I have wanted this boot forever. So comfortable & nice looking. A GREAT look for running around town, walking the dogs in the woods or apres ski. HIGHLY recommend!

These boots are warm, comfortable and perfect for unpredictable Seattle weather. I'm confident in the product when I'm walking in the rain or on slippery ice so I suspect hiking and activities on rough terrain will be fine as well. The boots also have a slight heel but they're very comfortable. It gives you the "walking on clouds" feeling. Other than the durability and quality of product, the details on the boots make them stylish too. They look great with leggings or skinny jeans. The color I chose is neutral so it goes with many wardrobe options. It keeps me and my feet incredibly warm. This was my first Sorel purchase, I look forward to more!

Great boot for Northern MN, but does run about a 1/2 size small.

I ordered these boots and could not be happier. I ordered a half size up from my normal 9,5 and that was a good decision especially with thick socks. I have worn them in cold and rainy (lots of rain) weather, and they kept my feet nice and cozy. Definitely pleased with this purchase!

These boots are amazing for cold & snowy weather! They will keep your feet very warm and dry. I would 100% recommend these... just buy a size up!

I love these boots! I was looking at 4 short boots from different stores, and went with Sorel for a few reasons: I already have Sorel boots and I love them; This style was the cutest between the 4 I was looking at; Best value; Most efficient for Colorado weather.

I am an avid hiker so I ordered these boots for myself for hiking in the fall and winter. They keep my feet dry in the Oregon rain and warm in the mountain snow. I went hiking with my mom a few times and her feet were always miserable so I just ordered her a pair for Christmas. My husband found out and mentioned how he wants to invest in a pair as well (he is the main person I drag along on my hikes). He never complains so I never knew his shoes weren't getting the job done so I ordered him the male version! Everyone gets boots for Christmas! These boots are seriously amazing. Didn't take any time to break in and are amazing on the trails. I was a little worried about the small heel for hiking but I don't even notice it! My feet are always dry and warm and my ankle always feels stable. Plus, they are cute! I have never before had a cute pair of hiking boots that actually worked. I can go straight from the trails to dinner. Overall I love these boots and wear them every weekend. Very smart buy.

I had such a hard time finding a cute and practical duck boot. I was so excited when I got mine! These are comfy and fit perfectly and go with everything!

I ordered these for a recent trip to Iceland. My feet were never cold. Great waterproofing and stylish. Also, very light. These boots do run a tiny bit small. I usually wear a 6, but thanks to another review explaining the boot runs small I ordered up. Gave me room for cozy socks. Overall, love this boot.

I love these boots! Extremely warm and comfortable. Sorel boots are quickly becoming a staple in my wardrobe. I have 2 other pairs of Sorels that are 9's, but based on previous reviews I ordered these a half size up (9 1/2). They fit perfect, and I am very happy with my purchase!

I love my slimpack II lace duck boots! The color matches what is shown online perfectly. It is a quality boot that I know is going to do well in the weather. I did originally order a 1/2 size larger than what I normally wear based on other reviews. However, I had to return the boots and get another 1/2 size up, because it was still too small. Because it is a duck boot, the toe comes up slightly and requires at least a full size up to fit right. Enjoy the purchase!

I had compared Sorel Slimpack II Lace Duck boots to the LL Bean 8" Insulated Bean Duck boots, and was not disappointed in my choice to go with the Sorels. The Sorels are stylish, as the heal ads a feminine look that is not impractical (I can run in the boots). The inside is lined with a soft fabric that is comfortable to wear with thin socks, which is great due to the tighter fit and warmth. The reviews on sizing are correct! I normally wear a 7.5 - 8 size shoe (7.5 dress shoe, 8 running/walking shoe). I ordered these in an 8.5 and my toes are right up to the front of the boot. I felt that there was enough room on the sides of my foot to allow for comfort after a long-time of wearing, but could have ordered a 9 if I wanted a bit of space between my toes and the front of the shoe.

Super functional and stylish boots. These are my go-to for my everyday out and about adventures. They do fit slightly small so I recommend going up a half a size. I want to buy the plaid black and white pair next!

I ordered these for my teenage daughter for Christmas. Since we wear the same size shoe, I was able to try these on to know whether or not they'll fit her. I found these to run a full size too small, especially if you want to wear a thicker boot sock with them. They are warm, cozy, stylish and practical for all kinds of weather. They look cute with leggings and jeans, so very versatile. So not only will these boots keep your feet dry and warm, but also are cute and warrant many compliments! I can't wait to give them to my daughter!

I have 3 daughters and each holiday request some boots from Sorel. They find the boots are fashionable, warm, and comfortable. Living in the northern states, dressing warm is essential. Luv them!!

These boots are amazing! They are warm on the inside and waterproof on the outside. I was a little worried about the heel but I've already tested these boots out hiking and they were great, lots of traction and you can't feel the heel at all. However, they run VERY small. I usually wear an 8 and I had to size up to a 9. I recommend sizing up a FULL size, maybe even a size and a half!

I absolutely love these boots! They run small, I sized up a half size. They are easy to slip on and so comforable on the feet. I have been wearing them in 30 degree weather and my feet have been nice and warm. I have the Joan of Arcs as well, but I think I am going to get more use out of these because of the slim comfy style!

While I have several pairs of waterproof boots that are more "lifestyle" oriented (ie, wearing around town), I needed a pair of after-snow/camping-in-the-mud boots that were bombproof... but not ugly. I don't like any of the boots with fur around the collar... too fluffy and impractical for me. For these ones, the fleece at the top is great -- still stylish but not hipstery. The heel also isn't a problem (I thought it'd be too high to be practical, but it's not). They've been keeping my feet SUPER warm and they're comfortable. My only word of warning is they run small. I wear an 8-8.5, depending on the shoe. I bought an 8.5 and when I have thick socks on, my toe bumps up against the top a bit... but when I'm just wearing these around, I've found my feet are so warm, a regular pair of socks suffice (I'll only wear thick socks when it gets super cold, so this issue will be minimized). So, definitely aim for a half size up.
