These are my favorite exercise shoes and my second pair of Kahanas. I have a narrow foot with a high arch and these shoes make me feel propelled forward. I love that the whole thing is in darker colors. I can't stand white sneakers!

Wanted something for spin class and these work great! Had some sizing issues and have to get used to a bigger shoe as my last ones were a thinner sole.

I love this shoe, I run on a mix of trail and road and these are the perfect hybrid. I run about 22 miles each week and buy a new pair about every 6 months.

I have been wearing these shoes for a couple of months now and I really like them. I purchased them to wear as hiking shoes and find them to be super comfortable. The arch support is great, the traction is wonderful. They are a great shoe for 3-5 mile hikes.

These are super light yet sturdy. I got them to replace a pair of Brooks that wore out quickly within a few months of wearing them. I am super hard on my shoes, wearing them 7 days a week, pretty much all day. These are my go-to shoes. I wear them for work, during my off hours and for trail walking. I easily clock in 10,000 steps a day. I am on my feet a lot since I work as a nurse, so I need something that isn't going to wear out easily. I've had these for a month now and no current signs of wear and tear. They don't look or feel bulky either, I'd definitely buy these again when it's time to replace them. I've consistently had good experiences with Asics, I don't think I'll stray again!

The ASICS Gel-Kahana® 8 is the best sneaker I've purchased in 3 years. Did a full week of Disney parks wearing this shoe all week. Everyone else complained of foot pain and these supported my feet so well my feet didn't hurt once all week. I'm extremely happy with this purchase!! Thanks Zappos!

Great trail running shoes. If your running trails I highly recommend trail shoes-there is a big difference from running trails in regular running shoes. Great traction and helped increase my speed. Nice price as well, and lives up my expectations of the Asics brand.

New running season, new trail running shoes! I've had a pair of Asics before and knew that these would probably fit my needs. I didn't need to break them in; they were comfortable right out of the box. Great traction for hiking and running on trails. And the blue/grey color appealed to me. At this price point, you really can't go wrong.

Great delivery time and always easy to order on line, these shoes really work best for me as I have chronic pain health issues.

Finally a pair that fit like my old favorites that are no longer made! Took 5 tries to find them but have happy feet again. These have the wide toe box I look for in Ascis. Most of this years shoes had narrow pointy toes. Not ok for these feet that went bare foot growing up. Try your size and a half up to get fit.

the shoe fit great but a seam hit on my bunion which was very painful. I really liked the looks of the shoe.

I got the Black/Island Blue/Pink Glow Gel-Kahana 8’s. They fit good. I loved how they felt on. I initially chose them for the colors. However, when I got them, I wasn’t fond of the gray colored midsole. You know when you can’t wait to wear your new shoes? I wasn’t feeling it with these.

The shoe has a strong front and side toe support which allows my problem foot that turns inward correction. It helps keep this right foot straight, also not to pronate

This is my favorite of the ASICS trail shoes. They always fit about a 1/2 size smaller, so I just order an 11.5 instead of an 11. They are one of the few athletic shoes I can get in my size
