I am a full time caregiver to someone in a wheelchair so I need my hands free all the time. This beautiful backpack allows me to carry my son's gear and my gear and to grocery shop if I need to. All in one!

This backpack is perfect for bikers in all weather conditions. I rode in pouring rain and the bag barely even got wet! Everything inside was dry and well protected. This backpack has definitely saved me from many. It has a practical use and is stylish at the same time. I'm even getting one for my boyfriend, I highly recommend this product!

I use this daily. I ride my bike to work and need to carry my change of clothes and my lunch. It all fits nicely in this backpack and it's comfortable. I love the style of it.

I love the colors. I feel the construction is well made and the fabric is heavy duty. The only thing it's missing is to be a little bigger for handling my camera equipment.

The yellow is perfect HIGH VISIBILITY color! I use this as my backpack when I ride my Yamaha 250 to work. I think it helps me be seen. Perfect size for a water bottle, lunch bag and change of clothes. Lots of compliments on this bag, mostly for the color. It is a true Neon yellow. Love it.

I use it daily to go to work but also for short trips and bike rides. I love the design, the colors and the fact that there's so much room! I honestly thought it was smaller. I highly recommend it :)

I use this bag every day to lug around my laptop and everyday necessities (wallet, keys, water bottle, glasses). It fits everything I need and is pretty light. My favorite feature is the tiny pocket where I hold my Clipper card - I don't even need to take the bag off my back to grab it.

I bought this backpack for conventions and light traveling. I love the material from the texture to the color scheme. So far the only downside is I feel like it's left me wanting more. I very much feel like it needs a pocket on the front like the normal tuck backpack. I also feel like there needs to be more pockets on the inside. It's very cavernous, but it definitely wouldn't work well as my work backpack for my IT job. Feels more like it was designed as an urban hiking bag. I wouldn't necessarily buy this bag again, I just want other people to be fully aware of what they're buying.

I use this bag almost every day for my commute. It has plenty of room to carry everything I need. The customizable materials and colors are fantastic, and the craftsmanship is impressive. My only complaint is the absence of a bright interior color, which would make it easier to see the compartments. It's like a black hole in there!

My custom roll top backpack is the bee's knees! Colors are exactly as I selected for each panel, and it didn't disappoint. I've had TB2 messenger bags for years, but this is my first backpack from them. Quality of material is solid. I do wish there was an option to choose different shoulder straps. The straps don't meet the same quality as the rest of the bag. The non-custom version of my backpack looks like it has heavier duty straps with attachment loops for phone holder, etc. I would have given 5*s, if the straps were better. Still, it's a great bag!

It's the perfect size to house the bits and pieces i take to work plus my lunch tote. Solid construction I'm sure will last a long time. Although the arm straps could have been a little beefier.

I thought that the backpack was great, it was very light, easy to flatten, and could expand to fit large coats and other items. I loved the customizability of different colors and materials, and I made it fully waterproof (except for the mandatory black part). The fact that it didn't have many pockets was a huge plus, because I could very efficiently find anything in the backpack without dealing will zippers. The clasp is very secure but also easy for me to use.
The drawbacks are that it was hard to fit my laptop from the back zipper. Even though the diagram said that it would fit 16" laptops, mine was hard to put in through the back opening. Also, when I had the backpack on, it was difficult to reach to the side pockets for my water bottle or phone.

This backpack came in clutch a few times. I bought it for use for work and also vacation. During my first trip with this backpack, I was impressed how convenient it was. Because there are barely any pockets, it was very easy to find everything in the backpack. Also, the volume is huge and it felt like a bucket. I loved that I was able to customize it to be fully waterproof (except for the black part that is pressed against my back). The backpack is very light, like a cloud, and it is easy to flatten down and store it in tight spaces.
Overall, the backpack was great, but one thing that makes it imperfect is this: The diagram on the website mentioned that the backpack would fit a 16" laptop, but it didn't. And when I have the backpack on, it's hard for me to reach into the side pockets to grab a water bottle or phone that I put there.

Very stylish. Great color. I use it as my commute bag. Great size.
Straps are a bit flimsy. Laptop sleeve has no cushioning.

I own a 6 year old non-custom Tuck and while I love my colors I chose for my custom one, the one feature I'm pretty sorely missing is the front zip pocket. When I ordered, I didn't think I would be as sad to not have it as I ended up being. I'd probably go back to a non-custom next time to get the front zip pocket back.

This is my daily bag used for work during my daily motorcycle rides. I customised it to be reflective in the front panel so that vehicles behind me is able to see me. The top panel is waterproof so light rainwater is repelled off. Love that you can customise this backpack to your needs with many colours. Wish that the waterproof material had more colours. Side panels with bottle slots are abit of a downer as it is not stretchable and can fit smaller bottles.

Bought this as a lightweight pack for flight carry on & general travel use. Easy to stuff in a larger bag if not in use, but nice and light, comfortable for trekking through the airport. My only complaint is wishing it had more interior pockets.

Solid daily backpack for commuting with laptop drives etc but wish it had better interior organizing and pockets. Priced high for what you get.

I use this bag as a daily work bag. I carry some food and work items in it. I only have two gripes. First. The big inside pocket should have a flap that closes it shut. I find with it flopping open things fall into the pocket I don't want there. Also, I would prefer a bit wider and more padded shoulder straps. The ones it comes with feel thin and a bit cheap. Otherwise, I love this bag. I love the customization Timbuk 2 offers.

This bag has been absolutely awesome. Light, simple, and carries a lot of stuff. Easy to access and the flexible top allows for some compression and expansion. MY only cons:
1. At least one of the exterior side pockets SHOULD be stretchy or flexible to handle both narrow to wide water bottles. A MUST for a travel bag to be able to portable more liquids when traveling. Also to not have to take bag off and dig inside bag to get water bottle is a HUGE thing imo.
2. The lager exterior zipper pouch is great but with the opening being vertical.. you need to always position the bag in such a way so when it is open stuff doesn't start falling out. Usually my bag is upright so accessing these pockets this way has contents coming out when i unzipper the pocket.
I will have to get another bag MOSTLY for these two issues. Being able to not use up room in my bag and also for easy access to my water bottle is important for travel.

I use it for my laptop and notepads. I like the way it looks, but I am concerned that the material is too thin. It's attractive, but I am still getting used to the roll top.

The bag is made of strong materials and the colors are great. I think the bag is good quality. I wish it had more padding and had stiffer material so it didn't flop over so easily. The laptop section needs more padding. But it is a quality bag and I like it.

Great quality product, lightweight. It's perfect for traveling. Unfortunately I purchased it for every day use for work and it is not so functional in that capacity as items tend to shift and fall out of the bag. But we will now use this as our travel bag.

Good quality but the colors of the fabric on the web don't accurately represent how it looks in person.
