Asics are the only athletic shoes I wear. This pair, as with many of their shoes, I ordered a half size up. They fit just right. This is not the most comfortable pair of Asics I own but I guess that is to be expected because these are are the lower end of their price points. All that being said, these shoes are great for all day walking wherever you might be and the colors are bright and cheery. For working out I do wear I different more cushiony shoe.

They're a little small. I usually get a 9 but I ordered a 9.5 and they fit a little tight still. I should've gotten a 10. I got the navy and pink and I love the colors! The cushioning is really good in the heel but I need a little more for the ball of my foot. I work in retail and am constantly crouching on my toes. They're really comfortable though.

This is the first Asics shoe I've been disappointed in. The style was great - that's what attracted me in the first place, plus my past history with the brand. However, there's virtually no arch support, and now I had to add a $20.00 arch support insert to see if that will help. I'm hoping it does - it's too late to return the shoes now. I should have bought an $80.00 shoe to begin with. I probably wouldn't have this problem now :(

These shoes are very comfortable and supportive. I just recently had surgery on both feet and bought these shoes to wear during my recovery. So far they have been fabulous!

They run small. I'd go 1/2 size larger than usual. I gave them a good review because I think once I get the larger size they'll be perfect

Great looking shoes - fell apart in 6 weeks. The mesh uppers are so thin that they have worn through in multiple spots and are nearly unwearable. Long time Asics wearer but this one is a MAJOR disappointment.

Because I try to run/walk intervals of 5-10 miles nearly everyday, I order 2-3 pairs at a time. These, BY FAR, were my favorite of the set I ordered! Some Asics come with such short laces that I can barely tie them, let alone cinch the extra eyelet to pull it snug around my very narrow heel. I've worn these in 2 half marathons in the last 6 weeks as well as in my daily rotation of shoes and I tolerate the others so that I can wear these. Going to order another pair!

Asics shoes seem to have gotten smaller. I'm a true 7 in all street shoes but I have to buy an 8in Asics. These shoes work well for me. I teach a lot of fitness classes ranging from Bosu Cardio, Weight training to Zumba and mini trampoline. So, not having much tread is important to reducing the torque on my knees because of moving quickly through so many different planar motions, some with impact. I like them.f

Super shoes for running. There is a lot of cushioning. The toe box is large which I really needed. Love the orange trim. They look great with my orange running shirts. They are durable and hold up well. I have three pairs. The price is right.

These are great shoes. I use them for walking or riding the bikes at the gym. I'm not a runner, but these fit great and look great.

These are my third pair of these shoes; I’ve not found a superior pair anywhere!

I have purchased many pairs of athletic shoes and this pair of ASICS is the best fitting, most amazing color that I have in my wardrobe. Its not always easy to get the perfect fit without trying on shoes but these fit like they were made especially for my feet. I am a nurse and walk a lot during the course of a day Thank you Zappos!

It was a mixed bag of reviews on size/fit, so I opted for a half size larger. This was a good decision. There’s room in the toe box and the shoes fit well so I can wear a thin or average thickness pair of socks. I love the color and style and have received compliments on the shoes from the first day I wore them. I couldn’t find an ASICS pair in black/grey/purple in my size; I’m glad I opted for another style and color.

My wife only wears ASICS as they have the best support, very comfortable and a great value. She loves wearing these and was not sure about the color, but once received was very happy she picked them. Great value as always from Zappos and great service.

I love the look of this shoe. I bought the indigo blue/orchid. One of the main reasons I chose this shoe is because I googled a website about the "best shoes for feet that pronate"(turn in). That's where I saw this shoe listed and the price was VERY reasonable. I didn't want to spend more than $70. for a sneaker. I saw a lot of people say they ran small, but I still chose my usual size 8. I have a narrow foot and have recently lost about 7 lbs. I now weigh 120 and I was afraid that if I bought larger, it would be too loose on my foot. The fit for me is perfect. After a few days of use, I was even able to fit my shoe insert(that I bought at a pediatrist's office) into the sneaker that I use for better support for my feet. The sneaker still feels comfortable with that in. I use this shoe for doing my video workouts which I do at home. I guess you could call them cross-fit workouts because I do yoga some days, high-intensity other days with weights and jumps and the shoes have worked well with high and low impact workouts. I have found they have given me a little better balance. So, I am very pleased with this shoe and this price! Thank you Zappos!

I am a division 3 cross country and track runner and I personally love these shoes. Asics, in general, are great running shoes as they provide a ton of support. However, this particular style is my all-time favorite. No joking I have purchased this same model of shoe at least five times just in different colors. When it comes to a shoe I can trust to hold up for at least 300 miles that feels good on my feet these shoes are it.

I ordered the shark/flash coral/parachute purple (I love bright gym shoes!) and was pleasantly surprised that the coral is much brighter in person. Other than that, these are exactly as described! I have worn them this past week to the gym and they are comfortable and breathable. I did notice they feel a little smaller than the Cumulus 17 I have in the same size, but it could be new shoe stiffness. I love ASICS!

I love my Asics. I had the gel-excite 2 before this which was slightly more comfortable, but these are about the same. They are solid shoes that you don't have to worry about wear and tear with. They offer excellent support and so many colors to pick from. Size is always accurate for me. This is a great shoe for working out and everyday wear.

I have very big feet (12 wide) and ordered these to use at work (hospital—lots of walking and standing). The length fits quite well and is more generous than the other size 12 shoes I’ve tried recently and while the shoe is wide it is a smidge more narrow than I’d like. I’ve only worn them 2 days so I can’t speak to how durable they are. I was so fixated on them having my size that I overlooked that they are mostly mesh which wouldn’t normally be an issue except I live in the Pacific Northwest and it rains all the time; these shoes are only a little better than just wearing socks as far as rain protection goes. I think they would be very breathable for road running (not trail due to dirt being able to get through the mesh) and would have good cushioning for that, as well.

This was a great shoe from start to finish. It lasted me about a year and held up well accept for a small hole at the toe. I didn’t love the look of the design, looked a bit cheap but overall I would buy them again because I’m having a hard time finding a running shoe as comfortable.

This shoe didn't run small to me, but is a bit narrow in the toe. I like it for classes at the gym and jogging. Very comfortable and like the bright laces. If you have a wide foot may need something else.

Fit was smaller and more narrow than other ASICS I’ve owned in the past.

I love Asics shoes. Cute & comfortable. Usually they handle wear & tear for 6-8+ months. Unfortunately this pair was falling apart after 2 months. Holes formed all along toe box seam. I had to throw them out..thankfully I got them on a good sale or I wouldn't be too happy. Maybe I just got the "lemon" ; )

I'm getting frustrated trying to get a pair of shoes that are true to size. I've taken a picture of the inside of my old Asics, size 8 medium, and these new Asics, size 8.5 medium. The new ones are more narrow. My orthotics do not fit. My back hurts when I wore these shoes around the house for a trial run. I'm going to try a wide width and hope that fits. The sizing on this model shoe is not consistent.
