Confortable out of the box

Love both the high quality and look of this boot. Id wear them for my hikes and daily chores. Sadly, I needed to return them; I found the fit to be much bigger than my usual Keen hikers. I like to size up by 1/2 to accommodate a thick sock, but I was swimming in this pair. Ill order my usual size and keep my fingers crossed that theyll be a good fit for me.

I love your shoes i don't buy any others well unless it's dress shoes or such.

I have bought keen boots for years, but this pair came with a defect in the right toe box. Im very disappointed.

Love the shoe but cant get one to fir because they dont make a womens wide. Will have to buy a mens version.

Absolutely love KEEN hiking boots. They stand by their product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to find truly comfortable boots. My feet thank them.

These fit great out of the box, although I developed a blister on one of my bunions from doing two longer walks on consecutive days. They are just a little stiff but I'm trying to break them in before a hiking trip coming up in a few weeks. I think that they will be great on the trail, and I'm very pleased with them overall.

Love Keens for the square toe box and these hiking boots are a great fit. Looking forward to hitting the trails.

This boot had a nice feel to it. It is a tiny bit bigger than my normal size, but the width is great!

I like the fit with the snug heel and the open toes. The tread is great and its comfortable when you are hiking for long periods of time.

I always buy hiking boots from Keen. You do not have to break them in. They are comfortable right from the start. I highly recommend trying them.

After seeing that National Geographic rated this hiker as number one for womens hikers, I gave them a go. They lived up to the ranking! Super light, very comfortable, and waterproof. I hope they last as long as my other keenes have!

Fit is comfortable and it's comfortable for wearing when working. I am volunteering at an animal shelter and I got these shoes because I thought they would be slip proof but they are not. I'm actually thinking about returning them.

Ive been wearing this shoe for years now! They can be taken from the box and worn as comfortably as if they were already broken in! They are not only comfortable but long lasting, and I do indeed put them to the test! And heres another true story, while visiting my podiatrist, after a surgery, he noticed my shoe. Ahh he said Im wearing them too. Best hikers you can buy!

Sizing is consistent. I can order online and not worry about fit issues.

Boots were to wide would like to return for different size. how do i do this?

Used to LOVE these hikers: they were my go-to for over a decade. Then sometime in the late 2010s the sole of my Targhees would delaminate. Pair after pair. I was living in my RV, traveling the country fulltime during the last few years of the hikers failing. No time or ability to fool with warranty claims. KEEN made it right on one pair that failed. But I had bought at least 4 pair - prior to the final refunded pair - that got tossed in the trash at whatever campsite I was at when they finally bit the dust. That's A LOT of money thrown into the garbage. I could never find a pair that lasted like the old ones used to so I finally gave up on this model. Which is so sad because they used to be THE best and longest lasting hiking boots.

This is my 2nd pair of this shoe so I knew what to expect. I like that the toe box is wide without having to buy a wide shoe. My heel would slip out with a wide shoe.

I have small feet with high arches. I always struggle to find shoes that fit me well. These Keen boots are great! Good fit, very comfortable. The employee at the Keen Garage was very helpful. I appreciated that I was able to order these boots in my size online with the option to return them in store at no cost if they didn't fit.

This is my 5th pair in a row over 5 years. I'm hiking the ICE AGE TRAIL and I love them. I also wear them daily in winter and while working on trail maintenance year round. Fit is super. I never need to break them in.

I have a terrible time finding shoes and boots that don't cause pain in my feet. My old pair of Keens are finally wearing out after many years so I just bought this new pair and they were comfortable right out of the box. Plenty of toe room so no pressure on my toes causing pain. Love them!

Keens have always been great to me. This style of shoe I believe runs wider than a standard "normal" width on most shoes. The first time I tried a pair on at the store my feet immediately breathed a sigh of relief. Soooo comfy!!! I don't understand why narrow, pointed toe has become a standard shoe shape - Keens are actually wide and foot-shaped all the way to the toe. I have wide, flat feet with bunions and these make my hard-to-please feet very happy!! I have never gotten a blister while wearing Keens and there is plenty of room for swelling on long hikes. And such a reasonable price compared to most hiking boots out there. Would definitely recommend.
