Love the comfort and speed of removing the shoe after a round but after just 7 months one of the cleat bases/anchors completely popped out, can't put a cleat/spike back in because there is nothing for it to screw into. Warranty or just poor craftsmanship?

After about 5 months, my Freestyles separated between the upper and the sole. Over the past, I've always had FootJoy shoes, but it may be time to check out some alternatives. Very disappointing!

I love these shoes, they are stylish and very light and comfortable. However, they run about a 1/2 size to a full size too long. I have worn a men's size 13 for decades. I have about an inch after my longest toe. They feel long. I have not worn them outside yet because I think I might have to return them. I have worn Footjoy golf shoes for decades and a 13 always fits perfect. I want to play a round to see how they hold up but I am worried they are too long? I think a 12.5 would be perfect but they only come in 12 or 13. Short answer is they run long and maybe just a little narrow. Really not sure what to do? I think they are too long but a size 12 will be too short. For the money ($200), I want a better fit. I walk most courses and don't use a golf cart so if I play a round I will not be able to return them to Zappos; but, I think they are going to stretch out too big? Really disappointed because I really like the style and cushion.

I prefer FootJoy to Nike and other brands for golf shoes

Bought these shoes a couple months ago and have played about 8 rounds of golf with them. 3 of the cleats ripped off the mounts and the plastic used on the mounts tears rather than unscrews so now I have shoes with torn cleats and can't replace them because I can't get the bases out of the shoe. Now since I don't golf often enough to wear the cleats down in the satisfaction period i can't return them. And since it is cleat issue it seems to not be covered under warranty..high disappointed for the cost of the shoe. Will be looking at alternate brands to replace these.

These shoes were returned as they did not fit well. I have not yet received a credit back to my card.

I purchased the BOA Freestyle in extra wide width. It is not very wide and is not getting any wide with a few round on them. Very disappointed with the actual width of the shoe. I've always purchased FJ due to having a very wide foot. This shoe is not a wide shoe.
