I usually wear a full size larger in ASICS than in street shoes. This shoe did not work for me because the heel was too wide. The length was ok. I think it is also a higher volume, shoe than I need. The Contender fits my foot better.

I like the color and the style. This pair of Asics is true to size. The arch support or is very firm. I mostly walk or do the elliptical and it is fine for those activities.

I've worn these 3 times for jogging and they were comfortable. No issues. I got the grey/coral color and love how they look also. I love that Zappos has a 'run for 30 days' and return if you don't like them. It's terrible to go running in a pair of shoes and find out they're not comfortable and then you can't return them. Great policy that leaves you feeling assured.

There is a hole in the right shoe on the outer side of the toe area. I would like to exchange and change the size to 6 1/2 wide.

I am an Asics Gel Flux Gal and have been for years and over the last few years they have reduced the quality of the cushioning dramatically! Pros:with a gel insole (mandatory for ALL Asics - as I also got the new Gel Flux) they have a very stable platform and that reliable roomy toe box but I had to "size up" a half size to get that feel. There was an insure feeling in the Achilles area at first but proper lace adjustment took care of that after a few tweaks. Styling: Really true deep Navy and although I could do without the flaky deep fushcia flakey speckles they look sporty with a respectable elegance MINOR Con: slight irritation ONCE got a blister on my second left right toe on about the third wearing for no good reason PLUS as I have a head to head comparison choice - although I got two to rotate wear - I always lean towards the Gel Flux! Happy feet to you!!!!

Normally I wear at 7.5 in asics and an 8 in other running shoe brands. For Nike, I sometimes even wear an 8.5. For these asics, I ordered a 7.5 but ended up returning them and getting an 8 because the 7.5 was too small. I absolutely love the color, style and weight of the shoe. Compared to my last pair of asics, there isn't as much arch support. It's fine for the gym and short runs but if I go on anything more than 3 miles, I'll switch the sole out with something with a little more support.

I love ASICS. I prefer them over other shoe brands. I was slightly disappointed with these ones. I have had these for a few months now and they’re ok shoes. Not my favorites. They feel narrow. I am using them for running, walking, and HIIT workouts. The hiit workouts are where I’m having the most problems..they don’t fit right and my feet start hurting badly after a few rounds..when they don’t hurt in my other shoes. They’re ok for walking. That will be their new purpose because I cannot use them for HIIT.

Cute style and color but not enough if any arch support so they're going back.

In general, I really like the ASIC gel-excite 4. They are pretty cushioned and very comfortable to wear all day long. I also use them in my step class, because they are firm and supportive. I got the navy blue version with purple trim and they are so pretty!!

I really like these running shoes. They are cushioning, but there is a nice firm feel to them. I’ll probably use them for fitness classes, definitely for step class. I really love the navy blue with the pretty purple trim - I love to look down at them!??

I love these shoes but the breathable mesh on top is a bit too porous. Every time I walk in sandy desert washes, I bring home at least a tablespoon of sand in each shoe. Stickers from weeds go through it and get stuck in it too. A bit annoying. Arch supports fit in nicely.

Length is true to size, but toe box is narrower than expected.

Love the look of these shoes. I have BIG feet, (size 12) and these are nice looking and the fact they're not men's is a plus. I don't normally get wide, but with the other reviews, thought I should try , and they are pretty perfect....

I believe Asics run small. I usually wear an 8.5 in sneakers and the 9 fits perfect. Affordable, stylish, lightweight shoe to begin working out at the gym again. I don't think it has much all-around support for the foot, but it's great for basic activities.

bought this shoe for to go to the gym in. I never quite know what class I might take and this one has held up to all of them. Spin, lifting and a variety of others.

These shoes do run small. My pair, for example, felt more narrow that the usual B medium width. My feet are pretty narrow and the fit was slightly tight. I decided to keep the shoes since I figured I would break them in after use. These are my walking shoes and they are comfortable- Well cushioned and provide a bounce to my stride. I give them 4 overall stars since I usually expect to break in heels, not sneakers.

A little tight upon arrival and took a little longer than typical to break in. However, now that they're broken in, they are quite comfortable.

I wore these sneakers once on a walk. During the walk I had to remove my sneakers 4xs because my toes were completely numb. My de then told me to order extra wide sneakers.

I loved the Ascis Gel Exalt 2 but was unable to find them to reorder, so, these were the next best I tried on. I have to wear Wide, size 9, and needed a 9.5 in this shoe. They state they are best for over pronator, flat foot, and these felt good for this condition. The only problem with this shoe is it felt like the depth from like the top of the shoe (by laces) to the sole was less so I have to have the laces super loose so the shoe is not too tight. Its like the sole of the shoe is wide but when there is not enough material to cover your foot, its basically not a wide shoe anymore. They have stretched a little, but I still liked the other style better, still searching for the Exalt 2,3 in a wide. Also, I am a nurse and wear my shoes for 13 hours 4 days a week and they hold up good, easy to clean.

I love these shoes! They are ridiculously cute. I bought the navy and pink and mint green and I love the colors. Unfortunately they are not ridiculously comfortable. Not bad but not worth 5 stars. Still I got them to wear on a trip to the Canadian Rockies and they were great for a week of hiking and walking. So a good 4 stars. Run about a size small though so beware. I'm a style over comfort girl so these worked great for me without too much sacrifice in comfort.
