Excellent shoes - great style, fit, and comfort. I have fairly wide feet and usually purchase NB shoes in 4E. I've heard that recent 4E's are slightly narrower than before, so I decided to try the 6E. Very pleased with my choice. I hope more shoes in the future are offered at the 6E width.

Very Comfortable shoes, fit perfect, the with is to my liking, and I will recommend New Balance shoes to my family and friends.

The pair I received on a recent order was an uncomfortable 4E. I contacted New Balance and a representative recommended this selection. I have been wearing these for 3 weeks ---very happy. And, they look great!

Ordered an 11D and it was a bit small. Created a custom shoeat 11.5 (990 V3) to replace. Excellent comfort and solid support. Still waiting for credit on the return.

The USA collection are some of the best and most comfortable shoes available anywhere. From the first time you put them on you can appreciate the quality and comfort. I have been wearing these for the last 15 years and have had repeated satisfaction with every pair I have owned. One time I had need to call customer service and I am happy to say that the results were beyond my expectations. Great job New Balance.

I always have a hard time getting shoes that fit just right, I'm flat footed and shoes become very uncomfortable after a short time with them on, but this particular model the 990v4 has been a dream to own, I've had them for about 6 months, and I've taken the plunge to buy all available colorways as I need these shoes in my life always, honestly thinking about maybe even repurchasing my original colorway to keep it stashed away for the future. You can't go wrong with these.

I bought a pair for my wife and a pair for myself of the same style, and she called me at work to tell me that they had arrived and that she "loved her new tennis shoes". I have been buying New Balance shoes for probably the last 30 plus years, and it is the only wide shoes that fit like a glove. Thanks for the good work.

I have found these shoes to fit well and have a high "box" that I need. Zappo's has great customer service. I would like new balance to produce the 990 with all black soles in my size.
