I have found the perfect jacket. It's warm but lightweight, just perfect for long walks on cold mornings but I don't get uncomfortable as the temperature rises along with the sun. Easy care and goes great with athlesiure wear or jeans. You'd be har pressed to find a better jacket than this.

This has to be one of the nicest and warmest jacket I have ever purchased. It's light weight and very comfortable to wear. Well worth the money!

I bought this as a gift and wound up getting one (in womens) for myself because I love this jacket. It is lightweight and easy to pack, but because of the Omni-Heat thermal reflective lining it keeps in heat like a heavy coat would. Would be great as a winter coat in more mild regions, around 30-50 degrees.

Lightweight and stylish

I read reviews..which said runs big... I had originally ordered for my 19 year old son who wears a large... I ordered him a medium. It was too small but it fits my 14 year old. It's light enough that he will actually wear a coat! Very happy!

Bought this jacket for those colder days. It does the trick as I find it is very warm. Love the color and function. It runs a bit big but not too much. This is especially good if you layer up as it provides some extra room without feeling constricted.

Live in South Dakota. Lots of snow and cold. Bought this for my teenage son. It's light but very warm. Fits great looks great

This jacket is little only in weight, but huge in all other aspects It is warm, cuts the wind and good looking. It is so light you forget you're wearing a jacket

I love this jacket! It is incredibly light yet really warm. I swear I can feel it warm up almost instantly. I normally wear between a large and XL, depending on brand. I am 5'10" and 190 lbs and the large fits perfectly. It is very comfortable and I highly recommend it. FYI, a small amount of down has poked through here and there but not enough to be annoying or of concern.

This jacket is true to fit and while being light weight, it is extremely warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this jacket

Best winter coat I've purchased. Soft and lightweight but deceivingly warm. Not at all cumbersome so comfy in car, walking around, etc.

During cold spell I've put it to the test. Warm enough and lightweight enough to be active. I will be traveling to Europe and it will be easy to pack too. The color is great, and the fit is perfect. I tried a large first, but should have gone with my true size.

My 16 year old son loves it!! You know how much they love to wear a winter coat.. he will actually wear this one!

I've found this jacket to be quite warm and very comfortable. Prior to buying this one I usually used a softshell jacket along with a light inner jacket, but this one is warmer than both of those combined! The smooth finish on the inside also glides on easily over other clothing. Additionally, the pockets are what I wanted; fleece on the inside of the side pockets and it even has a phone/security pocket on the chest. One criticism I have is that the zippers on the side pockets seem to get caught on the fabric more often than other jackets I've tried on, but it's never become really jammed. It also ran slightly large in my opinion. I picked up a small and it feels halfway toward a medium in most other brands I've tried.

Perfect Midlayer for cold outdoor activities or warm light weight coat on a chilly day. One hang up with these coats I have had in the past is the material getting caught on the zipper with the pockets. Once this is corrected. Perfect coat.

Very comfortable and a lot warmer than it looks. Great because it is very warm, yet very light. You can wear this jack with anything and it will look nice.

This is the perfect cost to wear in very cold weather, and as the last layer. It is can be worn with so many types of clothing. Great purchase!

My brother and I purchased this jacket for my dad since he had been wanting an insulated jacket. We went with this one because we loved the color and wanted it to be a warm jacket. He bike rides in the mornings and he had stopped because it was cold, now he can bike ride with his jacket! We originally purchased a L but it was too big for him and returned it for a M because he wanted it more snug. He is very happy with it and is wearing it often. I would definitely recommend this jacket.

When I first got this jacket, I thought "Oh man, this thing is way too light to wear in winter!" I was wrong. I walk my dog every morning, sometimes before sunrise, and it's been pretty chilly here in Colorado the last month. This jacket has performed excellently! This morning at 16 degrees I walked my dog and had nothing under the jacket but a tee shirt and was perfectly comfortable. The only con I've noticed so far is that I've had a couple small down feathers come out through the fabric.

It looked and fit nicely. I bought it for my hiusband and he said that so far it has done him well. ;)

The jacket exceeded my expectations. It is lightweight, fits perfectly, keeps me warm. In a nutshell it does its job. Columbia's sizing has always been spot on and I have never had to return anything due to sizing, fact is I have never returned anything I have purchased from Columbia. The form, fit, and function of the product(s) is always suberb.

Columbia is my ultimate "go to" for all things to wear. This jacket can be dressed up or down. It fits perfect: It's light enough to wear indoors but, with the omni-heat, keeps me warm outside. I wear nothing else but Columbia!

I looked at a number of jackets before purchasing the Voodoo Falls 590. For travel I needed warmth in a light weight jacket. Pound for pound I found this jacket to be ideal. I love the inner pocket for security and found the zippers to be of very high quality compared to zippers that I have encountered in other brands.
