Had these boots for a couple of years and loved them, very comfortable and warm with good traction. They were also perfectly waterproof until a seam on the boot upper, near the start of the laces, split. Now my left foot gets soaked if conditions are wet. Only wore them in winter so expected to get more than 2-3 seasons out of them. Disappointed.

I've owned two pairs of these boots, I thought the first pair was defective. After about 3 weeks of wearing them I noticed they would be soaking wet on the inside within an hour of wearing them. I wasn't always in deep snow, if I was just walking on the snow surface they would soak through with water, I'm thinking through the seems. Now on my second pair just the first day of wearing them the insides are soaked with water, I had high hopes as they truly are warm boots. But they are the least waterproof boots that claim to be fully waterproof that I've owned.

I have an older version of these, and loved them so much I bought this version. I wore this version under 10 times to break them in, and the seams next to the ball/outer foot area split. Very disappointing, as I wanted to rely on these boots to be my backcountry hiking boots.

Bought this a few days ago and returned as soon as had tried on as uncomfortably large.
