Brooks is my brand now, and I love this style. I used to be an 8.5, but in most sneakers I am now a 9W, mostly because of the bunion on one of my feet. One foot underpronates, and the other overpronates, so this is a relatively neutral style to accommodate that. Plus these are attractive and super comfortable. Did I mention how much I love Zappos!?! I won't buy shoes anywhere else.

These are super comfortable shoes! I had to order a 1/2 size up (usually wear a 10.5) the toe box was a bit more narrow and wanted the extra room. Great overall support for a neutral foot and I struggle with plantar fasciitis

Feel more like Gylcerin 12 that I remember. Gylcerin 13 was too narrow for me and didn't breathe as well. I just love these shoes!

I bought these in the grey and red color. I love them. I do not run but do walk the dogs at least a mile every day. I have been wearing the Brooks Ghost 7 and have been very happy with them. I have problems with one of my feet and will be having relatively major foot surgery on that foot later this summer. My Podiatrist recommended that I get an athletic shoe that would accommodate my current foot problem and would allow me to wear a good supporting athletic shoe for after surgery when the post operative boot comes off. I will not be walking my dogs for one month after surgery and will not be in regular shoes for two months post op. I tried on several shoes at the local Orthotics store and these were the best all around for fit and comfort. I want them in the Pansy combination and will buy them before surgery as an alternate pair.

I've worn three generations of Brooks Glycerine. My Brooks Glycerine 13 seemed shorter and a little tighter than the previous pair. The same with the BG 14's I just ordered. I have worn 7.5 in both Asics and Brooks for many years, but I've gone up half a size to an 8 for this shoe.

The colors match the photos, but these are NOT pretty shoes! The comfort will probably make up for their appearance, though. Actually can't wait to run, that's a miracle!

I really love the style and feel of this shoe EXCEPT that it definitely felt narrow. It's the only Brooks style that I've ever tried that felt narrow, but I'm sending it back just because I'm sure it would be uncomfortably tight after walking a little while.

Great shoes, very comfortable with good arch and heel support. Thanks Zappos for having some great colors to choose from.

My physical therapist suggested wearing supportive sneakers as much as possible, as my feet tend to roll outward (supinating?) and this shoe was one her list of recommended shoes for stability and cushioning. It is indeed very supportive, but I wouldn't call it very cushy or springy. Depending on what kind of day my feet are having, the shoe can start to feel hard and ouchy after a long day of wearing them. Most days, though, they are fine; I'm a teacher and I am on my feet all day. Based on other reviewers' recommendations, I ordered half a size up, and I'm glad I did. I like the black and green color, although I don't really care for the super "sporty", flashy look. I'm not wearing them to run, just with normal clothes.

My knees were starting to hurt with my old shoes and then I found these. I'm a moderate runner, but run on pavement and these have been great! My knees feel fine again. They are a touch wide in the front of the shoe, but I haven't found another shoe out there that is better.

Like these shoes and I would keep them except... They are a tad short. Arch is great and toe box is roomy but tapers at the end and probably causes my toes to touch. Even with a thin sock A half size larger would work but a full size larger would cause the whole toe box to be too large. If you have bunions or other toe problems this shoe would work as it is roomy on top

My feet are wide across the top (near the ball of the foot). I tried the wide in my normal size and they slipped a lot (no matter how I tie them) because the heel was also wide. I usually wear a size 6 or 6 1/2, but decided on a size 7 1/2 in these shoes so that my toes have plenty of room while running. If I were to buy a pair just for normal use (running errands and such), I would go with a size 7. I highly recommend you order a few different sizes and widths to see what works for you. So far, they are very comfortable and offer a very soft sole for running.

My feet are medium to wide . I ordered this shoe in a wide and it is a bit too wide. Other than that these shoes are comfortable. Grey/black/hot pink was the only color available in wide...I would have preferred one of the other colors but none were available in wide except grey/black/hot pink.Those colors sound better than they look!

Love these shoes, I do aerobic workouts not running, I have little feet compared to most these days size 6 1/2 and these fit me very well without going to the next size for toe room. They are very cushy and comfortable. Love the colors.

This shoe feels shorter and narrower than in the past.

These shoes are very comfortable, but my feet are not used to the amount of support, so by the end of the day, they ache. Also, my feet get really hot.

I ordered this shoe in a half size larger than my normal size as suggested in other reviews. It was a little too large even with laces adjusted, enough that my heel slightly slipped in the shoe, so I am exchanging them. I do like the style of the shoe. Love how Zappos makes the ordering and returning/exchanging process so easy. Thanks!

narrower through the ball and toe area than last model, and the tongue and cushion around ankle is too much.

I ordered these in 12 wide because the brooks ghost 12w fit so well but I was needing a softer shoe. these run wider, larger in the toe box and softer than ghost. I may have to return for a smaller size.

I have only worn these for 3 days. So far so good. I work on concrete 12 hrs per day, therefore i need comfortable shoes.

Great shoes. I always buy these for the comfort especially for long-distance. Excellent you for running and walking.

This shoe is so comfortable. My feet tend to roll out and I feel supported and neutral when I wear them. I love the cushion on the heel.

My physical therapist advised me to switch from a stability sneaker to a neutral running sneaker, to reduce my tendency to run with a heel strike. Its been a bit of an adjustment but I am enjoying the Glycerin's. I had to put a more supportive/cushioned sole into the sneaker, but I've done that with every pair of sneakers that I've owned. First few runs needed some breaking in, but they are now running comfortably and helping me to have a more centered foot strike. I'm looking forward to putting more miles on these! The colors are sharp looking :)
