Well that does it for Asics and me. With each new model they make the shoes smaller and narrower. These are the worst so far. I ordered my usual one full size up and my toes were scrunched against the end. Not to mention that the 2E felt more like a narrow than a wide. Asics used to fit me best but after the last few tries and disappointments, I give up. I am just not going to try a size 10 extra wide for my size 8D feet. If you are determined to buy these, go up two full sizes and two widths. And good luck.

Bought these for my 67 yr old Dad and finally after after years of his feet hurting he has found a shoe that works. Great shoe with great support. I would highly recommend these.

My husband really likes this pair of ASICS. We tried around six pairs before he ended up choosing this pair. ASICS are a great brand. When choosing from their different lines it's all about comfort, particular use, and style. That is why we go through Zappos so we don't feel stuck with our first choice.

Bought these for my husband to replace his worn out pair of the same but a previous Cumulus 16, and he just loves them. Been wearing Asics for years and they are consistent in quality, size and fit. Previous pair was in the neon green, this on the white and it's a great color combo that goes with everything. And you can't beat Zappos delivery, he needed these fast and we got them!

I've been wearing Asics Cumulus for 15 years. I stick with things if I find something that gets the job done. Occasionally they have changed the shaping a bit, so I go up a half size or down a half. For these, I went up a half size. They work for me, I'm only a 18-25 mile a week runner, so those putting in big miles may need something really geared towards their specific foot.

Good looking shoe. My husband felt they were a little snug across the forefoot.

The other reviews had worried me about width and comfort of these shoes. Personally, I found these complaints to be unfounded. I normally wear wide EE size running shoes, but this size happened to be out of stock when I ordered. I went with the regular width, and I can attest that after one day of breaking them in, I find that I actually prefer the tighter feel of these shoes. I also owned the Cumulus 17 and 16s (both size EE), and I have to say I like the 18s the best. The tighter fit means less wiggling around when I'm running and walking, and I feel like it aids in comfort/cuts down on potential injuries. One upgrade I really liked over the Cumulus 17s is the material the mesh is made out of. The 17's mesh was made out of what looked like a thin latticework of thread with thin foam underlay, which you sort of see through, and wasn't very durable. I ended up wearing a hole in toe-box of those in less than a year. I've only been wearing the 18s for a couple of weeks, but the mesh appears to be much stronger than last year's model.

I tend to walk on the outside of my foot so these seem to rebalance my foot,since the soles wear evenly on these shoes vs. some of my other, higher arch shoes. These shoes are very comfortable and durable. My last pair, a Cumulus 11, are still in service but Ascics seems to be making these shoes narrower. Based on other reviewers, I upped the width from a 2E on the Cumulus 11 to a 4E on the Cumulus 18. I measured the bottoms of the older shoe and the new shoe and they were identical. As always, Zappos service is top notch with quick delivery and excellent customer service. When I ordered these, the coupon did not work. The online chat was very helpful. They added the coupon to my order while I waited. I then was able to checkout securely online, vs. calling up providing credit card information etc.

My husband loved his first pair. They are the only ones that he says don't hurt his feet. We are ordering a second pair.

I bought these for my husband who had (and loved) the older cumulus model. He says these are even better and exceeded his expectations. The fit is perfect for his foot, and he said they're pretty breathable.

The only complaint from our son is the shiny fabric on the toe kick: comfortable and fit true to his size.

I haven't worn them a lot yet, but the fit was great with my slide in orthotics. Good purchase!

My husband keeps coming back to ASICS as an everyday shoe to wear on job sites. The sneaker provides the comfort to stand on his feet all day with the mesh top providing ventilation so his feet do not get overheated. He does not run anymore but has found that ASICS sneakers are the best for comfort and support.

Excellent shoe. If you've had a pair of Cumulus before, it's the same feel. Just a touch less cushion than the Nimbus. Overall a great everyday shoe and a very good runner.

Purchased these shoes after a double knee replacement so I needed something extra comfortable and light. Very pleased with my purchase.

Shoes fit great. These are nice for running and cross training. Good support.

These shoes are the coolest, most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! It's very important to be accurate on filling out your review & reading all of them to get a true evaluation when purchasing. I normally wear a size 12, but reading all reviews, I went with a 12 1/2 & they fit perfect! I highly recommend these shoes.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I wore a hole in the first pair from so much wear and use! They are great for runs or just wearing around town. I usually wear shoe custom inserts, but these are so comfortable, I don't use the inserts with these shoes.

ASICS always have great support. I especially like how well these grab the heel when I run. Awesome cushion as well. As they say, these definitely run a half size small, so order a half size up.

EXCELLENT CUSHIONED SHOE. FOREFOOT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH NO OVERLAYS. ARCH IS STABLE. MOST FLEXIBLE ASICS MODEL. MOVES WELL WITH YOUR FOOT.

I love these shoes, but for some reason these show fill narrower than usual. Might need to send back.

Bought for my father-in-law, he loves them!! Says they're super comfy, just had to go up a half size, but other than that they're perfect!!
