The jacket is very soft and the midnight mauve is a beautiful color. Unfortunately, in 30 weather the jacket is not warm at all. It doesn't block chill from the wind either. The hood is too small even for my small head and lets in a lot of wind because it's not adjustable. I believe my old plain fleece North Face jacket was a lot warmer than this one. I'm sorry I purchased this jacket.

I wear it for work time and it actually helps with the cold I can verly feel the cold hitting my body.

Bought for my almost 12 year old daughter. She wears it daily and loves it. It is warm and keeps her dry without being bulky or requiring a different racing jacket. It looks as good as the day we purchased it. We highly recommend this jacket.

It's a great fit and fuzzy inside. It's light enough to just throw on but still insulated.

I bought this coat for Christmas! It's so warm and comfortable, it is hard to believe! And man, did I buy it at the right time! The winter weather came through several times in January so far (and still here again right now), and this coat is so warm I have to take it off when I get in my car. It blocks the wind and rain and keeps the warmth inside. I Love it! It's a little bulkier than my normal everyday jacket, but it certainly provides the warmth and protection from the outdoors!

I got this jacket as a gift and I've only wore it for two weeks just running errands around town and the pocket zipper broke. It's my favorite jacket currently and I use the pockets daily so having a broken zipper so quickly is disappointing for the price.

I love this jacket! Its so warm and perfect for windy weather, while being super lightweight. I did have to order a size up to a Medium from my other Northface jackets (usually a Small) because it was slightly snug in the chest area.

This is one of my favorite hooded soft shell jacket! It's super luxe with the warm, soft lining and fitted for a flattering shape given its thickness. Keeps me warm in cold weather!
