This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever tried on. Unfortunately, as the other reviews state, the strap is not long enough to velcro together once you actually have your foot in the shoe! I had to send them back and that so disappointing because these shoes were so comfy! Why would you manufacture a shoe, with an adjustable strap, without any extra length to the strap to account for various foot widths and shapes? It seems to have cost them a few sales.

I love these shoes. I bought specifically for Disney because a wanted a supportive shoe to wear without socks while we we're walking around that wasn't a tennis shoe. These fit the bill.

Great shoes, I tried the Rio and they kept coming off my heel. The Mary Jane is true to size and doesn't come off my heel. I like the suede accents and the arch insole is comfortable. I also like how you can adjust how soft/hard the soles/heels are by removing the rubber bars in the heel.

Just received my exchange for this mary jane style, my first size 10 was way to small so I mentioned in previous review to buy 1 size up , really disappointed , the length still a touch to short and very narrow toe box , the shoe has excellent support and had it been available in wide width it might work, not sure why a Company making theraputic type shoes does,nt have many widths available? I think they are losing a lot of potential customers. There,s alot of us out there that need this because we have full length orthotics. By the way you could even skip orthos with this shoe because it has such great support already built in . Not sure if I,ll try any of there other styles or not .

The support in this shoe is amazing. I wore them for 12 hours at work the first day I wore them and felt great. They are a little tight on top because of a foot surgery I had. I was concerned they would not stay on, but so far no problems.

Very sturdy seeming shoes. But they have a very hard sole. Although the shoe seemed long enough the toe pressed down on my big toenail. So not a good fit for me.

I typically wear a 9.5 Medium and they were spot on in sizing. I have tough feet to find shoes for with extremely high arches, plantar fasciitis, high instep, old foot injuries and I'm a supinator. I typically wear whatever the heck I can find that will fit but I usually have to compromise on style. Not with these! They're super cute and look good with skirts and jeans. The very first day I wore them, my plantar fasciitis pain was relieved as well. These come with one of the most insane insoles I've ever had in a flat shoe. There is ample arch support, metatarsal cushioning and there is gel under the heel and ball. The insole is completely removable and there's enough room for orthotics. I really like the system in the heel where I can remove support if I want a more cushy ride. I did notice that with all three of the removable rods in, the heel feels a bit shallow, but it doesn't slip off.

I love these shoes! I have tried all kinds of sneakers, flats and Mary Janes to wear for exercise classes and yoga. I have a large bunion on one foot and usually have to get a wide width. But these shoes have enough stretch so my bunion doesn't hurt at all. They are easy to slip into and the adjustable strap keeps them secure on my feet. After trying many different styles and brands, I now have this shoe in three different colors. Highly recommend!

too small for me. I will reorder the next size.

I need a comfortable everyday walking around shoe that will accommodate my orthotics. The reviews said this shoe felt 1/2 size smaller, so I ordered up but they're still too small, so I'm trying again a full size larger.

I tried several shoes before deciding on this one for a two-week trip to Europe. I've been wearing them to identify any spots that rub and so far, they feel great.

I wear these shoes in 8½. They are the perfect shoes for bunions. Flexes in toe area a bit more than I need, but is still very comfortable. The top edge is soft! with no binding across toes. Has soft cushion over my bunions. I bought the Rio in navy suede (so elegant!)in size 9. I wanted a tad more room since the suede is stiffer, but still very comfortable. I plan to buy the navy lace for summer.

Very comfortable from the first moment they were on my feet! Nice looking giving a touch of class to jeans and other slacks. I had had nerve pain on the top of my foot, and after a few days of wearing these shoes my problem was gone. I am ordering another pair just to have for back up.

I loved the feel, loolk & support but they run short. I have wide feet & narrow heal & the width was perfect. The next size up was too big

First, these are cute shoes. I like the way they look. I also like that I can adjust the heel by pulling out the little rods that make it harder or softer. They have real arch support, much more than my gladiator style sandals do. That said, it's been several months and I still haven't successfully broken them in. The first time I wore them, I had to stop and buy bandages because I was bleeding on them. Since then, I've made progress, but I wouldn't trust them as my only shoe on a trip. They are just a bit stiff and a bit rough and they tear up the skin around my heels and little toe. Once I do finally have them broken in, I imagine they will be my favorite shoes.

Too wide. Please give us an option of a narrow shoe with problem feet.

I have a narrow heel and my heel kept slipping out of the shoe, so unfortunately I will have to send them back. If you have a narrow heel, these shoes are probably not for you.

I ordered these shoes for Disney, wanting a super comfortable shoe that looks ok with shorts and skirts. I wasn't sure about the style, but when I received them I was pleased with how cute they are! Unfortunately, they run very small and my big toe was trying to poke through the top of the shoe. I ordered an 11 to replace the 10 that I normally wear in the navy (unavailable in the grey)...I haven't received them yet but I'm keeping my fingers crossed they will be perfect! I love Zappos!

although these look like they would be very comfortable the actually were not good on my feet. They were a little tight and the arch support just did not fit my foot correctly.

I love this shoe, its too cute, however I have a very narrow heel and wide toe box area so my heel would slip as I walked in them. I think if the strap were higher up on the shoe, then maybe my heel wouldn't slip. Unfortunately I have to return them. They are so cute, I wish they would have worked out.

cute shoes - disappointed! They have a great insole w arch support and nice tread. But the toe box is short and narrows in the toe. Therafit, it would be great if make these in wide. I definitely had to go a size up - I normally wear a 7.5 w. The softness of the shoe was nice around my bunion. The shoe has potential but ultimately fails on the fit. Disappointed!

Cute shoes - great insoles but the size is a bit smaller definitely go a size up. The toe box is very small both in length and in width especially around the toe. It does strength around my bunions, very nice (size 8 instead of 7.5)
