I ordered these for a weekend trip to Montreal and figured I could use them for an evening out with nice jeans during the NJ winters. As a 34 yo with feet/arch issues, it’s hard to find cute shoes! Luckily these were able to accommodate my custom orthotics — I wear a size 8 in Asics Nimbus 18 & 8.5 in Nimbus 19 so I ordered the boots in size 8. The fit was fine with a roomy toe box — I wore regular, moisture wicking socks. Orthotics fit without bunching at the toe. Wearing them in the house before my trip, I noticed the toe comes up a bit in the front which felt a little weird, but hoped that would be more comfortable to walk in without shuffling. They kept my feet warm and dry (!!), however, my feet were KILLING me with all the walking we did despite having my orthotics in them. I wore them 2 days in a row because of the snow and then wore my sneakers the next day. My feet were so much happier in my sneaks than these boots. If I hadn’t already worn them…….I’d definitely return them. On the plus side, they look cute in my vacation pictures. I wouldn’t recommend for ladies with arch issues though.

Cute but just not a good fit for my feet. After walking in them for a bit in the snow, my ankles really started to cramp up. Just doesn't have the support I need. Pretty cozy,though.

These are comfortable, light weight but design is weird. The cuff doesn't close. Why one would want that there if it doesn't keep snow or cold out? Would have kept otherwise. Just not sensible for actual winter weather.

Just received my boots and immediately tried them on. I’m size 9.5 and ordered 9.5. Disappointed to find that my toes touched the top. Going to exchange it for size 10 and give it another try. Also, somewhat narrow so might also get the wider option.

I did not receive a free product, so you can count on this review being honest. These are cute, lightweight and have an excellent well cushioned insole. The heel height is good and they are so very warm. They feel like slippers. In fact, that's what I would wear them for, around the house. For outside I require much more stability and support from a boot of any kind. That's where these are lacking. I have to send them back. If you need arch support or stability for pronation, etc, then these will not fit the bill. Lack of stability is bad for my knees. However, because of the warmth, light weight, adjustability with laces and the ideal heel, I will probably order another pair for indoor wear, in a half size smaller because the toe box was too long for me. Very cute, but too narrow in the toes for me.

VERY warm boot; like a foot oven. I live in Houston & purchased these for a ski trip. They are great in the snow, but far too warm to wear back home. I'd love to wear them more, but this is definitely a boot for the Yankees.

Love Zappos, but these boots looked funny on the foot. Also ran a little small.

I really wanted to love these boots because I love my Columbia Omni Heat Jacket I got at REI last year, but these boots are too loose in the ankle. I bought my running shoe size (full size up) and they were otherwise the right fit.

I had such high hopes for these. I'm pretty consistently a 9 and when I go up, things just don't fit right. I purchased the 9 initially but it was too narrow so I then tried a 9.5. Not as tight but still snug across the area right before my toes. Unfortunately, with the 9.5 my heels kept coming up in the boots when I would take a step. I did not feel this had good support inside but it did appear I could have removed the insole and replaced with one of my own. However, had I done that, the shoe probably would have run even more tight. Sent back and trying another brand.

These were quite warm and wider than I expected (which is good). But i just did not like how they looked on. Its like you wrapped a puffy coat around your feet.

The heel felt low, the boot did not fit my feet correctly. otherwise the look and quality of the boot was good.

Shoe is not comfortable, no arch support, not a good value for the price. I am returning them

Narrow in width

As stated by some reviewers, boots run small. I ordered usual size 9 plus 9.5 as a backup. The 9.5 was still too small and going up another 1/2 size would have made my heels slip. The boots were also a little too narrow for me. Thank you, Zappos, for letting me try both sizes and being such a good sport about returning them!

I have a medium width foot and this was just too narrow.

No arch support and adding my own orthotics didn't feel right.

Wanted to like these, but the little decorative button on the outer side could be felt against my foot. Too uncomfortable.

I bought these on Wirecutter recommendation, but ultimately they were some of the worst boots I've ever owned. They had very little support and felt like I was walking on slippery low quality foam pads. The cushioning of the sole compacted very quickly and within a month or two of light wear they were unwearable. I also had an issue with snow getting inside them when I would walk, which is not an issue I've had with any other boots I've owned. Ultimately I gave them away.

Nice winter boot, but minimal cushion in the sole and feels like no arch support.

Way too narrow to be comfortable. Had to send them back.
