel very comfortable in them. The toe box was just a little wider than I expected, but wasn't a problem. Comfortably supported my arch. Color was a perfect ivory to me. Definitely recommend them.

I bought these in black, put them on the day they arrived, and wore them all day. Went for a walk with a friend at the end of the day and the shoes were so comfortable, I didn't even change into my sneakers first. Went home that night and ordered them in tan/brown. Repeat performance. I wear them with pants and skirts and they work perfectly for both.
