My husband asked me if these were slippers. That's what they seem like but I will still wear them to the post office anyway. Not much give on the instep but they still are ok. Will probably mostly wear without socks.

They were great except the outside of the shoe hit my ankle.

Tried my usual size of 9.5. The shoe felt clunky & a little wide. Was not comfortable to walk in. Had never tried KEEN shoes before.

I'm looking for a warm shoe for winter and trips to our son's family in Minneapolis -- my feet are always cold there, even inside! So this looked like it might be perfect with the fleece lining and Keen's traditional non-slip sole. Unfortunately, it is way too wide for me, even though normal Keen sandals (Rose and Whisper) fit my feet very well. I have a moderately wide foot, but this Keen is really enormous and also slips on my heel. Sorry to have to return, but I'll keep looking.

Nice support and neutral colour. A little funky looking, but warm. The faux fur runs over the top of your foot only, and stops at the top of your toes. Perfect for recess duty!

Lovely shoes. As always the foot bed is very comfortable. I also love the wide toe box. However, the heel is just too wide...my main complaint with Keen. Therefore I had to return them.

Pros: 1)Comfortable with insert. I found the arch support to be minimal. 2)Good outdoors in slippery, wet weather Cons: 1) The style. It looks like a bedroom slipper. 2) I typically wear a 10. So this 10.5 was slightly large (it sells as a 10-10.5). My heel does slip, but I wear heavier socks with this pair of shoes. I was ambivalent about keeping the shoe, but decided to do so. It works for winter in Boston. But, I could easily be swayed by a more stylish shoe that fits slightly better.

I think these are very cute, wintery shoe/boots and the red is a nice red, not too bright. I do wish they were a bit more supportive as my feet get tired in them fairly quickly. I still like them tho may add some inserts. Great with jeans for running errands in snow and rain.

Planning on using this for the wet fall and early snowfall days to walk my dog. At the initial try around the house it felt good with great support. The cooler days will tell the whole story. Keeping fingers crossed that this will keep my feet warm and happy to become a keeper.

I'm giving this a 3 because these shoes appear to be well made. They are large and awkward and I sent them back because they felt heavy and uncomfortable.

I had owned Merrills in the past. I decided to try the Keens as I love my Keen sandals. I found these shoes to be very tight to get on. Once on, they were pretty comfortable but I really wanted shoes that were easy on, easy off for dog walking. I returned these and bought another pair of Merrills.

I ordered these in an 8 1/2 and they ended up being too big. I ordered the size down and it fit perfectly. While putting on the shoes, one of the straps on the back broke and unraveled. Going to have to send them back and have already ordered another brand. So disappointed since these are so cute!

I really wanted to love these shoes...the style was just what I wanted. I am tired of my shoe strings coming loose when I am trying to walk. These shoes are too loose if you wear normal socks and too tight around the opening if you wear a thicker sock. The toe box is nice and generous so your toes have plenty of space. My issue was there was not enough support in the foot area. When walking could really feel the pavement and I wanted these for major walking. I would say is you wanted these for just running around doing errands or short walks these would be great. Loved the color.,,,I choose the olive.

I love this shoe - the color (peat), the stitching, the style. However, it is so difficult to put on. Once I get it on my foot, it is comfortable, but it is too much of a struggle to get it on my foot. I had planned to wear these on an upcoming trip, but they are certainly not practical for slipping on and off at the airport. I’m so disappointed. Thanks for your great service Zappos!

Like these shoes but one shoe felt much larger than the other. My heel slips out and is not comfortable. Have to return unfortunately. I know lots of people say Keens are consistent in their sizing but I have not found that to be the case. Disappointing.

This shoe looks good and is rugged, but I found that it was hard to keep on my foot. The heel in particular tends to slip, even with thick socks.

Color was much brighter green than pictured- ok for christmas theme but not every day. Fit was great. to bad.

Great shoe but 1/2 size too large but the 10 would be too small

I was really hoping this WP shoe would work for me. In general, I love Keens and worn many of their styles. Sadly, this did not work for my feet. The shoe was especially snug around my arch, so snug I opted not to keep them as it was constricting. I have a high instep, but thought these could work because of the elastic opening. Also, I ordered two sizes, both in frost grey, but the leather was quite different between the pairs. One looked as pictured, one was mottled looking (smooth to the touch, but not quite as soft and had a visual texture). I preferred one look, but both sizes were too tight around the mid-foot region for my comfort.

I already had a pair of Keen Kaci Winter shoes, but Keen seemed to make this pair a bit narrower, especially in the toe box. Love this color the best of the options shown, and the sole has plenty of good grip to help one feel secure of walking on wet pavement. The style is my favorite one of Keen's shoes, and the uppers are super soft and comfortable. I would highly recommend this style and fit, provided one didn't need a bit more toe room like I do.

I really like these, but on their first test in the snow I discovered that they leak purple dye when they get wet. :( Proceed with caution if you have light colored rugs or floors!

I wanted to love these shoes. They look great, and I really wanted the lined coziness for winter walking shoes. The 8, which is my normal size, fit the front of my foot perfectly, but the heel was very loose, to the point where I was slipping around when trying to walk inside. A smaller size would not have fit the front of my foot. So, sadly, these are being returned.

This sho runs at least a half size larger that my other Keens (several pair and styles; all 8.5. I will be trying them in an 8

I adored the style of these shoes - kind of a moccasin look but with the rugged Keen soles and toe bumper. Sadly, although my normal size 10 fit fine in length and width, there was something about the insole up in the toe area that caused some discomfort in my toes. My toes did not come anywhere near the end of the shoe, it was more of an issue with the curvature of the insole perhaps. I considered trying them in 1/2 size bigger but knew they would be way too long so I am returning them. Oh......one last thought. I tried them with midweight and lightweight socks and the issue was the same with both types of socks. Darn.

My feet looked like blocks of wood! These shoes are so cute but too wide.
