While a bit on the pricey side, it is worth every penny. The look, the comfort, and the versatility in them make it a solid purchase. I did buy a half size larger than I normally would get but I like to wear slightly thicker socks with boots and it felt fine. I work in a school as an educator and I literally can walk 6 miles a day in one building and I didn't feel any discomfort at the end of the day. Plus they don't make a clicking sound when walking unlike some other booties. These are my first SORELs and I feel amazing in them.

I could not get my foot into this shoe. I wear an 11 or 43 UK (not a 42) as is marked in this boot.

Great fashion boot for those of us who have to walk thru snow. Love the lug sole and the color blocking is awesome.

As always, these arrived the very next day! Seriously...how do they do this? Anyways...these are so gorgeous and comfortable. I bought the black, they look just like the picture. I can tell already I can walk for days in these. I do have a wider foot, so I maybe should have sized up to a 9 to be able to wear thicker socks. As is, I can wear comfortably without socks or with thin socks. Across the top of my foot feels a little squeezed, but I love them so much I will be keeping them. The leather upper should stretch a little with wear. They aren't bulky or clunky at all...now I just have to try not to buy the other colors, too. :)

I bought these in the tobacco color (which I would have named "chocolate," as in, milk chocolate and dark chocolate!) in both 7.5 (my usual size for a shoe to be worn without socks) and 8. I found it very difficult to get my foot into either size, because the elastic was not as stretchy as it should be, and the pull-up loop on the back of the heel was too thin for me to get my finger into to pull! I had to slip a knitting needle through the loop and pull up on the needle, and even so, the boot fought back. I tried both sizes with thin socks and more wintry socks and the 7.5 was completely out of the question. The 8 felt fine with both, but because of the difficulty getting them on, I returned both pairs. I might get the Addington Lace instead because that would solve the problem.

I love these boots. I needed something cute and functional while traveling overseas last fall. They look great dressed up or down and they kept my feet comfortable and dry. I walked around in them for several hours each day for about 2 months straight, and they held up spectacularly.

These boots have got it all - style, comfort and utility! I have been looking for a great short boot that can get me through a particularly rainy season, and finally found them. They hit my ankle at the perfect height (the SOREL Premium Wedge hits my leg too high and starts to rub after a while, and the SOREL Lolla Ankle Boot is too low and rubs on my ankle bone - these hit right in between). I love the ease of the pull-on style and the fact that these have a chunky (but not too rugged) look, so I can easily wear them to my semi-casual office. I especially love the traction in these boots - I'm never worried I'll slip in a puddle or a muddy spot!

Love so many things about these boots! I wanted something stylish that would be able to take winter weather. The Addington Chelsea is waterproof and the chunky lug soles grip nicely. I was a little worried about wearing a heel in snow but I'd consider this a mid-heel height, not too high, not too low. The extra wide criss-crossed elastic makes them easy to slip on/off (I also think it's an unexpected eye catcher!) I can wear these boots all day and my feet are still happy at the end of the day:) I usually wear either a 10 or a 10.5, with this boot I kept this smaller size.

I'm new to Sorel, and these are my first pair. Love these boots! They are clearly well-made, feel amazing on my feet, and are super fashionable. What I'm most impressed with is the superior comfort. These are as comfortable as my running shoes or my comfort clogs. For me, these fit true to size. I have wide feet and had no issues with width.I wear mostly 7's, and these are good in a 7. If I want to be critical of anything with this shoe, there is one slightly snug spot across the top of my right foot, but it's not bothersome enough that I would go up a 1/2 size. I tried it in a 7.5, and these would work too if I wanted to wear thick socks. Great shoes that I'll get a lot of wear in the cooler seasons.

I love them! They are SO comfortable! I wear a 38 in most brands, but I wear a size 39 in Sorels. If there were more colors I would buy!

Bring on winter! These boots have great style, high heel with solid platform front, super tread for walking treacherous sidewalks in winter. I am very picky that shoes have to be 1) comfortable enough to wear all day and 2) secure enough that I can walk confident with speed if I need to. These shoes hit the mark. Of note: I bought these as "red" but would truly call the "purple" which works fine for me but not everyone.

I already have 2 pairs of the Sorel Addington Chelsea in Grey and Brown. Last winter I wore them every day walking my dogs, shoveling snow, and whenever I went outside. I didn't slip while walking, they are extremely comfortable and being waterproof really helped when shoveling snow. They are also very stylish!!!

Omg! As soon as I put these on I felt I was waking on clouds. That never happens!!! They look heavy & clunky( funky??) , but feel like a dream. Im touring Ireland in them. Lots of walking. Highly recommend. Are a tad larger than my normal, but Im a flight attendant and my feet swell, so these are just... swell??.

Super cute and comfortable. Can wear them out and about for hours. Perfect for winter.

my usual size 7 is too large in this bootie - the 6.5 is ok but I could probably have sized down a whole size from a 7 to a 6

Very comfortable and attractive, I like the waterproof material. Unfortunately, I am looking for more square of a toe.
