Cute diagonal strap Mary Jane. Flexible sole with good roll-through when walking. Cushioned insole while comfy, has no support, but it is removable to insert your own. Although the width was ample through bunion area, the toe box is too rounded for my square feet. The toe box has good depth. The heel width is not too wide. I like Clark's so I am sad to send them back. I am willing to try another style.

I have flat feet and wear orthotics so i was lookong for a shoe that i could fit my orthotics into. These are great! The shoe padding is actually very comfortable but lacks arch support so i couldn't make use of them. My orthotics fit great and shoes are very comfortable. I like that the shoe profile isnt too bulky, which is common for orthotic shoes. The material is flexible and doesnt irritate my tailors bunions. I usually wear a 6M but the 6w was more comfortable. Heel slips out a bit but the strap keeps everything secure and comfortable.

I love these shoes! I first bought them in navy, and then in black, because they are essential to my shoe wardrobe. I have miserably-difficult feet to fit -- bunions, narrow heels, toes that sometimes become possessed and get into muscle spasms almost instantly if a toe box is too confining. I would wear sandals, or go barefoot, all year long if I could, but that doesn't work... And I can even wear these barefoot, which I can never do in a closed toe leather shoe! I was worried I would not like them because they are synthetic, but these have converted me. And they don't get ruined in the rain!! I have had two people practically try to buy them off my feet... They are not a sexy shoe, but I am well beyond sex-shoe time in my life, but they have a very attractive sculptural quality to them. Please don't stop making this shoe, Clarks!!

This shoe doesn't really look at all like it does in the photos and even the video. Also, the sizing seems to be totally different from other Clark's shoes. The 7N felt more like a 6 1/2 medium. And it was just kind of ugly.

They fit perfectly and give me plenty of room in the toe, which I have a problem with in most non-sneaker shoes so that's a huge plus. They're completely adorable and I feel really happy with them. And I am a person who really, really hates shoes that aren't sneakers so I'm so relieved that I don't have to send them back.

A little tight in the toe area, and strap too short. First day was uncomfortable after a few hours. If made of leather they would stretch better. They did break in after wearing with socks and are somewhat comfortable now. Companies making wide shoes should realize the straps need to be longer too.

This is the first cute, feminine shoe I've found that accommodates the bunionettes (bunions of the small toes) on my problem feet. I'm absolutely thrilled that I found these! Before I found this shoe, I didn't own a single pair of shoes that would look nice with a dress, so lately I've been looking for one. I've tried a low heel, but have not found anything that would be comfortable. Mary Janes are my best bet, but even in that category, it's hard to find a shoe that I could wear for several hours. Whoever designed these shoes is a genius. They placed a section of flexible material, like you'd find in an athletic shoe, along the outside just where the little toe meets the shoe, allowing for some "give" in that area. The result for me is no pain there. What's more, the shoe fits me well in the heel and doesn't slip, and the strap allows for a personalized fit. I ordered the same size that I've bought in Clarks lace-up shoes, and these are true to size. I highly recommend this shoe for anyone like me with problem feet.

I wanted a pair of flats to wear with skirts and because of arthritis in my big toe I need something with a roomy deeper toe box. These shoes work for me- they are cute and while the bottoms are a bit thick they still are stylish enough to go well with skirts etc. they are manmade uppers and bottoms which aldi was a plus for me

WOW.........I DO NOT THINK I CAN TYPE AS MANY ADJECTIVES THAT WILL PRAISE THIS SHOE ENOUGH!! FIRST YOU NEED TO KNOW I WEAR A LEG BRACE WHICH FITS INTO THE SHOE UNDER THE INSOLE & CONTINUES UP THE BACK OF MY LEG TO KNEE & THAT HAS CAUSED ME TO RETURN MANY PAIRS OF SHOES TO ZAPPOS!! AHA...........BUT YESTERDAY ON MY 85TH BIRTHDAY MY CLARKS SILLIAN BELLA ARRIVED & I PUT THE BRACE IN, THEN TO MY UTTER AMAZEMENT MY FOOT FIT!!!!! THE STRAP FIT WITH NO PROBLEM ALSO & OTHERS I ORDERED I COULD NOT GET THE STRAP CLOSED, SO I WAS DELIGHTED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WERE SO PATIENT WITH ME ABOUT RETURNS, SO NOW I WILL NOT HAVE TO CALL TO HAVE THESE SENT BACK......THEY ARE "KEEPERS", COMFY RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX & WORN OUT TO DINNER LAST NIGHT, THEN TO SHOP TODAY & HAVE LUNCH OUT, NO PAIN, NOTHING BUT KUDOES FOR THIS SHOE. Simple and adorable Mary Janes. I've bought several pairs of shoes from Clarks and they're consistently great.

