Sized up one whole size based on reviews and even then, my toes were hitting the front. Also not much padding in the soles so they didn’t feel like they’d be very comfortable even if they did fit. Returned!

This item is super small. I am a true 5.5 and needed a 7. Order at least a full size up!
The item also arrived clearly used. There was obvious wear on the bottoms and smudges on the sides. The tag was bent in a way that made it obvious that it had been reattached. The boots werent worn enough to make an issue but when I buy an item I expect it to arrive in new condition. Very dissapointing.

These shoes are very cute, but they are way to narrow and small. I ordered them twice because my normal shoe size was way too small. I am normally a 5 and have very narrow feet. I ordered a size 7 and when I put these boots on, my feet were so compressed that it was so awkward for me to walk in them. If I really wanted to suffer through the pain of my feet being compressed so tight that I couldn't even walk in them I would rate them maybe 2 stars just because they're cute, but since I have a brain and realize that I had to go two sizes up from my normal size just for a little comfort is outrageous. NO shoe company should make their shoes so narrow, because believe it or not, no one has feet that are narrower than their hands. These shoes should NOT have a smaller width than the person's hand. The human body is not made that way!

These boots are meant for winter wear. The first time I wore it when it snowed, the boots immediately became wet on the inside. Even the smallest amount of moisture makes the boots wet inside. I understand that I cannot expect a completely waterproof product, as these are not rain boots. I did expect, however, that I could walk in my Sorel boots in 1 inch of snow, without having wet feet.

The first time I bought these boots, I'd had them for a couple of months, went to pull them on one day and the back tab/loop broke. After some hassle, I was able to send the boots back and got a credit so that I could purchase them again. I had the second pair for almost a year (and wore them a lot in rainy Seattle), but happened to step in a puddle a month ago and now the right boot heel/sole squeaks with every step I take. It sounds like I am stepping on a dog's chew toy! It's so annoying, I'm gonna get rid of them. I am super disappointed because the slim fit style of these boots finally fits my foot properly, and the style is really cute, but I'm not going to give these boots a third try....

Very disappointed in these boots. I thought I was ordering a pair of good quality boots. The heel started squeaking and is separating from the boot. The other boot heel also has a different issue.

I am returning my boots and getting another pair. I am not sure if they were defective or just poorly made, but I had wet feet every time I work them. They are supposed to be waterproof, but I am not sure where the water is coming in. I will try another pair of the same shoes to see if they leak too. If so, I'll return those and get a different pair.

As another reviewer wrote, the loop at the back of the boot broke before I even wore them out of the house. It was literally my first time trying them on at home, and as I pull the loop to put the boot on it tore. Poor construction. I showed the boot to a cobbler and he said I should return the boot and he thought it likely that if one loop broke, the quality of construction might not be high. I returned them.

I was excited for these to arrive but was disappointed when they arrived. I typically wear an 8 or 8.5 so I ordered the bigger option based on previous reviews. The boots were to short but the ankle opening was very wide. They did not look stylish at all.
