These socks are warm and comfortable, both of which came as a surprise given their thickness--perfect to wear with boots or shoes because they are not heavy socks.

I love the Cable 11 socks. Have been wearing Smartwool socks for years. Durable, comfortable. The cable socks are my favorite. Given many as gifts.

Fit great with my Birky's, washed up without shrinkage, soft casual (not thick).

Bought 5 pair for a trip to London - 2.5 weeks of walking 14-1600 steps per day. Coupled with some great new city boots, total comfort. Washed up well in the tub for re-use nicely, but feel like I could have worn them multiple days without bother! Top of the sock style is attractive pulled up over skinny jeans in grey and black. Perfect thickness - not too thick, not too thin.

My feet and legs can get terribly cold in the winter-- except when I wear these socks, then they stay toasty warm! And the are not bulky, not weighty, not scratchy. They are soft and feel light, and on top of that theyvare beautiful. One of the best things I ever got!

So cute and warm. Socks look great sticking out of boots or worn underneath. Another smart wool winner! Size is normal. These stay up/don't ride down. Love!

My favorite socks. Found some some time ago in a shoe store, and have searched them out ever since. Glad to find Smartwool.

I received my first pair of the Cable II socks yesterday and LOVE THEM. They stay put but are not too tight. They're warm (I live in northern MN, USA). They're not itchy at all and I like the medium weight of the weave. I'm NOT buying the big box store or department store socks ever again. They wear out fast, fall down (slip into my shoes as a walk), and get holes in the heels within just several uses.

So comfy, cradle my feet. Somehow I've managed to lose one already.

Cushiony, warm, and soft. I can not wear itchy wool socks. It annoys me so much. These are amazing. So soft and pillowy. They aren't too thick where they won't fkf into your boots. But they are perfect when it's super cold out.

They truly are beautiful socks that have a nice cushion. They always keep my toes warm.

I started wearing these when I lived in Cold, Snow (LAKE Effect) Upstate NY. They kept my feet warm and dry without being bulky. I now live in SC and we do have some cold winter days and again these keep my feet warm without sweating.
