I needed some boots that are were warm and could handle the upstate NY slush, snow and ice. These allow me to keep up with my Bernese Mountain dog on our daily walks in the country!

I wear a wide width shoe and am hard to fit. These Shellista II Shorty boots are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Plenty of room in the toe with light weight SmartWool socks.

I really like the weight, comfort and look of these boots. Unfortunately the blue/grey ran small, so then I ordered the next size in black - which ran true to size so it was too big. Frustrating but I eventually got them in the original size, in black and they are great. Easy on and off. Nice traction sole. Comfortable foot bed. Haven't worn them outside yet...

This boot runs a tad large. I ordered a 10 and had to return it for a 9.5 which is better but there is still plenty of room in the toe.

I bought these boots mostly because they are waterproof . . . and they are that. They are fine for shoveling snow. But I think if you had to stand at a bus stop, for instance, where you aren't moving around, your feet would become cold, just as in most any boot. Today I went outside, brushed the snow off my car and then got into a not yet warm car. My feet felt cold pretty quickly.

Nice solid boot. Liked the different textures and the sole was really cushioned and comfortable. Liked the traction and the adjustable tightness offered by the laces. I usually wear a 9, but the 9 was slightly tight in the toe box I'll be traveling to wear this boot so I opted for a 9.5 in a different north face style that was slightly shorter in height, although not adjustable.

This is a cute shoe, but too narrow for my foot. I don’t feel like I have a wide foot, but I also don’t have a narrow foot. This just wasn’t wide enough in the toe area for me. I wanted to love it! But it also hit the back of my ankle weird when I walked. I think half a size bigger would have fit better if I needed thicker socks, but it was just too narrow unfortunately.

I'm reviewing based on 2017 model that I bought in early 2018: they are not as warm as I had hoped but are cute and work for short jaunts to the store or for walking the dogs. I wore them on a cold night when I had to stand outside for a couple hours and was miserable so won't wear them for extended periods on really cold days. Plenty water proof, though. So if you live in milder climate or only need for quick trips out, they are great.

These are replacement boots for old well loved North Face boots. I wanted easy to slip on and warm. I haven't tested these new boots, but I like the look and am hopeful.

I bought these based on the reviews, although I was a little hesitant given the style. I wasn't "wowed". When they arrived, though, I discovered they they were very comfortable (especially around my lower calf where some boots can be irritating) and not bulky looking in the least. My teen daughter said they were "really cute". I think they look sporty with leggings and skinny jeans and should work well if worn with snow pants.

These came in yesterday and is an excellent pair. Extremely comfortable and cozy. I have a wide foot and so they are perfect for me. If you have a narrow foot they may feel tad wide. Love the look. The laces make it easier to get the right fit. Keeping it.

I love the look of these and they seem high quality, but the toe area was just too small. I live way up north and wear wool socks with my boots in the winter. These were a bit tight in the toes even with regular socks on, and I know they would've caused my toes to freeze up quicker because of that. So sad because they are super cute!

I've been wearing them for the end of the winter season in Boston and part of this spring. They are not the most comfortable shoes, which is a bit sad but they are very stylish and so far keep my feet entirely dry. It hasn't been cold enough to tell how warm they are so I cannot speak to the insulation. Overall I am happy with my purchase!

Comfortable shoes. Had another pair similar to these for the last 10 years but the rubber cracked. I like my other ones better as I liked that they zipped instead of tied like these ones but overall these are nice. I like the flexibility of the bottoms compared to my old ones which were harder so hopefully these will not crack as well.

Went to Iceland for a week so bought these shoes for the trip. Were warm when wore them, but after about half hour my toes would start freezing. Looked great on every type of attire.. color combo oxtails is perfect. The fun lining makes them super soft and comfy. Bought half size bigger than regular fit, and it was perfect with socks on. Hopefully I can wear them more often during hikes in snow.

Keeps your feet nice and warm. Not too heavy to walk in. It feels a bit large in the heel area and looks a bit wide in the front. Good for Chicago winters!
