Loved this shoe, but the toe is too short on the outside of my foot and digs into my foot. So sad this doesnt work.

Way too big. I'm a 6 with a narrow foot and I was swimming in it. Very cute design, wish they had smaller sizes.

These are really cute, but seem to run a bit narrow. The leather is soft enough that I think it would have stretched. The toes are fairly pointy, so if it did stretch to fit my slightly wide foot, I think it may have looked kinda weird. And they seemed a bit too dressy for what I was wanting. So I'm returning. Disappointed because the foot bed felt good on me, a bit of cushion and support, lightweight and flexible. If you have a skinny foot, these could be a real winner!

These were my favorite looking pair of the few I purchased in hopes of finding stylish, versatile and comfortable shoes for an upcoming trip to Italy. Unfortunately for me they did not win the comfort battle. Where the toe piece ends across your foot is too just barely too tight, seems like it would bring on blisters quickly...but not so much so that it didn't make into the final 2 of decision making.

I bought this shoe in two sizes, because the Zappos recommendation was different from the manufacturer's (38 vs. 37 for a US 7), and debated for a long time between the two. The smaller size was a mite tight, the larger a smidge long and loose; the question was whether the leather would stretch. The mixed reviews the sizing was getting didn't help! Finally, I decided on the larger size, and several weeks in, I am convinced that I chose right. The shoes are quite comfortable, and they work well with casual spring skirts and dresses. Style-wise, I'd compare them favorably with other comfort shoes. (However, with the amount of dust and dirt that they let in, I worry about the state of the insole at the end of the summer.)

Beautiful looking shoe, but unfortunately, no arch support. They seem to run a bit narrow, but the leather is soft, it would probably conform to your foot. I had to send back due to lack of support.

These shoes were extremely dirty when they arrived. The cream part had black smudges on the sides and they looked broken-in. The two shoes seemed like different sizes, even though they weren't, according to the sizing on the shoes. Zappos seems to have gone down a few notches. Shoes seem like they been thrown in their boxes and the presentation is not good. My first thought when I see them is someone else didn't want them, so wonder what's wrong with them? These shoes were cute enough, but I was so turned off I decided against asking for another pair.

I absolutely love the style of these shoes! The shape and leather are gorgeous. They were a little narrow and I would’ve gone a size up but the insoles wasn’t soft enough for me. Super sad to return them because I love the look and flat souls.

I ordered these shoes in my normal size and they were too small. I reordered them one size larger than normal, and still, too small. Had to return them. Super cute and I'm sad I could not get a bigger size.

I liked the style, but the right shoe dug into the side of my heel, so I am going to have to return them. I am sure after walking in them for even just a bit, it would make my foot bleed. I am going to give it 3 stars only because I am not sure if all pairs have the same issue. I have a narrow foot, so the width of my feet is not the problem.

The toe box could be just a bit taller but it was workable. My feet are a bit narrow and these were just right. Super cute but returning because they are VERY noisy. If I walk thru the office with these on, everyone would hear me a mile away. A shame, I wanted to love them

Love the style and the feel but way too small. I’m normally a 10 and ordered a 41. Not even close to fitting.

These shoes are super cute and look like they could be comfortable. I do not have wide feet, but I do have flat feet. The real panel of these shoes cuts uncomfortably into the inside of my foot. Sadly I need to return them.

I'm usually a 9.5, sometimes a 10. I ordered a 10 in these and they were really tight. Cute shoes. Although fro the picture I thought they had a little bit of a higher heal inside the shoe. They did not. I will be returning them.

So very cute but way too narrow and short. The heel part rubbed on the side of my foot, and the toe was just a little too short. So sad.

So pretty and the leather is nice. I purchased my regular size, a 7, but they are too tight across the top of my foot, and maybe a little too short. I'm hesitant to order the next size up, feeling like it might just be the style that doesn't work for my foot. If you have a narrower foot, this might work great for you. I like them, but can't keep them. It would be painful.

I wanted these shoes to fit in so many ways. I wear a size 11, the toe box is too small and the heel bothered the side of my foot.

I loved this but the edges hit the sides of my feet in ways that were immediately uncomfortable. A mismatch for human and shoe.

I own 3 pairs of El Naturalista shoes. 2 Mary Jane heels and one flat. All are size 38 and fit my true size 8 feet perfectly. So, when I read the reviews of this shoe that said 'runs small' I didn't believe them. I was so wrong! Runs small and narrow. And the red color is more orange red than red red. These are definitely going back.

So cute, so it's a shame they're going back. The reviews I had read indicated they have excellent arch support. They don't. They have little to no arch support. Also, FYI, a 37 is a true 7, not a 6 1/2.

Purchased in the black, I was looking for something to segue from winter to summer. The footbed is soft, the leather upper a bit hard. The strap fit in the last hole around my thick ankles. Overall not a keeper. My feet swell, so these were uncomfortable in a short time. I also prefer more arch support. If you don't have foot issues, these may be a good choice, though.

I wanted to love it but the shoe is clearly for a narrow foot not my wide flat foot. The toe box is also more narrow than I would have expected. Too bad, it looks so cute!

These shoes were really cute and I wanted to like them. I wore them for a few weeks, several times a week, but they became more and more uncomfortable, eventually causing my left foot to roll to the outside. It was very weird, as usually shoes change their shape to adapt to your feet. These shoes had no give at all, perhaps because of the synthetic sole and upturned toe box. I would not buy this brand again.
