Great quality boot but does not keep your feet warm. Kinda disappointed because I wore them a handful of times and will need to purchase another pair if temperatures dip under -10. They are waterproof and warm enough for some climates but they are not that comfortable and warm. It's a shame (not mine) as I am very satisfied with their winter coats and other gear.

After going up a full size, these boots were still too tight and not long enough for my son who has fairly narrow feet. We will try a different brand and return these to forever patient Zappos.

Great boots, got them for snow, they are extremely water proof, great traction in snow, not amazing traction on ice, love these boots. BUT, I am on my 3rd pair in 3 months. The eyelets seem to be low quality and have ripped on the last two pairs. This one seems to be holding out, but if not for this quality issue I would have given these 5 stars.

I loved these boots at first as they are warm and comfortable, but after about 2/3 weeks of use they don't hold up as water proof or sturdy against the Nebraska winters. I've had to replace them twice and will probably need them replaced again here come next winter so while the warranty has been helpful I wouldn't waste my money buying them again.

I used these for plowing snow/shoveling walkways for work. After the 2nd-3rd time wearing them my feet would be soaked. Just from snow melting on them in the truck. Junk junk junk

These boots I got for Christmas less than a year ago and they make your feet smell moddy. I'm a shorter petite man never had this problem.

these are nice looking sturdy shoes, but when you walk, they propel you forward. I decided to try them for a day. at the end of the day, they were so uncomfortable, that my back was hurting me. No joke.

The fit is great. I usually wear a 10.5 (men's size) in athletic footwear. Based on other reviews indicating that this style runs small, I ordered both the 10.5 and 11. I tried the 10.5 first and didn't even try the 11. The 10.5 was perfect for me with plenty of toe room for serious walking and snowshoeing. My one major problem after just one week of very light urban use in Chicago (just walking - not snowshoeing) is that one of the laces is unraveling at the point where it rubs against the top metal lace hooks. The problem is only on one side of one boot. This simply is not acceptable for a boot of this quality. I'm having trouble finding the same laces. I'm regretting this North Face purchase. Similar, but shorter winter hiking boots by Merrell have lasted me years with no issues, and the laces of these boots are falling apart after one week!

This boot seems like it could be nice if it fit me. I generally wear a men's 10 wide. I ordered these in a 10.5 normal width since a wide was not offered. They are too narrow for me. The boots have a very fluffy interior. This may or may not pack down enough with time. I thought about trying an 11 but the boots are already long enough.
