LOVE this jacket but gets annoying fuzzie things on it from the fabric.

I really liked this design but it lacked zippered pockets and the collar is the fuzzy inside material meaning if you don't have the collar up it will face the elements, potentially rain and get soaked. Otherwise warm and a great fit.

I love wearing this with jeans or leggings as pants. It is a great jacket to wear for everyday use and is versatile with other clothing. It also keeps me warm so lives up to the expectations!

I bought this in the Golden Haze Heather. Clearly I was not paying attention to the "heather" part of that. It is a lot more grey than what I anticipated. I returned it mostly because of that. But I also didn't really like the way it fit around my shoulders. It wasn't too big or bulky, it just didn't look right. For reference I'm petite, 5'3".

It is a nice change from the typical fleece and goes well with the vest of the same color.

This is a very comfortable, nicely made, and stylish product. The color is absolutely beautiful and it feels so soft when I wear it. However, it doesn't fit like I expected it too and it's definitely not as warm as I was hoping. I normally wear a Medium in jackets, so that's what I purchased. While the arms fit nicely it is very obviously too big on me in the stomach area, and I should have sized down. It is also not as warm as I was hoping, as the wind cuts right through this jacket. As long as the temp isn't lower than about 45-50 degrees and there is no wind, this jacket is perfect. If there is any wind, you WILL feel it! Overall, this is a nice jacket to wear running errands or to wear inside, but if you want to wear it for anything else, I would be cautious.

I purchased this for my office as I always am cold to wear over polos. The material is very soft and it is warm, but the zipper is CHEAP! It doesn't zip if you don't hold it just right then you really have to put the zipper up. It doesn't just glide like one would hope a zipper would.

The logo on the bottom looks cheap. Got it on sale thats why im keeping it not worth the regular price.

I really like the jacket however I like my jackets to fight tighter then this one. It's kind of baggy and I picked the smallest size. It is a nice jacket though.

Got this as an alternative to Patagonia's better sweater. The sizing is a tad small in terms of TNF sizing. I usually wear a small for TNF but had to get a medium since the small was snug. I'm 5'3", 125-130lbs. While it is nice and soft, it's almost useless when there's cold wind. The wind goes right through. It's good for indoors or if a shell is added. I don't care much for the look of the inside collar. It would look better if it was knitted

I bought this fleece because I needed a thick, warm layer. Regretfully, this one is not as thick as I was expecting for a fleece that costs $85. In addition, even if my back and shoulders are quite small, the shoulders of this fleece are cut too narrow, so it does a funny fold in the armpit. Another minus is that the pockets are not zipped. Otherwise, the fleece is nicely long to just below the hips, and the green olive color is nice.

It's a faded gray instead of black but I wasn't okay with that. It does pill very easily though, otherwise I would keep it. Also it's quite thick for north face (hard to cram into a smaller backpack)

I like how it's warm and soft plus the outside is woven, I just can't stand the standard fleece look. Unfortunately I will have to return this item. The fit just does not work for me. I'm 5'3" and 128 lbs with somewhat of an athletic build. The fit on the shoulders and arms are tight but the abdomen and hip are loose/too wide. I would get a men's fleece jacket but the small is way too big.

I love it for the work field. Just didn't fit me true to size and even ordered a size larger than i usually wear

Disappointed that the color is not as displayed.

Received an almost identical jacket that I loved so much I wanted to purchase another one but when it came it Didn't have a covered zipper and wasn't a size tall.

This jacket/sweater is beautiful and seems to be of good quality. However, I ordered the XS and it fits at least 1 size large. I will have to return it because there is no smaller size than an XS. It's big EVERYWHERE - really inconsistent with other TNF sizing. If you can size down a size, I think you'd like it.

Nice sweater, but didn't work for me. Fit is not great for layering with a shell.

I had it for a week and loved it, but it pilled almost immediately so I had to return it.

I ordered this in Galaxy Purple. It looked like a deep hued heather purple on my computer screen. I purchase alot of clothes online as I live in rural Texas. This was the first time I have ever returned an item due to the color being different than what it looked like online. I turned around and just now and ordered the Osito 2 in black. I have purchased several jackets from TNF and this has never been an issue. Love their things but this was a miss for me.

The color is not at all what I was expecting. It is much lighter than the pictures suggest, more like lavender/gray. The fit is also tighter and longer at the hips than I thought . Will be returning my small to find a better fit.

I don't over wash the product, and I always wash in super cold water, but still after a few washes the fabric has started to pill. Overall I would say this jacket doesn't fit as nicely as my other NF jackets, not as flattering, and quality is much lower. On the positive side it is warm. Just ugly.

Didn't fit well

I received my jacket with a hole in the right pocket. I have contacted customer service and they told me to return it and they will send me another one. I have returned it and received another jacket with a hole in the right pocket as well. I have returned the second jacket for a full refund and will not be buying anything from The North Face again. This was my first ever The North Face purchase and I was extremely disappointed to receive a jacket with a hole in it TWICE.
