Very light jacket but warm and cozy! I wear it during the 25 degree winter. Perfect for traveling. Highly recommend.

Even the jacket looks thin but it's very warm and it can cover to the knee. This is a nice jacket that I love.

I bought this coat for winter, i wanted something thin so i can put it inside my back pack when i am inside a building. I work in a hospital and during winter, we hand our coats behind our desk and i do not want that. i needed one that is warm enough and thin enough to put in my back pack so it stays clean. this is perfect for me. packable enough and warm.

I bought one in silver gray first and loved it so much I bought one in maroon just a couple months later, when there was a sale. They are SO warm! And feather light! I also love the mid thigh length - really helps with chilly mornings and nights. The hood is also very convenient so I don't have to carry a hat in my pocket all the time. Other reviews have mentioned that the cut is very straight and that is very true but works well for me because I don't have much width at the hips. Some other reviews mentioned that the zipper doesn't work well, but I find that as long as I take the time to line up the bottom of the zipper before zipping up, it works great - very good quality zipper that zips both ways so when you sit down, you can unzip a bit from the bottom. I love this weight/warmth/fit combination so much that I bought a jacket length one too! I do wish the maroon color was a lighter shade.

This is one of my favorite coats it's true to size light weight coat I wish Columbia would restock this particular item because I would purchase this in every color but I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good coat worth buying. I'm about 4'11" and 168lbs and I purchased the large fits me perfectly not to tight not too loose I love it

I was skeptical about this being warm but it was thr coldest day so far here negative with windchill and i was warm where the coat covered. My only complaint is the zipper it's kind of tricky and takes a couple of tries to get started some times.

I love this jacket so much. I have never had a jacket that I have honestly forgotten to take off. It is so comfortable, so beautiful, and so warm. Zipped up or left open I feel amazing in it. I absolutely love it.

I really love this coat. It's warm but not bulky and it's a nice length to keep your backside warm. I've been really happy with it. The only complaint is sometimes the zipper is a little tricky.

This is a great coat, but if you plan on layering, you will want to order a size up. I can never find a coat warm enough that does not make you look like a marshmellow, but this jacket is so slenderizing and sleek looking, and the Wild Iris color is so rich looking. The one thing I do wish it had was a nicer knit cuff on the sleeves. It looks like a little kids coat, same with the ribbing on the collar. It was not cheap, so you would think they would use better fabric to finish it off. But for looks and warmth, I would highly recommend it.

This coat is exactly what I was looking for. Light weight but warm. I like the length for our windy weather. The material is so soft and the coat compacts nicely for travel.

How hard is it to buy a gift for an 18 year old? So easy when you go to Columbia, you will love the price and they will truly happy to receive their gift. You just can't loose.

Love this jacket for being light weight and warm. I truly believe the omni-heat helps maintain my heat. I am 5'4" at 130# and normally wear a medium in Columbia jackets. This one was too snug in the hips for my liking so I reordered a large. The large is slightly too big but better too big then too small. I will easily be able to layer other clothing underneath.

I am a preschool teacher and I live in Michigan. This coat is light and easy to move in, but is amazingly warm even on the coldest of days.

I got this for my mother who hates bulky coats but then freezes in the winter with her inadequate coats. It was such a good product in person that I got one myself. It's as warm and low profile as described. It runs very true to the size guide but without wiggle room. If you're a 34 or 40"' bust, you will get EXACTLY that much room per your size guide recommendation. Keep that in mind if you like to layer. Ruggedness of this coat is TBD.

This is a great coat. The warmth is amazing, yet the coat is not heavy and bulky.

Bought this for my mother who lives in Pittsburgh. She loves it and says it's great when she's taking the dog for a walk, even in the colder part of the season! Really liked the elastic at the bottom of the jacket. Great color choices too!
