Why did I wait so long? These boots are a dream on my feet. I purchased the black in a size 9 which was a great fit for my foot. The boot is high quality in material and design. I questioned whether I could be comfortable in a wedge this high, but I do not even feel like I am wearing heels!! They are truly that comfortable. That is saying a lot. I suffer from a chronic pain disorder and this includes my feet and legs, but I wear these all day at work -- in a Head Start room -- and they are total comfort with the cushy footbed and arch support. I live in Maine where we have had sleet, snow and ice. These have handled beautifully thanks to the waterproof uppers and rugged outsoles. Kudos to Sorel for such a stylish, functional wedge-heeled boot.

I love all my Sorel boots and the Joan of Arc wedge is no exception. As most of the reviews say, I have found that Sorel usually runs small, but this style does not. I found these to be true to size. I initially ordered up a half size based on reviews, but had to return and order my normal size 9. These boots are too dang cute and the craftsmanship is excellent! Well worth the price. I am so in love, I ordered a couple of colors.

I have been obsessed with Sorel wedges this season and have splurged on probably too many. These are my fave! I thought the lea wedges were comfy but these are even better - more roomy width-wise. So soft too! Some reviews commented on these being on the heavy side but I didn't notice that at all. LOVE these and hoping one of the brown pairs come back in stock in my size.

Just moved to the PNW and a friend recommended Sorel’s as a stylish option for shoes that could hold up to the weather. Was skeptical until I saw these. Love the style and this color—seems to go with anything. Best part is they are comfortable to walk in. I walk everywhere in my city and on one of the coldest nights with warm socks, my feet were feeling great. I normally wear a size 10 and went up a half size. Probably would have been fine with my normal size but since they aren’t lined, wearing a thick sock for warmth makes the 10.5 just fine. I also got them for almost $100 off of the original price for some reason which made the purchase even sweeter!

I love this boot and will order a 1/2 up because it's so narrow that I definitely couldn't wear socks with them. Other than that: what a gorgeous and suprisingly stable boot!

I ordered these boots in the Dove color. I thought they were going to be taupe and white by the picture shown. The boots are a pale grey. Not the color that I wanted sending them back. Really great boots though!

OMG! In love. I have the Lea and I love it so I thought I'd give the Joan a try and I was not disappointed. I thought the Lea was comfortable, but the Joan is on another level! Immediately comfortable! Fit so great I'm returning a similar pair of Cobb Hill's I got with a 1" heal I thought were super comfortable because these were so much better! I'm 45 and can't really wear heels anymore, but I have no issues at all with the Sorel wedges. I ordered my usual boot size 8 and they fit perfectly. Super cute boot, you will not be disappointed, take the plunge by them now!

I love these boots. Have walked all over Europe in these and they are very comfortable. I ordered them in black and they are very easy to dress up or wear casual with jeans. A little larger than my other Sorel boots but perfect with slightly thicker socks.

These boots are fabulous! Great arch support - and wonderful styling!!! I get compliments every time I wear them. And they are sooo comfortable - you would think you were wearing flats - love them!!!

I absolutely. LOVE. THESE. BOOTS. easily my fav shoes in my closet. I've been HARD on them as well and they've held up. They look femme and rugged and match anything. I have them in the olive and would buy them in every color if I could. They look awesome with skinny jeans, leggings, and skirts. The leather has great look and texture. Because the pitch height is darn near perfect, the wedge is comfy and easy to manage. I have worn these all around NYC and all day in the office on my feet with no discomfort. My ONLY gripe is that they ARE a tad a heavy, but you will get used to it after a few wears. I get a TON of compliments on these every single time I wear. I'd wear them in the summer if I could. Love them that much... Im a shoe designer by trade and Sorel, hit the mark with these on a construction/pattern/style level. I they're a classic.

These boots are EVERYTHING. They are the most comfortable heels I've ever worn, and they look so amazing. I even wore these to a wedding in the woods where we had to cross uneven ground to get to the venue and they were perfect, no twisted ankles, no instability. Then I danced in them all night and my feet weren't even sore by the time I got home!! I don't really agree with the comments below saying if you have small ankles you can't cinch them tight - yes you absolutely can. I have very thin ankles and I haven't had a problem tying them as tight as I've needed. Honestly there have been times where I've tied them *too* tight and I lost range of motion in my ankles and feet! Bottom line is that these boots are a 10/10. If you want sexy stylish booties that will not hurt you, you need these. You won't regret it.

Love it!!! The most comfortable wedge shoe I have ever worn!! Super comfy!! Kind of wide so I wear larger socks. And I didn’t think I would like the pull on - usually I buy the zipper boots so it’s easier to put on - but these are super easy to pull on and go!! I love them! I like the skinny pants and bigger boot look anyway. But it’s probably not for everyone. And they are water proof or resistant so added plus!!

Love these!! Everything is on point about these boots. Perfect style for wearing with tights and a dress or leggings/jeans. Have received several compliments and most importantly extremely comfortable and feel well supported. Would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for a pair of wedge boots since forever and these are the best boots EVER! I have flat feet, and i have worn these all day long with no problem! They are weather proof, no water will get in. I usually wear a size 8, but with boots and closed toe shoes I half size up, so I went for an 8.5 which worked great for me. You can tighten or loosen them if you have slimmer or wider ankles. I have them in black and after falling in love with them, I got the grayish stone color and another pair of black in case this style is discontinued. For some reason the gray i had to break in a bit, the black were fine. I think these are worth the money! I wore them the whole summer in Europe, they were fantastic.
