Love this coat! It is super light yet fairly warm. I have worn it in 20 degree temps and have been comfortable because of the lining. I like the length-it covers my tush, but is not too long to get in the way. A great car coat. A note to fellow left handers-I do have trouble getting the zipper up, but overall the coat is perfect.

This is my go to jacket! It is light weight but so warm, even in the blizzards that have rolled through New England this winter. I still have room to layer and the bonus is that it covers my backside from the cold! It washes great

Nice coat! I love the length. I'm 5'6.5 inches and it comes several inches above my knees...maybe like a 3/4 length coat. I'm 158 lbs. and the large is a perfect fit. I haven't worn it in the Michigan winter yet, because it's been a windchill of below zero, but I'll be wearing it when it warms up a bit. Just a note, the black is not a dark, dark black, like maybe North Face. It's a little more washed out, but I think it may be because the material isn't shiny. LOVE the look of this coat tho. I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of it!

There is so much to love about this coat but unfortunately it is not made for short people. I am 5 ft tall and the XS was to my knees. I don't need a duster.

I love the color of this jacket (pond) It is a light down jacket but because of the omni heat lining, I would expect it to be comfortable in lots of different areas of the country. Unfortunately it was too small. I am reordering a larger size today Hopefully there will be one left in my size.

I love this coat so much that I've worn it daily all winter long! It's light as a cloud and incredibly warm, paired with a fleece sweater underneath it kept me toasty down to 10 degrees regularly. Unfortunately it was impossible to get all the mud and crud out when washed in cold water as per the instructions. Since I live on a homestead and work with animals my clothes get really filthy, cold water didn't work, so I took the plunge and washed it in HOT water. Sure enough it lost a lot of dye and now looks faded, but that was my bad. On the other hand it did come clean and I'm back to wearing it daily (it's April now yet it's still very cold this year, sure am looking forward to spring). Who'll complain about my wonderful yet faded coat? The ducks don't care, nor do the sheep or turkeys or chickens. I love this coat -- and plan to order a second one that will be reserved for town days only!

Not warm enough for Michigan winters.

This is a stunning jacket. It feels light weight yet the inner layer adds remarkable warmth and wind barrier.

Love the fit and color, though wish there was a hood drawstring.

This jacket is very lightweight but warmer than I thought it would be. I am happy with the warmth. This is perfect for weather after the worst of winter but before spring really starts and it will be great in early fall weather. Love the color and fit. I did buy medium instead of my usual small and very glad I did, there is plenty of room for a sweater or sweatshirt.

This is my 2nd Voodoo Falls coat, different color. My daughter is always wearing my first one. Love its warmth, length and packable light weight. Its the perfect coat to wear for any setting.

Fits great and was VERY warm in a Texas “blizzard”. I was very surprised as it’s so lightweight. I’m a size 10 in everything, a large fit perfect and allowed me to add layers underneath without feeling too tight or bulky.

I sized up based on reviews and glad I did, if I would have gotten my normal size it would not have fit. I saw some complaints with the zipper and I have zero issues with it.

I've been purchasing Columbia Omni heat jackets for about seven years now, VoodDoo Falls is the first Columbia jacket with down I've purchased and, so far, I really like it. It is warmer than down alternative jackets I've purchased, but still easy to pack into small spaces. I really like that this jacket does not have "thumb holes" in the sleeves as I tend to get a build-up of thumb-holded sleeves in the winter. The jacket has two, zippered, hand pockets outside, and an internal, zippered, breast pocket. I do think this runs slightly small, I am able to wear a long sleeved top and cardigan made from "sweatshirt material" but nothing else. I do not think I would be able to zip this if I was wearing a hoodie or a bulky sweater- the size is comfortable if I am only wearing a long sleeved shirt. The blue color is very attractive, it's a robins egg blue color. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

My daughter loved the coat fit well got a large becuase when you have heavy winter sweaters on did want the coat to give a little and not be tight

Runs just a bit big, I usually get a small but had to get XS in this jacket, it's very lightweight, I love it!

I love that this coat is light weight. I was looking for a coat with a more flattering shape. I typically wear a size medium, but after reading many reviews on this jacket, I sized up. Even after that, the jacket is none to big. I like to have space for layering underneath my coats. I am by no means a large person, but I almost could have sized up 2 sizes. I love everything else about this jacket, and have purchased it in several colors!

keeps you warm, not waterproof but will keep you warm in cold wind.

SO WARM!!! I live in Chicago and currently we are in subzero temps. This jacket keeps me so warm and windproof too. This jacket is Very light and not big and bulky. At times it’s a little too hot especially when shopping indoors but I’ll take it. This is the best jacket ever! The Omni Heat is AMAZING!!! I would purchase this jacket over the North Face anytime!!!

Reading the reviews beforehand I sized up because I wanted to wear hoodies and thick sweaters without being confined in the shoulders. I wish I wouldn't have sized up. If your skeptical it didn't ruin the jacket being a little loose on me but I would say get your traditional size. I love it! Comfy and warm not stiff!!

I was a little nervous about how warm this jacket would be, due to how thin it is. But so far it has been keeping me warm during the cold Minnesota winters. I would recommend sizing up as a few others have mentioned.

It's 100 degrees today so wont be wearing this jacket soon. But it's Columbia and I know I'll love when its time to be warm and snughly. Columbia always performs!

Love the color, not the tipical black color. Its light and comfortable.

I have been very pleased by the quality of this coat at this price point. It is incredibly light weight, soft, and does a fantastic job of blocking the wind...making frigid winter breezes tolerable. I'm going to buy the Men's version of the same coat for my husband!