These shoes are comfortable!! The fit was a little wide. And they look a little like orthopaedic shoes, but because they were so comfortable, I kept them. I wear them occasionally, not every day. Two months after buying, the Velcro stopped working. I would take a step and there would be a rip sound of the Velcro coming undone and my show would nearly fall off. I have nothing in the Velcro, the shoes are clean, never been wet. It keeps happening every time I wear the shoe, so these won’t work for me. So bummed that I can’t wear them anymore. They were super comfortable. I feel like the quality is bad and they are a waste of money.

I wear a 10 wide and need good arch support. This shoe fit my needs. My foot is wide in the front and regular in the heel. These shoes do not slip on me. They also have removable insoles so I can slip in a heel life or use a sport insole. They are cute and the styling helps my foot look less wide.

Only moments after receiving these shoes, I put them on for an evening out and couldn't believe how comfortable they were. Since I require a wide size, along with a roomy toe box to accommodate my bunions, I felt these shoes met my needs. The added bonus is they look great as well.

I just bought the my 3rd pair of these shoes because my orthotics fit in perfectly. I bought an 11N; I normally wear a 10.5N. These shoes have a heel narrow enough and toe box wide enough to fit me perfectly. Without the orthotics and a light pair of socks they would be too wide and too long. Very comfortable.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. What's more they are nice looking. The fit is good but then I don't like my shoes to fit too snugly. Because of the strap I can wear these with or without socks. Usually once I put on socks the fit becomes too snug and uncomfortable. These are absolutely great. Plus I can take out their insole and put in my own arch support if necessary. So far I'm good with them as they are. I may consider getting another pair if they come in something other than black.

Finally, a comfortable shoe right out of the box!! Love the support. I only wish the sole was black instead of gray so I could wear it for dress up!

I wanted the gray but they weren't available in my size so I ordered the navy. These shoes are not beautiful, but they fit, and I think that if I wear them with pants, the straps won't show and they'll be ok. For some reason, Clarks are almost always a perfect fit for me and my bunion. Because one of my feet is wider than the other, I need shoes that either lace up or have a strap.

The fit is true to size. I have narrow feet but need to wear orthotics. The adjustable strap is great and allows me to tighten the shoe so it fits. The shoe is super comfortable- like walking on a cloud! My issue is with the Velcro closure. About 3 months after occasional wear, the strap does not stay closed. It’s not dirty, there’s nothing blocking it. I can’t figure out why. But, I’ll be walking and as I step, the strap comes undone and I’ve walked right out of my shoes. It happens all the time now, so these shoes are now trash.

By going up 1/2 size the shoe felt amazing. These are really good shoes. I am most impressed with Zappos Customer Service. Although we were past the time when a warranty would be honored, Zappos approved the replacement of these shoes for my 95-yr old mother after she had worn them for 15 months! They said that in this pandemic, they didn't want any 95-yr old going out to purchase a new pair. Thank you, thank you to a truly great company!

They felt great the minute I put them on. I am always hard to please when it comes to shoes. I was thrilled!

I absolutely love these! I’m a flight attendant for a major airline and sometimes have 12-13 hour duty days. These are PERFECT! My feet barely ache, if at all , at the end of the day. The strap stays on firm, and the style is cute. I have to say I think these are right up there with the comfort level of Dansko Professional clogs.

I normally wear a 8.5WW but in Clarks a 9W often fits. As I've aged and gained weight, my feet swell a bit sometimes (I know, so attractive!) These are comfy and the velcro gives a little extra room for those puffy days. I also have a high instep but these still fit great. Awesome for travel because they are incredibly lightweight and easy to care for / quick to dry if wet. The black color also has a black sole so they don't look like tennis shoes and can kind of sub as nicer evening shoes. I ended up buying two more pair.

I love this shoe. I have crazy wide feet and the adjustable strap made it easy to accommodate for it. The only problem is that you have to wear socks otherwise your feet get sweaty within a few minutes...which is kind of inconvenient

Second pair of these Clarks. LOVE them! Like wearing my slippers all day long. Cute with long pants and crops. Retired gal who insists on extreme comfort. That’s what I get with these...with or without socks...durable and adjustable with the velcro.
