I always have luck with ASICS footwear. About 5 years ago when I started wearing them I had to order a few pairs to find my correct size and now that I know it has been consistent. (I needed to order up and wider). I needed new sneakers for my Silver Sneakers classes at the YMCA. Everyone else was wearing Sketchers so I tried a pair, and what a mistake. No support, it was like wearing bedroom slippers. So I went back and ordered these ASICS and I am very happy. Reasons to order them? They are available in the wide width that I need. The price is outstanding They are really cute, I like the little stripe of printed decoration on these. Zappo's had them to me the very next day. Zappo's customer service is extraordinary. I have worn them several times now to the Y, and they offer the support I need and they look great. I'll definitely not make another mistake and stray from the ASICS brand in the future. Thank you Zappo's for always coming through for me when I need you!

Very happy with my purchase. I do recommend ordering half a size up, but that’s kinda typical of Asics, I’ve found. These shoes are super cute and comfortable and required pretty much no breaking-in time.

The good things about this shoe is they are very cute/pretty, very light weight, true to size, reasonably priced, and accept orthotics. The bad thing about this shoe (why I took one star away from comfort rating) is that if you need any arch support (and don't own your own expensive orthotics) they are very flat and you won't be comfortable wearing them for long distance walks or standing for any length of time. Overall, I gave them 5 stars because they are exactly what I need and like. I invested in expensive orthotics so that I can buy less expensive shoes and insert those orthotics. I am a very active person and wear out shoes quickly. I have actually recouped the cost of my orthotics several times over now that I no longer need to pay high prices for shoes with a decent arch support built in.

I have worn Asics for a long time and I’ve always worn a 10. A 10 in this shoe was a little small, so I’m glad they had a 10.5. That is perfect! Love this color and the shoes feel great. These are very comfortable for walking and I’m happy with them!

Great shoe. I put them on and they felt great. I think they run a smidgen small but the next 1/2 size up would have been too big. Asics are always my first choice and Love Zappos! You ROCK!

Great price for excellent cushioning and support. I have neutral to high arches and a long 2nd toe. I usually wear New Balance but a nurse friend recommended ASICS for the comfort. I use these for my daily 3 mile walk/run and am very impressed with the cushioning which significantly reduces impact, keep my 2nd toe from getting jammed. I like the toe protection which should reduce the great toe poke-through common in mesh type uppers. I will definitely order again in another color.

Love these. Asics are always my go to shoe. True to size, so comfy. It's like it's giving my foot a hug.

Love this shoe!! ASICS have always been comfortable for me right out of the box and this shoe doesn’t disappoint. Love the colors and the fit is true as always. I bought these tennis shoes as it was time for a new pair of running shoes. These are great! Great support and no pain after running. I’m on my feet all day in medical and whether at work or on a run, ASICS always keep me comfortable. Highly recommend:)

I find these Excite 4 very comfortable. I really like the cushion feel that the gel provides. I find that the Asics with maximum cushioning are the ones I prefer. I don't run but I walk. I walk a lot. I walk on regular sidewalks, asphalt, the treadmill and dirt paths. These shoes always feel good. The insole that comes with the shoes provide almost no support - at least for me. Several years ago I suffered with plantar fasciitis and learned about the need for good shoe support. So, as soon as I get my new shoes I always replace the insole with one that provides the kind of support I like and need. I have narrow feet and longish toes. I dislike shoes that are narrow in the front because I don't like the feeling of having my big toe or little toe "squished". The insole I use is thicker and stiffer than the one that comes with the shoes so it takes up a little more room. Even with that, these shoes have plenty of room for my toes. The workmanship of this company is good. I usually buy 2 identical pair at a time. When they first arrive I try both pair on and both pair feel the same. I can't say that about other brands of shoes I've tried over the years. This purchase is my 7th and 8th pair of Asics. So far I've been happy with all the Asics I've purchased.

These are great shoes, lightweight and sturdy with good arch support. They run a half size big.

I have worn the ASICS cumulus for years. I have been unhappy with the changes in the last three updates. I LOVE the gel-excite 4! They feel exactly like the cumulus used to feel! I just ordered a spare pair. They give great support and have lots of cushion. A great buy.

Such a hit that my daughter thinks someone stole a pair from her at school and we had to buy another one!

Loved these shoes until I got the 2nd one on... I could barely get my right foot in even though the left shoe fit fine. I ended up going to store locally to try them on and couldn't find this color so I ended up getting the gray with mint a half size larger than my normal size and they feel great.

I LOVE these shoes! They’re so comfortable! I don’t have an arch, so they fit well in that regard. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size larger and they fit perfectly.

I have had 2 surgeries on my right foot and need to wear orthotics for both feet and these shoes are so perfect. They are supportive and stylish and very durable!
