Love these! Glad I purchased them. Very comfortable, get a lot of compliments. They fit true to size for me. Only con is they are very slippery. Of course the first day I wore them I walked down a flight of grated metal steps and almost wiped out.

I purchased these after I have worn and LOVED my Addington lace-up boots that I purchased in 2017. Sorel discontinued the lace up version but I loved the Addington style so I thought I would try these. I am not happy with these because I keep comparing them to my Lace Up Addington. So I will try to make this review more about these boots but Sorel PLEASE RETURN TO MAKING A LACE UP ADDINGTON! This style is still cute, more casual than I had hoped. Not quite tall enough to keep your skinny jeans tucked in and too wide at the ankle to put them slightly out over them so you either need to wear low socks or no socks for these to look right with skinny jeans. That said, they are too wide to wear as booties with skirts or dresses, they looked a little chunky and odd. They also looked odd with cropped pants or jeans because of the diameter of the ankle. They might be ok with wider bottom pants or boot cut jeans - if those are even in style anymore! I probably should have returned these boots but I really thought I could work them into wearing them after absolutely loving and wearing my lace up version. I have now decided I will take into consideration the ankle height and my purpose of the shoe. It seems f they lace this creates a better more useful feminine fit for me. Bkg. info. I am a Sorel faithful. Borderline obsessive purchaser (16 total for myself!! Add 3 more for my daughter and 3 more for my husband) Everything I have purchased has been amazing! I wear Sorels year round. EVERY pair I wear I get compliments. And they are oh so comfortable.

Love Sorel boots. Fits true to size. I got the redwood. Looks more brownish then red to me. Wish it was more red in color. I actually haven't worn them yet but I have another pair in the two tone and they are so comfortable.

Ordered Black, Kettle color When I ordered these booties I relied on the reviews and most said they were true to size so I ordered my usual size and when I received them they were so tight I had to jam my foot in, and then once in my toes were not happy. However, I'm going to give these a few tries indoors first to see if they loosen up but if not I will have to size up. I really like how they look with dresses and skinny jeans, and it's a bonus that they're waterproof and have good tread-perfect for the soggy winter months.
