I will be exchanging this product for another color. The jacket itself is great but the colors did not meet the expectation of how it was described and shown in store and on the online website.

I'm a plus size girl and always need a XXL. Have two other Denali's, one was custom. This Denali was a cute alternative for my casual life style. However, the cut was smaller than the others I have purchased. I will keep it because I love the look! I also am a hoodie girl and would like to see more hooded Denali choices. Also, PLEASE more selections in XXL in other styles of jacket. What you offer always sells out so quickly. I would purchase much more, if I could get my size.

This jacket is warm and I love how it looks and feels. I ordered an XL and it was so big! The arms were well past my hands and I had way too much room in the torso area. Because I loved it so much, I brought it back to my closest North Face store a couple hours away to exchange the size. I tried on the jacket one size smaller and while the arms were perfect, I could barely zip the torso! I tried on a few to make sure they were all the same. I was so surprised at the dramatic size difference in one coat size. Unfortunately it was too expensive to keep for such a strange fit so I returned it. I may try a different style some time in the future because they are warm and great quality. You only hear great things about these jackets.

I've had my old NorthFace Denali jacket for many years and recently ordered a new one. It fits very well, true to size, and the new one is even softer and more comfortable. However, the color in the photos is NOT representative at all, which is why I downgraded the product. I ordered TNF White Heather/ Vanadis Gray, which looks like it is white with a dark gray inlay. It is actually heather gray, not white at all. Had I known that, I would not have ordered this color and now I may have to exchange (although I do not trust any of their photos at this point).

This is the third NF jacket for my daughter... She loves the product! Before ordering this particular jacket, we read the reviews... many stated the size ran smaller than normal. My daughter is growing from youth sizes to young lady sizes... We decided to go with the medium since her last one was a small. The medium was too small... it fit like a glove... snug! So, we are returning the medium and I have already ordered the large... the word large almost made my daughter say never-mind... I convinced her the sizing was off based on the previous reviews we read. LOVE the jacket, colors, soft... not sure why the sizing is off and this one fits differently than the others. NF has a great return policy, making it easy to fix a wrong order... for that we are thankful. Just wish the size chart would be better... My daughter is 5'4", weighs 150lbs, wears smalls and mediums, but is requiring a large in this jacket.

Fuzzys keep coming off. Like when my seatbelt is on and i take it off it has alot of fuzzies. They will just come on their own. The coat does not feel as soft anymore. I hope someone will contact me.

I ordered the Vanadis Heather Grey. I was expecting a dark charcoal grey like the picture. It is Very light grey not what I wanted. Will be returning. With all the post about wrong colors I am surprised North Face has not fixed the website.

Sleeves are made for a man. Should have different sleeve length choices. Maybe for like petite, normal and tall.

I ordered this jacket in Weimeraner brown heather/Weimeraner brown. The color is lighter than it appears on the website which I am happy about. It is a beautiful muted brown with "oatmeal" colored fleece. It is really soft and seems like it is really warm. However it sheds fuzzies all over everything you wear under it. I have already washed and dried it using the washing instructions on the tag, but it is still shedding as much as it was before. This is very dissappointing, and I will probably return it because of this. I was really looking forward to wearing the Denali this winter. What a dissappointment!!

I bought this jacket my freshman year of college to wear on my journey's to and from my dorm. Did the jacket fit my expectations? Yes it did. But in my opinion, this jacket is the perfect jacket to wear on top of a sweatshirt. This is not a jacket to face the winter weather with alone. If you wear a tshirt underneath it and expect it to keep you warm it will not. The material i think is great, and a North Face will always be a good jacket but just know that this jacket is not a lone ranger. It needs insulation underneath. I would still recommend this jacket to anyone who wants something stylish and comfortable. I hope this helps you all!!!

I like it but I think it's too thick very stiff I washed it but it's still stiff feeling

Got this for Black Friday and was extremely disappointed. I am a comfortable loose 2xl In most tops and clothing however I went up to their biggest size which is only a 3xl for the jacket and it doesn't even zip! It's also extremely short length wise and very unflattering. Not size inclusive at all and honestly I wish I could get my money back and buy somewhere more size inclusive for this price! Do better northface.

Jacket runs small. I had to return and my size was not available.

Wore it walking on a cool day or just around the house. It was as thick as I was hoping for. It did not feel soft to the touch. It piled when I washed it so didn't look as nice.

I wish it was more fitted on the sides. This was more of a box cut. I have a previous denali Olympic addition and it's more a fitted cut.

cheap material

I had the older model Denali but of course my dog ate it. Ordered this newer model and I HATE IT. The sleeves are so big and long on me. I loved the sinched sleeves on the older model because I'm quite short and petite. So bummed I can't get a replacement because I LOVED the older jacket so much

I bought this jacket and then I saw that the men's jacket costs the same and has one additional pocket. I don't like to carry around a purse so I really need all the pockets I can get. So that my keys don't fall out accidentally when pulling out my wallet and likewise for my phone. I would have liked to have four pockets so that I could put extra things such as kleenex in that pocket. I'm going to buy the men's jacket instead. Also unlike some fleeces there aren't extra pockets inside because the outer pocket is sewn into the jacket. I really wish companies would stop making better quality things for guys but charging women the same price for our lesser quality things.

I had my last Denali jacket for a decade and it help up so well - why did you have to go change it?? The jacket is manly the same except the new fabric cuffs at the end of the sleeves. It makes the jacket look even more casual (more like a hoodie etc.) and I don't think that they will stand the test of time. The old Denali had reinforced sleeve ends so they didn't pill or show wear an tear. I don't think that these new sleeves will go very long before pilling and looking ragged. If that's not a deal-breaker for you, then go for it. For me, I might have to find a new go-to jacket.

Too small for a large have to go to the store to exchange it, store is far away. Always have to try it first I guess

I wish the sizing would be true to the rest of the industry. I wear a plus size and never have had this issue. I even bought the 3x and it too was too small therefore in my previous comment it appears that you size it more to the junior population.

All in all was disappointed in the material - the fleece is not the same as other North Face coats I have. The cool color picture of the purple on chest and back were too "space ship" looking for me - returned for the trenchcoat. Again, being a longtime huge fan of North Face I hope for success on trench coat.
