I love the shoe because it fits my foot like a glove and the comfort it provides is remarkable. My previous Brooks was the adrenaline which I also loved. Accomodates my orthotics well. (I hope the fabric on the top of the foot doesn't tear prematurely - the pattern in the fabric utilizes larger holes/slits which could be torn if this shoe was caught on something.) Overall great shoe.

I bought these for my wife to replace a pair that she had worn out. She loves them. She uses the new pair for working out and the older pair is relegated to yard work. These are great shoes and I would highly recommend them.

Incredibly comfortable. Shoe, when worn with rx orthotic under insole, allows me to walk virtually pain free from my plantar fasciitis. Best athletic shoe that I have ever owned. Could be a little more attractive, improved styling would've made me a brooks customer long ago.

Had a hard time deciding between these and the Saucony's I ordered. So I'm getting both! I can feel the arch in these more than the Saucony's but BOTH shoes are amazing. Again...another great wide running shoe!

I just can't say enough about these shoes. They are light weight yet they are so supportive. I have my living room filled with 3 pairs of Saucony's 3 pairs of Brook's and these Ghost 9 Brook's. I also purchased the Brook's Pureflow 6 they too are comfortable for a casual shoe. These are by far very comfortable. I have had Plantar Fascia surgery and it is very hard to find a comfortable shoe for my feet and my orthotics. I Love Zappos for their fast shipping and free returns. Good luck.

I gave these as a Mother's Day gift. I've been wearing Brooks for several years, and I decided that since my mother, who is nearing retirement and making a better effort to get out and walk more, deserved a really great pair of shoes to help motivate her. Knowing she needs 'wide' shoes, I was thrilled to find them on the Zappos website. The transaction was smooth, shipping was fast, and my mother LOVES her new kicks! So happy to have brought a new person into the Brooksk/Zappos family - here's to many more miles!

After researching different sneakers I decided to purchase my first pair of Brooks. I had been suffering from some foot issues/pain and needed something supportive and with cushion. These did not dissapoint!! Loved them SO much, I bought a pair for mom, who loves them too!!

First the shoe colors are AMAZING!! Secondly these shoes are so darn comfortable! I felt like I was walking on a cloud!! Love these, so very happy with these shoes! Everything was perfect!

These shoes are so comfortable. My sisters and I have all ordered them and love them. They are true to size and very light weight. Plus they were delivered fast!!

I love this shoe. This is my second pair and bought another one before they change it! I have terrible problems with my feet and have had several surgeries. This shoe works for me for a long day.

I love the ghost, I started with the 6 and now the 9 are my new favorite. I ordered 3 pair. Great walking and running shoe for high archs

This is my 2nd pair of Brooks and they are like walking on a cloud. I'm not a runner but I do slot of cardio and I have no complaints. Chose a half size bigger than usual and the fit is perfect

The color is a little more purple than picture but the fit is great.

These shoes are great! I use them for crossfit and they are incredible. My feet do not ache like they used to after a workout.

This is my second pair of brooks and I will never buy another athletic shoe. They are comfortable and supportive. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Love them love them love them!

This is the best shoe I have worn in a long time. I am new to trying to run and my first day in them I was able to go further with my run intervals than before. I am also a critical care nurse so I'm on my feet for at least 12-14 hours every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This shoe is awesome and I'm definitely buying another pair.

Best running shoes I've ever owned. I was fitted in a local running store and bought my second pair on Zappos! I wear half a size up, in a wide width. I normally wear 8.5M but wear a 9D(wide) in this. The wide width was at the advice of the running store to prevent blisters. I love these shoes and hope Brooks continues with this style!

Good support and cushion. Too tight across arch.

Agree with anonymous 7/21/16...Top of Shoe at heel is higher than Ghost 8 and is hard, hits at Achilles Tendon.

Love these shoes!! I am a pharmacy technician and I'm on my feet all day long, and these shoes have helped me so much with my heel spurs and tired aching feet. I have ordered 2 pairs, and I will continue to buy more.

I have been wearing Brooks "Ghost" shoes for years. The Ghost 9 are even more comfortable on my foot. I purchased another pair before heading on a weak long hiking trip and used them instead of "hiking" shoes. They were perfect as always!

It has a little more room than the Ghost 8.
