very cute and they seem well-made, but run really small. I'm normally a size 10 but other reviews said to size up so I bought a 10.5, but even those were too small so I'll be returning them.

Comfortable but they look like sneakers and I'm not sure they will hold up when I need to trudge through slush and snow. Cute but not for me.

These shoes were a full size too small - if I were to have on winter weight socks - I would never be able to wear them. I tried them on with hose, and my toe was squished!

Read the reviews before I ordered. So I ordered the 9 and 91/2. Nine would have worked if it was just a little wider. (91/2 was wide enough, but too long. They do not work for wide foot. Both are going back.

Nice boot, way too small!

They are cute but they ran very small. I am a true 9.5 and I order up half a size and they were still small both narrow and in length.

I ordered up a half size like other reviewers said and while I found that to be ok length wise I still found the boot to be too narrow even with a thin sock. Not enough room for a thicker sock or air circulation which is needed in cold temps.

Very attractive boot. Not at all clunky, like most. But the sole was too flexible, so I didn't even try it on (Zappos makes you rate the fit and comfort). If you're looking for a boot with a rigid sole (podiatrist says that's better for your feet), this is not for you.

These boots are super cute, i really wanted to like them! Unfortunately, they have zero arch support, and I need boots that I can wear all day long, driving my car and visiting patients in their homes (that may or may not be shoveled out). I had to return them, so I can't speak to how waterproof they are.

I really wanted to love these boots. They're very comfy and soft. But that's also their downfall - not enough ankle or arch support for me. Also, I didn't find they run large as other reviewers indicated... for me they were true to size, even with a thicker winter sock.

I wanted to love these. The fit was pretty good, although I felt pinching on the top of my toes (not the sides - was kind of odd). The biggest issue for me and the reason for the low-ish review is that when I walked down stairs or inclines, the fabric bunched and pinched my legs just above the ankle. The larger size didn't make this better.

This is a good looking boot. The quilting on the sides of the boot and the fur lining is very attractive and stylish. The problem, for me, comes in with the fit of this boot. Let me state that a big part of this is the composition of my calves. I have calves that get shapely, quickly from my ankle. As a result, unless a boot is constructed with a bit more space starting right after the ankle, it fits me too tight and the lacing gets wide quickly. This has the tendency for the tongue of the boot to shift when I walk. The support in the foot bed is good and with a sock is comfortable. The boot has good traction on the boot to keep you from slip and slides in the snow and ice. They are very warm and would keep your tootsies warm in the cold weather of winter. The shoe definitely runs a half-size small and if you like to wear big socks in winter, I would even go a full size larger than your normal shoe size.

These boots are very attractive and stylish, however, they were not particularly comfortable. I normally wear and 8.5 but would need a 9 for this boot. It was difficult to get my foot in and yet I could feel my heel had too much vertical wiggle room.....my heel would lift up with every step I took. Not recommended....

Columbia Heavenly Omni Heat Review - These boots run very small. I am normally a 6 1/2, but can wear a 7, or 37 in Euro sizes. My 6 1/2-37 1/2 boots felt like a 5 1/2 - 6, even with very thin socks on. I think these boots would be warm enough to wear thin socks with, however I could not keep them on long enough to test this. Aside from the fit, these boots seemed to be very well made, with quality materials and perfect stitching. I really liked the sole design, which is enough to provide a nice grippy traction without having spaces for mud and snow to get stuck in.

Nice boot. Too narrow. Not a comfortable fit. Maybe a half size up would help. Great padding and well insulated

Before placing my order, I read many reviews that suggested purchasing a half size larger, as they run small. I always wear a size 6 shoe/boot, so I took the advice and ordered size 6.5. These boots were still too small, even in light socks. I love Zappos, and I'm sad these boots didn't work out for me.

Returned these once because they were way too narrow at my regular size. I tried a half size up but there was no difference, and one shoe was actually more narrow than the other shoe, both me and my boyfriend bought Columbia winter boots because they were vegan and had the exact same issue with them. Really disappointed because they were light weight, nice looking and had a comfortable sole. I tried them on next to my old Sorrels and they were miles different. The Sorells were like walking on cardboard. We've never had to buy wide shoes before, so sizing up yet again seemed pointless as the boots were already too long and pushed on the top and middle of my foot. The toe area was fine however. Disappointed, and it's hard enough to find vegan hiking/snow shoes as it is. We won't be trying this brand online again and will likely wait til next winter to get snow boots since this took a week of our hiking weather already. Not going into stores for shoes anytime soon. Wet feet it is!

I wear a size 8, tried 8.5 which I couldn't even get my foot into, so I returned it for a 9.5 and now the 9.5 is still are too snug, too narrow and I now have to return a second pair. Too bad the sizing is way off, the boot is very stylish.

the size 9 felt true yet the fit and manufacturing felt cheap and wonky; the left and right look AND feel interchangeable. I'd been faithful to Sorel (size 9) for over 20 years and thought I'd try these. I'm returning these and will keep looking.

Little to no arch support. Felt both small and cheap.

These are incredibly narrow and a full size smaller than marked. What a bummer, as they look great.
