This is my second pair. Though they are hiking boats work exceptionally well as motorcycle boots. They are sturdy and waterproof. Great when I go off-road and hike in parks after a long ride.

I bought these boots as a back up to my other Newton Ridge boots. I wear them all day long at work. I've currently spent four 14 hours days on my feet at a trade show in them, and they are extremely comfortable. The real reason for purchasing them was for chasing waterfalls. I do a lot of waterfall photography, and I am constantly in the water while shooting. These boots not only keep my feet dry, they also have great grip. I switched from another brand that was very similar, but had almost no grip on the rocks around the water. These boots are leaps and bounds ahead of that brand. I'd highly recommend these for hiking, work or play. They keep me dry, don't hurt my feet and are light and comfortable.

I bought these boots to keep my feet dry and warm. They do both. I am very pleased with them. Very well made. I have the Navy/Rusty color. They go great with everything.

This was the second pit of Newton's I bought. The first were for work. These were for hunting. Great grip in the field and mud. The waterproofing is amazing. Dry feet on a hunt are the bees knees. Got black to hide any stains that may arise after a successful hunt. 10/10 I'd get a third pair.

First and foremost, I love these boots and will probably order another pair to have a backup when I wear these ones out. Originally, I ignored the other reviews saying that the boots run a little big and I ordered my usual shoe size, 10.5. When the boots came, there was too much extra room in the toe area, and as it is normal with shoes that are too large they were not comfortable. I returned the unused boots to the store and placed a new order online for a half-size smaller, 10. There is still a pinch of extra space, but this is perfect to allow room for thick socks - which also helps cushioning. I would dare order a 9.5 because I'm sure it would be too small. I took these boots up to New Hampshire to do some hiking in late October and they were amazing for several reasons. The tread on the bottom is great. I felt really comfortable with footing on rocks. More importantly, I was very happy these boots are waterproof, because there were a few instances where I unknowingly stepped into a shallow puddle, or walked through some high snow. My feet stayed very dry. After four day-long hikes and a few shorter trips, there are no marks on the boots, even after a few bumps and scrapes against the rocks. I also love the look of the Cordovan/Squash color. It's a very dark brown and I think it looks good with any combination of clothes. My original order, which I returned, was the Mud/Sanguine, and I wasn't too impressed by the color. It's an odd shade, perhaps slightly different than the picture.

Absolutely excellent, I was backpacking through italy during the offseason ( always raining ) and it was satisfying not having to worry about the puddles or slipping when on the ascents, but I will say the seams on the sides got wet and started to soak through. Overall great product would recommend, probably would buy again.

I have nuerapthy in both my feet so I purchased the wide version and are much more comfortable than my old boots

Extra Wide too wide for me. Other than the extra wide width I did not assess the shoe.

My son loves these boots! He wears them at Boy Scout camp and goes tromping through the damp woods and creeks and dew-soaked fields and his feet stay perfectly dry. They seem to be pretty accurately sized (10W), neither too small or too big. Definitely recommend them!

I was absolutely amazed at how incredibly comfortable these hiking shoes are. I am also very happy with the colors of this shoe. What you see is what you get. The colors of the shoe mix well with everything I wear and I get a lot of compliments for the styling. Theses shoes are in fact very waterproof. Tested in Oregon on a nice rainy day. I am very pleased with every aspect of these shoes. I honestly cannot find any cons.

These boots are so comfortable and they are super sharp looking I can wear them to church or on a date or hiking very multifunctional

The boot is comfortable and affordable! I love how the boot is true to size and doesn't make my foot look like a boat. I've worn this around here and there for the last few days and am hooked. I cannot wait to hit the trails.

I Love these boots, usually I never spend money on shoes but these are well worth the purchase. Super comfortable, easy to tie, durable, extremely easy to clean, and wow they look amazing, I just love em! Can't wait to test them out in the snow.

I've been wearing these for a couple of weeks now. They are performing very well. The style is great, the feel is great. They keep my feet warm and dry.

These are great waterproof boots. They are comfortable, fairly stylish, and pretty lightweight. They can get pretty hot in temperatures over 80 degrees, but that is to be expected for waterproof boots.

For anyone looking for a Boot that fits well, wears well and is comfortable all day long, this is it. I Mow an average of 12 Lawns a day and am very pleased with this boot. I have been wearing them for the last 3 years and I hope they will continue to sell them. The cost can't be beat when comparing them to other high priced boots. I buy them 2 at a time.

Durable and Comfortable, I wear it for 10 hours every and I feel great by the time I come back home. Almost 0 fatigue.

Bought these boots for a fall trip to the mountains and for wearing this winter. I couldn't be happier with the fit, comfort and look of the boots. I expect them to last for a long time.
