The shoe laces are too short! Now I have to buy longer laces. Other than that I like them very much.

First time I've tried a WW, and the toe box felt wonderful! The shoe felt very nice overall except it was a little loose in the heel. I mistakenly bought the wrong shoe for my walk (overpronation rather than under), so these were terribly wrong for me. However, I am giving them a good rating because they were cute, there was a noticeable difference between the W and WW (which I hadn't really expected and why I bought one in each to test the difference), and I think they would work great for overpronators. I have to return these but am going to try other New Balance (a brand I've never worn before) shoes because I think will work well once I find the right fit.

Great shoe, but not enough arc support.

At last a shoe I can wear all day on my feet with minimum discomfort. This shoe was obviously designed for folks with orthotics. Mine fit perfectly - under the lining of the shoe to make it extra comfortable. And available in extra wide to accommodate swelling feet.

These shoes fit nicely, but the arch support left something to be desired for such an expensive shoe. The gray with pink style was a MUCH darker gray than it looks in the picture. It was too dark for me.

Narrow shoes in this model provide plenty of toe room but not enough cushioning in the front. I expected more cushioning for this price point. Also, unlike the pic, the "N"is more white than grey.

Comfortable, nice wide toe box, no cramping! Was able to remove their insole and insert my Protalus arch supports with no problem. I have Plantar Fasciitis, and must be very careful with my feet. This pair seems to have lots of room, and is comfortable. It's hard to find black lace-up sports shoes, with a dark sole, I hate the stark white against the black of the shoe.

Great looking shoe. Comfortable in terms of cushion however I found that the area near the tag (which holds the shoelace) uncomfortable for me. It happened to hit the top of my ankle funny and was irritating.

These shoes are extremely comfortable for everyday wear and walking but WOW are they boring and lacking in style! I keep buying them because of the comfort and the fit and they come in colors I can wear with my dress pants for commuting (black and navy). But I really do wish they would dress them up a bit in terms of style. I love that they come in a wide which I need in a women's shoe. You can't wrong with these in terms of the comfort and fit for someone who has a normal gait.

They seem to be a bit wider of a shoe for someone that is a narrow. Pulling the laces as tight as I can for that perfect fit. Hope they work. Not bad style. Not to wide of a toe box, slight heel slip. Great arch.

These are very comfortable and the heel is very stable. I love the look and design as well. However it is a bit tight in the ball of foot and toe area.

I ordered this pair and I felt although very comfortable I believe NB is making their shoes shorter as ordered 2 different shoes including this one 1/2 size larger than my other shoes and still too short

I was walking into the New Balance store near me and they advised me to take out the insoles which came with the sneakers and instead replace them with an $80 pair of specialized New Balance inserts. These are sold separately by the company and are totally optional, but I will say that I purchased them because I had already worn my sneakers many times and the inserts did make the shoes feel MUCH better. My obvious question is that if you say that you have a quality product, why not give a quality product to begin with and add it into the cost? I realize I could buy a $50. pair of NB sneakers and add these, but instead I would just buy a better pair. This is just a gimmick. I am so happy with Zappos and their fantastic selection that next time I am going to look at alternatives and read a ton of reviews BEFORE I make an expensive purchase. I thought I did my homework on this one, but I guess not.

Closest to my old running shoes but feels short. I don't care about the style given it's just for running but I can't seem to find a New Balance currently that feels like my favorite version which was in the 800s. This one felt the closest of 3 I bought to try but felt a bit short. For whatever reason Zappos goes from an 8 to a 9 1/2 which is very sad. Not sure what I can do now. I'm a 7 1/2 in street shoes but 8 in NB. Surely there are others who need an 8.5 or even a 9. What's up Zappos? There isn't even an option to be alerted when that size comes in!

Happy to find a pair made in the USA but it's too long (at least 1/2 size, maybe more), there's no arch support, and not enough midsole for me.

Though these fit true to size I don't recommend them because of the lack of cushioning. By lack I mean absolutely none. The insole of most sneakers today are minimal. But these felt like cardboard. The only cushioning was in the tongue which is huge and made it difficult in lacing up. These are going back. Rather than these, I recommend the NB 940. Better fit, better style better cushioning.
