Customer Reviews ASICS Gel-Excite® 4

Wow... I've never before worn a shoe (much less a SNEAKER) that seemed designed to CREATE flat-foot!!! I thought fallen arches were a bad thing that quality sneakers tried to avoid, but what do I know.. What I DO know is that the inner soles of these sneakers were flat enough to level a house with. (Aka NO arch support...and I mean literally ZERO curve at all.... AT ALL). Yikes! I cannot return fast enough! These might seem like a bargrin, but not when you're getting a low quality product. Back to Nimbus for me... unless, of course, the rumors of significantly reduced quality there are true too, which I really hope they aren't... This used to be my go to brand... What happened??

Three weeks in and they are falling apart. Very unhappy.

I can never find a running shoe to fit me!...stores never have 4E ! So, in the past I settled for buying a half size bigger...not anymore! Asics gel 4 from Zappos... these shoes fit! 4E 11 1/2 right out of the box! I am an older runner and need all the help I can get! I wore my new shoes foe a 6 miler this morning...no problem!...shoes are great! I am going to wear them for my first marathon this Sept 1 ! thanks Zappos!

I have bought my 3 boys many pairs of ASICS over the years but this particular pair was horrible. Within 2 months the netting was torn and the insole had completely worn through. I wrote to ASICS directly but heard nothing from them. I recently bought one more pair but if they fall apart I will find another brand.I have to give the product one star because they don't ask about durability.

the one piece of shoes was degummed， and since i'm in China, so if i get back the shoes, i will cost more than the price of shoes. But ZAPPOS just gave me the two choice:1,refund and send back the shoes;2,exchange and send back the shoes. So in a world, i should send back the shoes and cost more than the shoes. Since there are not any compensation for my losses, at last i should be charged with the quality problem of the shoes by myself.
