Beautiful shoe. Sized correctly. With my extremely high instep I had great difficulty getting my foot into shoe.

In the past in the Kaci boot style have purchased a 6.5 for my medium width foot. The Keen Kaci Winter runs true to size in length. Even though this is a low cut shoe I could not get my foot in the opening , it was very stiff and to small.

I am very pleased with this shoe. I live in NYC and walk everywhere. This shoe has good support and grip for the pavement and keeps your feet dry and warm. The sale price makes it a bargain. Keen shoes are fabulous. I have never been disappointed with Keens or with the outstanding customer service at Zappos.

It is one of my favorite winter shoes for walking.

I have had these in the peat (brown) for 2 years. I have a LOT of shoes, but these are my go-to. Very comfortable, spans the seasons & has held up extremely well! My only "complaint" is that my brown ones are 9, so now I need black shoes I got same pair in 9 and they are slightly shorter! Width, etc was same. With same sock I went back & forth and had to return for 9.5s because my toe touched the end in the black 9s. Only a small hassle- and customer service was awesome as always!

These shoes were perfect for any activity; walking in town or even on the beach. Perfect sizing. Love them!!

I wanted a shoe with a lining to keep my feet warm in winter. This shoe is perfect. The lining isn't overly plush or thick, but it works for warmth. I wear an 8.5 in Keen Newports as well as the "non-winter" Kaci slip on. I ordered 8.5 in this winter Kaci, and I can wear midweight socks with comfort. I could probably wear heavy weight socks if I wanted and still feel comfy. I ordered the green and love the color. I had ordered a different shoe earlier in the week, decided it was too much like a boot....sent it back....reordered this shoe the same day....so glad I did. I love these shoes! They are so comfortable. They have just the right amount of arch support and there is enough room in the toe are that my bunions don’t hurt.

I found them to be quite comfortable which is a huge plus because I have trouble finding comfortable shoes. These fit well with a thicker sock. I bought them for an upcoming winter trip to Ireland so they will be warm, will keep my feet dry and should be good for walking.

I own two pairs of regular Kaci's and love them. Now I can add the Kaci Winter to my list of favorites! These shoes are very comfortable, easy to slip on and with the soft lining they feel like slippers. They are great to slip on to take my dogs for a walk, go to the store or whatever I'm up to! If you don't have a pair yet, order them now!

Fit is perfect! Shoe is very comfortable!

Got a size 9 and almost kept them. Despite the roomy toe box they didn't feel too loose in the heel but I'm afraid that will change when the furry lining flattens out a bit. Also, in Austin, I don't really need that much warmth even in winter. Returning in favor of some Merrell's.

Ordered a 9 and a 9 1/2 and oddly enough, the 9 is much bigger, especially the width than 9 1/2. I’m ordering another 9, my usual size and keeping my fingers crossed. Very frustrating. Wanted these for upcoming trips to both Iceland and Antarctica.

I've only had them for 3 days and I love them. So comfortable. I was looking for new shoes for winter and I usually go with Merrell but the last couple of years they just aren't what they use to be. These Keen are so well made. I've found a new brand for shoes....

I love these shoes but may need a half size down. My feet are changing with age. I’ve been getting more 10.5-11s as the 10s mostly seem too tight in the toes. They are well made. So comfortable! I would say your typical size in other keens would be good. I would not size up. You can get away with it in the hiking boots! I got an 11 and will try a 10.5. They are warm and oh, so easy on old feet!!!

I love these shoes. This is my second pair.

These are great shoes and I wish I could wear them. The heel is too wide for me and they slip when I walk.

I have a TERRIBLE time finding shoes that fit my feet and are comfortable. I have bunions, hammer toes, and high arches and it is nearly impossible to find shoes. I am a retired teacher and I had been wearing New Balance tennis shoes to substitute teach. I kept wishing I could find some shoes that were a little more professional and stylish that would fit my feet and that I could wear all day without them hurting my feet by about 3:00 pm. Because of Zappos generous free return mail policy, I was able to try several styles - one of the things I LOVE and appreciate about Zappos. When I put these shoes on, I was AMAZED! THEY DIDN'T HURT! I wore them around the house for a couple of days, and - THEY DIDN'T HURT! The first day I wore them to teach, I could keep them on all day and THEY DIDN'T HURT! AMAZING! For this time of year with rain and snow, I was also looking for something a little bit "weatherproof," and these shoes are PERFECT! The first pair I got were dark brown. Once I saw that they were going to work out GREAT, I ordered the grey ones as well! I have received several compliments on the shoes, too! As far as I'm concerned, that's a BONUS. Because of my "feet issues," getting compliments on shoes I wear "isn't even on my radar." All I am concerned about when I buy a pair of shoes is - can they fit around my feet, and can I wear them all day without them hurting! : ) Incredibly, for these shoes, the answer to those questions is YES, YES - and, they're cute, too! BONUS!

These are a bit snug when putting on, but once on they feel fine. Very comfy, usual Keen fit. I am replacing an aged pair of Merrells of similar design. Unfortunately Merrell shoes and my feet no longer get along well. I have a high instep, but that is okay with these shoes.

The fit in the toe box is perfect but the heels slip even with heavy socks...I'm keeping them, however, because I can spread my toes out!

I ordered a half size up to fit better with thick winter socks. I am wearing them now and they feel much better with thicker socks. I returned the 7-1/2 for the 8's. So far I love these for what I want them for. I find Keen shoes to be very dependable. Love the wider toe box and overall comfort.

Love these shoes, I own 2 pair in different colors and they are comfortable and water resistant, not to mention super cute!!! Love the fact that they are lightweight, and that they have room to wear thick socks!!

I sent back the 7-1/2 and ordered the 8's. They might be a tad big but the 7-1/2 felt too tight especially with heavier socks which you would probably wear in the winter , at least I do!
