The newest Glycerin model is such a disappointment. I've worn several of the previous models and they've been awesome shoes. I have a high arch and high instep. I could barely tie the Glycerin 14 since they ran so narrow. I had to send them back, so sorry Zappos. Lucked out with a model of New Balance which is a brand I've never worn previously.

Buyer beware! I just received this pair of shoes and they were two sizes too small. I placed them next to an old pair and triple checked the tongue for the size. I took a picture but I am unable post it anywhere.
