I am a loyal fan of this model running shoe. I have ordered these for many years, same model, different color every year. These were perfect straight out of the box. I took out the ASICS insole and put in my green Superfeet insoles. No problem with the toe box at all! Love these running shoes! Thank you, Zappos!

My favorite running shoes!

I love this shoe. Really cute . I always order 1/2 size larger in ASICS.

I loved the Gel-Kayano 21 but naturally they have been discontinued. This new series fits much smaller overall especially in the toe box. I wear a M- size 9 but had to return them. I reordered a half size up and I think they will be just fine. They still feels quite snug in the width but loosening the laces down the top of my foot helps. I use my own orthodontics under the removable foot bed and that does not cause a problem.

I love a good Kayano and haven't had a pair since the 20th Anniversary. I found that this pair seems to be a stiffer ride and not quite the 'cadillac' of the previous pair I own--relegated to the yard now. I found the toe-box to be a be more narrow, but insuring the laces are adjusted seemed to do the trick. Still, it seems there was a bit of a change in the shoe last for this round. I try to purchase the older versions (Asics is up to 24 in the Kayanos) because I have to pair each pair of shoes with SuperFeet Berry Insoles. Don't get me started on the price increase in the inserts... Overall, I'm keeping this pair,

I wear an 8.5 in Asics and other shoes. I had to buy this shoe in a size 10! The sizing has gotten very unreliable, but the shoe remains fantastic.

Great for running.

Very comfy but the toe box is tight. Order 1/2 size bigger if you are training for a long race in hot weather!

These sneakers were very snug. I need to go to a running store and see if it is an Asics issue or if I just need a 7. Love the design and support.

Very comfortable and supportive shoe. Toe box is narrow but when I ordered a half size up the fit was perfect. Food bed has more cushion than other stabilizing shoes.
