These boots seem very well made, they're incredibly comfortable right out of the box, and will serve me well here in Michigan this winter and hopefully for years to come.

The fit was great. Shoveled three driveways today in 8 degree temps and my feet stayed toasty warm.

Really liking these boots. Fit was right, especially after wearing them for an hour or two. Warm, comfortable, grippy soles. Love them. Would definitely recommend them.

I like the fit, comfort and appearance. Soles seem to work well on ice - toes seem to grip better than the heels.

I was a bit skeptical but gave them a try because I hate slipping and falling in winter weather. We had a freezing rain event last night (nothing slicker than wet ice) and these boots worked so much better than regular boots. Other people were having a hard time staying upright but I walked through it without changing my gait. I am impressed that Merrell could pull this off. They are also very comfortable and warm without being bulky.

I have worn Merrell Moab's for years on the trail. They are very comfortable and light and wear well on rough trails. I am very excited to have the new Ice & Thermal version. I only have about 20 trail miles on the new shoes but they are warm and light just like I expected. Most importantly, the waterproof uppers and deep traction soles are perfect for cold wet and frozen trails. We carry ice spikes and snow shoes for the heaviest conditions, but the Ice & Thermal Moab shoes are my new winter go to shoes.

These fit like my other Merrell shoes. They are comfortable and I expect as durable as my previous shoes. Have not tried them out in slippery conditions yet.

So far I'm very pleased. If the snow's not too deep these will be my every day winter footwear. Traction is better than expected and my feet are dry and fairly warm even with light weight cotton socks. When it gets colder these boots will do well with wool blend medium socks.

Just walked 7k to the office. Very comfortable out of the box. Feet were toasty warm and dry. Can't wait for the wet ice to give the new Arctic soles the real test. I found the sole at the ball of the feet to be a bit soft. Would have wished them too be a bit stiffer. Perhaps I should have purchased the Capra boot? You won't be disappointed. I'm not.

This boot is incredible. I am a tow truck driver and was excited to see this concept since I work in all weather conditions. I took these camping/hunting over the weekend and.. WOW. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I was the only one with warm feet. Performed well in the snow. They are comfortable and light weight. If these ever get discontinued I will buy as many as I can before they are gone.

Product is very good. I bought it in half a price thru a sale, i say i hit a jackpot. Its very comfortable to wear and Im looking forward this winter to use it. I have a wide foot so I pick 1 size bigger which fits me very fine. The downside of this shoes is its narrow fit so I recommend to go 1 size or half size bigger, im a size 8 in merell shoes but the size 9 just fits me fine.

I got them all around shoes for springtime, I am a regular merrell user (chameleon, overlook Ive, moab moc and more!), always 9,5 size but this one is really built small (like size 8 8,5). The boot/shoe conception is perfect in itself, isolation, waterproof and all.

Impressed with construction materials boot was made of. Would like to have thicker soles as hike most often on rocky surfaces. Time will tell about how well the soles wear.

Excellent comfort. Felt like they were already broken in from the start. Sadly my pair had a slight defect but nonetheless they were a very good boot.

Love the boot, comfort and traction. The lighter insulation is better suited for milder winter which is the exact reason I bought it for since I have a heavier insulated Merrell boot for below-freezing temperatures. My only complaint is the thin laces which tend to loosen easier during normal wear unlike other thicker Merrell laces.

Moab runs small in length and widthis not a generous. It is easier to get in and out of compared to Merrell's Coldpack because of the slightly lower high top. It is a well made shoe none the less.

Used these boots recently on a 5 mile hike with ice on numerous sections of the trail. I am very pleased with the traction, warmth and comfortability of this boot. However, I wore them during a day that it was snowing and my toes were wet. So I will not say that they are 100% waterproof.

Way too small. Have to order up a size. Merrell should have this in a wide width.

I like the boots. They are a little bit tight, but will probably be fine after the break in period. They are not as thermal as I expected.

I've used these boots on two hikes over snow and ice covered trails. They were warm, exceptionally comfortable and although lightweight, they proved to be sturdy and performed well through hours of hiking. The sole got great traction in the snow and provided good stability on solid ice.

Great traction, warmth, comfort and style. Ankle support is minimal so flexibility is great. The size does run small because of the insulation. I only went up half a size and should have gone up a full, they are a little snug. I'm hoping they wear in and stretch a bit. Overall they are great.
