I absolutely love these shoes both in quality and aesthetics. While the oatmeal, collegiate navy absolutely caught my attention when I first saw them, I thought perhaps it would be more practical to get them in black. Luckily, the boots were not available in my size in black, and I ordered the boots in oatmeal. No regrets on the color! The weather is really wet right now in Chicago and I have had no issues doing errands or walking the dogs in these shoes. My feet are comfy and dry and the shoes have maintained their lovely oatmeal color even after walking through murky puddles. My only regret is sizing up. I am an 8 in the Cate the Great wedge, Joan of Arctic wedge, Emelie Conquest boot, and Major Carly boot. However, reading the reviews I decided to order an 8.5. When I first got them, I thought I made the right call, but having had them now for a few weeks and have broken them in I think it would have been better to get an 8. They have started to fold in different areas when I wear them. Also, I am starting to have to wear them with thicker socks; whereas, in the beginning, they were extremely snug with thick socks. I still love them and hope to order them again, but this time in an 8 (knowing they will be really snug in the beginning). **I don't think that this necessarily means that you will not have to size up, but perhaps if you are someone like me that is consistently the same size, consider staying true to that size, keeping in mind that they will be snug in the beginning.**

Very comfortable quality boot that keeps you warm. I typically go up a half size in Sorel boots but in these I have to return and go up a whole size.

I love these boots....actually, I love all of my Sorel shoes. They do run slightly small. I typically wear a size 8 in Sorel wedges but I found these a little small and had to return for an 8.5. Every time I wear them, I get multiple compliments. They are warm, waterproof and fashionable.

These boots do run small. I usually wear a 6.5 and I had to return the size 7 for a 7.5 but I am so glad that I did. The boots are very comfortable to wear all day and are keeping my feet warm and dry with all the snow and ice we have had this winter. I would definitely recommend these boots. I get compliments on them every time I wear them.

After reading the other reviews regarding sizing, I decided to order up a half size (I'm usually a 9, sometimes 9.5 so I ordered a 9.5) and I'm glad I did. These fit perfectly with thick socks, and they are comfy, stylish and warm. Love them!!

It has been hard to find a good quality winter shoe for my tiny feet (women size 4). I live in Denver, Colorado I need a pair of winter waterproof and good for icy road shoe. I read a lot of review of SOREL shoe and decided to purchase a size 5. It nofitted perfectly for my tiny feet. This is my life saver shoe. Good quality and stylist. Planning to buy two other more SOREL.

I wear these boots very frequently and they're great in snow! They're very comfortable however I would for sure size up. I am pretty universally a 7, but for these boots I ordered a 7.5 which fits perfectly. My only complaint is that the area around the heel arrived with a small piece mission, otherwise, they're great boots!

These boots are adorable! Super comfortable and warm. Have solid heel, feel well-made! Definitely worth the purchase! All Sorels run small on me. I'm normally a 7 1/2 however for Sorels, I order an 8 so I can fit comfy socks!

I wade through deep nyc street puddles, walk in icy snow and hike over jagged terrain and these have lasted over 2 seasons and still look great and feel great. I choose to wear a size up for added toe room and thick socks

I absolutely love my new boots - I love how they aren't heavy like some of the other Sorel style that I have purchased- I did read the reviews and other people said to size up while size - i only sized up a half size and had to send them back and order the next 1/2 size - I usually wear a 10 and had to order the 11, and I still could have ordered an 11 1/2 - so I won't wear thick socks with them- bu I love them, they are super comfy and stylish- I'm 49 years old and I had a lady in her 60's compliment me on them just yesterday- very happy with my purchase

My new go-to boot for nasty weather. This boot does run a bit small, I can see what other reviewers are talking about however it fits my feet fine. My regular shoe size (12) works. Keeps my feet dry and warm.
