These are the best running shoes I have ever had! It has been difficult, no, near impossible, to find a shoe to fit my high-instep, wide foot. I have corns to prove that. Thank you for such a well-fitting beautifully made product.

I have a very odd size foot, 15AA. It's extremely difficult for me to find sneakers that fit perfectly. Even with New Balance, I typically have to go with a B width. The 990's come in AA width and they are unbelievably comfortable and provide great stability. These are the best running shoes I have ever owned. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love the shoe and bought two pair. I have difficulty walking and in fact use a walker (rollator) for longer walks. Even though I lurch, m y podiatrist counter-intuitively recommended a running shoe rather than a walking one. And he is right. I feel more secure in the NB 990 than in any other shoe and now own four pair. We left one of the new pair as is, and my wife painted the other pair all black,, so that I could wear them to more formal occasions, as I did with the all-black 990 v3, and no one noticed that it was a running shoe. I would recommend that you offer an all black model for the v4.

Love the fit an feel of the new 990v4s, maybe a bit shorter than previously, but may just need breaking in. Very solid and stable shoe for an older runner. Do not like the laces NB is using, they cut into my ankles, First purchase to customize was bungee laces that flex with your foot, never come untied, and keep the same fit you adjust them to the first time from wearing to wearing. All around a really good shoe.

The NB product 990v4,is far superior made then out of country products.

I was leary about the width of these shoes, based on a review I had read. I got them and loosened the shoe strings which created enough width for them to be comfortable

My favorite! Very comfortable. Many colors to choose from.

This shoe fits like a glove gives me great support and provides a stable footing. It is made in America.

First - style. The dark blue color is unique. I can were them "out" as well as for running. Functionally - next. The narrow fit is comfortable and nothing changes during a long run. My only tiny frustration is that pebbles get into the sole and I have to extract them. That said, there's probably no shoe that doesn't have this condition. Oh - and there not cheap, but worth the candle.

Not only that, but I buy ONLY their shoes made in the USA.

Have owned several pairs of this model. best shoe ever. I still have 3 pairs in garage. Comfortable, supportive and come in widths.

Have been wearing New Balance 990 series since my doctor recommended them for my diabetes. They have always been my most comfortable shoes and they form to the size of your foot straight out of the box. The tongue lock is an added welcome to these shoes as the v3's tongue shifted out of place after a short time. Overall these are the best shoes available, last a long time, look great (in Navy), and are worth the price.

I have the 990 since the first model. He is great. First in gray and now color in gray and blue navy colors.

I have been wearing New Balance 990 series for about 30 years now. I have a very narrow foot, and New Balance is the only manufacturer who makes an athletic shoe in my size. They finally came out with a new color (other than gry) Too bad they made the tongues shorter...much more difficult to put on.

Shoe is well made, comes in different widths to accomadate everyone. Very comfortable n supportive

It is about time people with long narrow feet can buy running shoes in a color other than gray, black and white.

Love the shoes. Had 990s for many years. This one is even better. More comfortable and stable. Disappointed I I bought Grays before you introduced your Dark Blues.

I am very pleased with my new Athletic shoes by New Balance. I especially appreciate New Balance because they have the narrow width which I need.
