I really like this jacket. I was searching for a jacket that would be warm enough for those winter days where it gets in the teens to 20/30 degrees where I live. This is perfect. I'm petite so the sleeves are a little long but nothing I can't deal with. The hood of the jacket is very nice. It keeps the wind out and the inside around the face has a band of the soft fleece lining to help protect against the wind. I love it. The hood is what really made me keep this jacket versus another North Face jacket. I also love that is has the fleece lining on the body of the jacket. It's very warm and it protects against wind and rain.

I ordered three different styles of North Face jackets and decided to keep this one. This jacket is really nice and cozy. I like that you are able to detach the hood. It's also very flattering, not bulky at all. Perfect for rain the rain and cold weather.

Love this jacket! Keeps me warm when it's freezing with wind and snow.. doesn't overheat me when I walk inside a building. Great colors and I appreciate that there is a slicker material in the arms so it doesn't bunch up my shirts or sweaters when I talk the jacket off!

I ordered this jacket according to the size chart and it is too big. I'm not too sure about the underarm zippers, never have had a jacket with them before. I'm going to reorder in the medium and see how it does. Seems thin but reviews on other websites have rated it as a nice, warm jacket.

Great jacket. I wore it for the first time on a 3 mile walk in 40 degrees with heavy rain. I stayed very warm- including the toasty hood- and very dry. The cut of the size XS is a little loose for me (5'2", 104lbs), even compared to my other north face coats. But it still looks good. The fabric in a nice woven cloth- unexpected in a winter coat!! I thought that the color choices were a little drab, but the rabbit gray actually looks nice (more brown than gray) with a pop of color from the cozy lavender lining. It would get 5 stars if it were a tiny bit more fitted.

I just received this jacket in the rabbit grey heather and it is not as pictured as far as color. The stitching is a pinkish color as well as the inside of the collar and etc. The jacket color is more of a brown than a grey as pictured on here. Love the jacket although it is a bit big through the waist and hips, but seems to fit okay in the shoulders and arm length. I usually wear a large in most North Face items and they always seem to fit well. Sadly I will be returning the jacket because of the pinkish stitching and lining of the jacket, as well as the brownish color, as I thought I was getting more of a medium grey jacket with white stitching.

Super soft on the inside and very warm. Purchased in two different colors for both of my daughters. I would say runs slightly big but the arms are actually long enough which I wouldn't say is true of all North face coats! Love them, definitely works for a winter coat in Iowa!

I am 4'11" petite female. Weighing in at 118. I loved the fit of this coat. I used the suggested sizing guide available on North Face website. I have a short torso, the coat covers my rear, sleeve length is not too long, the sizing guide knew exactly what was right for me. I love the casual look this gives me to wear to a football game, or running errands in the rain. I live in SE USA and it does not get terribly cold here until february. This is the perfect amount of weight to keep warm, and dry. I love the color and I would best describe as "rust". I would purchase this coat over and over as gifts or recommend to friends.

Awesome heavy jacket! Great for hiking. A little wide (I'm usually a medium and purchased a medium) but good for layering.

It's perfect for San Francisco's weather.

Gave this to my wife as a gift and she Loves it! Says she's likes the color and the fit. She likes the fact that's it's lightweight and can remove the hood.

This is the perfect jacket! It fits perfectly! It keeps me dry, warm, comfortable, and it's stylish! I've gotten lots of compliments and several people have asked me where I got it. Definitely would recommend this jacket!

This jacket is really nice quality and is super comfortable. I wish it had a way inside to make it a little more fitted but otherwise it is still great.

I use this jacket for skiing in Washington, California and Utah. It kept me warm and dry but wasn't bulky or restricting.

This jacket is a bit bigger but is perfect for throwing a large sweater undwrneath. It is warm, waterproof, and cozy.

I wanted something I could wear outside to take my dog on hikes and not have to worry if it gets dirty. This material is easy to wipe off and had a really warm inner layer.

I bought this jacket for skiing and it was fantastic! Really lightweight but still warm and completely blocked the wind. I found the fit to be true to size. The medium fit perfectly but I opted for the large since I prefer extra room for layering while skiing. Great product for the price!
