great shoe but just a tad too wide for my skinny foot.

Super cute! Very comfortable on and I love the removable foot bed. The innersole that came with them made them too tight. Once I removed it and put in my own orthodics, they were great.

Seems like it would be a great shoe for some, but for me the arch support hit entirely wrong.

Just got these shoes so haven't had the chance to wear them extensively, but I ordered along with several other similar pairs (looking for a shoe with the support of a sneaker but the look of a mary jane or flat) and these were the best of the bunch. They have such nice arch support and feel like they're going to be very breathable. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 and ordered these in a 9 and they were perfect, so they seem to run a bit small as others have suggested. I was worried about the strap being too tight based on other reviews but it feels fine to me, it's a secure fit for me but not digging into my skin or anything. I do wish they were a little less sporty and more like a traditional flat, but they're going to be great for an upcoming international trip where I'll be doing tons of walking.

Small in the toe box; excellent cushioning and support. Unfortunately I can't go up a size because they fit well around the heel, and were I to go up a size they'd slip around the heel. Sending them back.

Complicated! Gizmo for cushions, instructions for putting them on, you need an instruction manual to wear them!

it runs small. I always wear 7 and half but 7 and half in this style is tight for me and I am afraid 8 would be big for me. so I had to return. it is very cushiony and comfortable.

The shoes are probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and I've always needed good shoes. My negative is that they aren't very pretty and there must be a way to make comfortable shoes attractive as well.

First of all, I have multiple orthopedic problems that make almost all shoes other than sneakers impossible for me to wear. These are a rare exception. They are outstandingly comfortable and supportive. They are light too, which is extremely important to me, and they are flexible. The mesh is what mesh should be - airy and giving, so I can wear them when the weather warms up instead of sneakers. I am new to this brand and have high hopes for it. But, the styles are just not all that exciting. Or, they are trying too hard to be exciting (see their website). These are plain old Mary Janes, nothing more, nothing less. I got them in navy, which is okay looking, and have just ordered the grey. I also ordered the lace ballet flats, which are not really flat, and I like them too, although they are not giving and there is not enough room in the toe box for them to be really orthopedically healthy, probably because of the reinforced toe. Not sure why that is needed at all. But in other respects they fit the bill and have enough style and femininity to be alright. All three styles run true to size. The Rio does not run small, as it says here. I went down half a size in that as recommended and they are too tight. I probably won't exchange, but will keep the Mary Janes instead. I am very pleased with these shoes on the whole and I am not taking additional stars off because of the poor workmanship, but I probably should. The Mary Janes are cut crooked, very noticeably. I would send them back but there are no more in stock and I need them for the comfort. The stitching is all over the place, but that is less noticeable. They could have been five stars across the board if the designs were better (some of the sneakers are downright ugly, I think) and if they were crafted the way they should be for the price. Difficult to rate, but definitely five stars for comfort.

Great concept, very cute shoe - but they were too "shallow" for my feet and my heels kept slipping out. Disappointed they didn't work out.

So cute but no room for your toes! Really compressed in terms of height (though length seems good). Sad to return.

The heel area is too short for the insole in this shoe. No 9.5 - 9 too tight, 10 too big both slip down on my heel when I walk

They are a cute shoe, very sporty but snug in the toe and not as comfy as I thought. I think a half size larger will be to big. For the money, I think I can do better with another brand.

These shoes feel amazing. They have great arch support and are smooth on the inside of the shoe (no need for socks). Unfortunately I am sending them back. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5. Based on other reviews, I initially order a 7.5. The width of the 7.5 was perfect, but my toes were jammed into the ends of the shoes. So I ordered an 8 to see if they would fit better. My feet were totally swimming in the size 8 with huge gaps along the sides and tops of the shoe. I actually checked to see if I had somehow received a wide width by accident, but that was not the case. It seems the fit/sizing is just inconsistent.

I thought this shoe would be the best yet, but the arch doesn't seem to be in the right place for me. Think I ordered a size small. Perhaps an 8 would have worked better. Waiting for the Naot shoes to come. Hope they will work better for me.

If you order this shoe order at least 1 size larger,I was sent my normal size and I couldn,t get my smaller foot in the shoe. I will reorder a size larger however it runs so small not sure if that will do it because no half sizes . It appears to have great support a little on the shallow side if you have a big orthotic it probably won,t fit, but they do have orther styles to choose from .

I do not have any trouble with the strap being long enough, as others have mentioned. I am very disappointed in the look of this shoe, however. There is far too much white (hundreds of polka dots). I would much prefer a solid navy blue, or solid black. So, even if this shoe fit perfectly, I probably wouldn't keep it due to how it looks. Now, it has a very beefy removable sole that has a heel cup. It is rather hard feeling. I'm not sure I could wear it all day without it hurting me. If you wear the shoe with this sole in it, then the sides and back of the shoe doesn't come up far enough to be comfortable. The shoe needs to be made much deeper to accommodate this thick orthothic. When I take it out, the shoe fits much better, however you do have to put some kind of sole insert into it, you cannot wear it the way it is. I suppose I could buy an insert and wear these and they would be comfortable, but I do not think I can get past the white polka dots.

These seemed comfortable but I was unable to attach the strap across my foot without it coming apart or being painfully tight. It's too bad they didn't make the strap longer or more adjustable.

I have a narrow foot, and there was no room in the toe box. Perhaps a larger size would help. Cute, but disappointed. Can't really say about the comfort and support since it was too small for a true 7. It runs small amd narrow.

These shoes are not quite as clunky as many comfort/Mary Jane styles. Reasonably cute, and I had high hopes for the arch support and padded insole. However, on my foot, the arch feels like it isn't making contact in the right place. I ordered a 9, and an 8.5 will be too short, so I'm returning.

Did not fit well. Strap is velcro and adjustable but too short

Very disappointed in shoes. Felt like I was walking on bare floor. Sad.
